So this is the former Turbo Shine, but completely redesigned, new look, new staff, new prices. When I got the email that Turbo Shine was no longer with us I couldn't believe it. It had been a wonderful thriving business in Antelope. In the email it also mentioned that it would be the same prices or better. However, I have not seen that, or even if it is cheaper in some categories, the wash is not the same. It's hard not to bring up the previous business since it was just recently there. The advantage of Turbo Shine was the amount of man power there was to pre clean and hand dry the car at the end. This quick quack is basically all machines and no man power, and I don't know why they have so much staff. Car came out cleaner than it came in obviously but the air drying wasn't enough to get all the water drops that then later dried. These nice little things of pre wash and hand dry that TS had made them stand out among the rest. Why pay $8 for the "basic" wash when chevron right there will pretty much do the same thing for cheaper. I don't like to bash on business', especially new ones but this company is obviously corporately operated, and I think they should've planned for the way this one is run a little more thoughtfully.i read more

Signed up at the watt location. Never nice. I mean never. Got sent to the antelope location because they were "running late". Best thing I did was actually drive to this one. Way better wash. Vacuums actually work. Especially if Nates working, you know you'll be taken care of at the antelope location. read more

I've been coming here for a while its one of the better locations. Most of the vacuums work compared to others. I got a membership cause my baby loves coming to the car wash. I felt an urge to write today because the worker name Ashley. Even though it was an extremely hot day she was so friendly and waving to everyone and possibly the friendliest worker I've encountered! read more

First time ever going to a quick quack and my head wasn't attached due to new mom brain so I didn't know your not supposed to hold the brake and the worker lizzy helped me out but she just laughed with me instead of getting mad or being rude and she was very friendly while I was waiting to pull forward great customer experience will be coming back read more

The new location on Elverta and Walerga is AWESOME!!! The wash is phenomenal and the dryers work! Plus? The staff are very fun and chatty. I love it!!! *The one on Watt Ave and Q St is TERRIBLE. Rude service. Staff actually picks their nose or scratches their crotches while guiding drivers in. So gross. The wash always has an issue--either breaks down or lacks essential soap for washing and the dryers are poor. Don't bother going there. read more

I bought a subscription on your site, when I arrived at the place of washing, I stood on the line for 5 minutes, then the employee moved forward, saw me but did not pay attention to it and continued to communicate with another robotic, when I pressed the signal, the employee drew attention to us, but began to react rudely and said that will not wash our car. Her name was Ashley. Also, when we approached the counter and asked her name to write a complaint, the manager came out and started saying that we would come here again, she would ban my car for washing. Every time I go here I have a great experience! The employees are always so nice! This facility is the cleanest one of been to in the area. Some of the other facilities are run down and ghetto. Most of the other locations I've been to people will just roll up to vacuum without getting a wash which takes away from the customer actually washing there vehicle. I've not seen that happen at this location all the times I've been there which is why this is my favorite location. read more

Super disappointed. Just went through and had to go through twice, still didn't even get part of the passenger side clean. The 2nd time through we asked the girl if she could possibly spray the passenger side, she said okay but didn't instead just stood there talking to another worker . Went through again, still dirty.
