The business model at this location in Lodi leave something to be desired. High pressure tactics result in signing up for a monthly wash. When you discover that the car wash is ineffective and causes cosmetic issues to your vehicles and you attempt to have them rectify the situation good luck. The most challenging and infuriating part of this business is making attempts to cancel your membership. First attempt talking to management on site who assured us they would cancel the memberships on our company vehicles Two next month when the charge reappears on your credit card statement, you were told to go online and cancel it. Three good luck online attempting to cancel your membership. Fortunately you're required to create an account online put all of your information in and then turn around and cancel the membership. (heck the only thing required to sign up for a monthly membership is to hand them your credit card one time end of story nothing else needed!) Four when that fails you're required to call a foreign country on their 800 number and forced to use a Google translator to truly understand the process to cancel your account. Bottom line, a monthly membership is not recommended by this yelper. I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Quick Quack Car Wash. For many years, I used another car wash service without experiencing any issues. The only reason I switched to Quick Quack was because of the attractive membership promotion offered during your grand opening. Unfortunately, during my first month as a customer, my vehicle's rear taillight cover was damaged and completely came off after using your car wash. I immediately reported the incident to the manager on site, but nothing was done to address the damage. I was told that the company does not cover damages to vehicles older than five years, which I found very frustrating and disappointing. Since then, I have made numerous calls to customer service seeking assistance. Each time, I was referred back to the manager at the location where the damage occurred. However, despite multiple visits at different times of the day, the manager is never available. Employees have repeatedly taken messages and assured me that the manager would contact me, but I have never received a call back. As a result of this damage, I had to spend approximately $900 to replace both rear taillights and their covers out of my own pocket. Throughout this process, I have received no assistance, follow-up, or effort to retain me as a customer. At the very least, I would have appreciated some form of compensation, membership credit, or goodwill gesture in recognition of the inconvenience and expense I incurred. To make matters worse, I am now noticing that other exterior parts of my vehicle are becoming loose after using the car wash. This has raised serious concerns about continuing my membership, as I worry that additional damage may occur. I expected much better customer service and accountability from your company. I told him several times I just wanted a single wash but he kept on insisting that I go with the monthly plan. Then the moment I entered the car wash I heard something rip off my car and when I got out I saw my side trim was ripped off. They filled out some report, 2 days later I got a email saying that there equipment didn't damage my car. It 100% damaged my car. I've noticed weird marks for a while but it wasn't after a car wash I put it together that the wash was scratching my car in the same pattern every time I went through. I've washed my husband's truck and my car here a few times now. They came out clean enough for me, no complaints. This review is mainly for the outstanding service. Angelo let me use his phone to call AAA after I accidentally locked myself out of my husband's truck while vacuuming. (Very powerful vacuums there, btw). Thankfully, I left the window open a crack. So within minutes, Angelo unlocked it with a metal hook before I could receive any help from AAA. He was patient and professional the whole time. David was also a friendly employee the last time I went. He stayed patient and pleasant with me while I struggled to read his screen without my glasses lol. (I was adding my car to the membership for just $2 more). Last month, I paid 50% off the membership for $18.99. Great deal, but it will be too much after my month is up. If the price was lower, I'd gladly add another star. read more

I decided to give this location another try after about a year. I do think that the equipment seems to have been adjusted since then. My car gets washed pretty well, but it still doesn't dry it well. If I don't wipe it down before leaving, there are definitely water spots. But overall, I'm more satisfied with the wash than when I first reviewed. read more

Tried this car wash today for the first time after getting gas at Costco. What a joke! Old man in a bow tie tried selling me their upgraded monthly plan like he was selling time shares. I clearly asked for a "single-good" wash - I had to tell him several times as he just proceeded to run his mouth. They push memberships way too hard. I went there the other day and the lady I purchased the car wash from tried to run me for a membership and when I was firm with a no she had to get a manager or someone up the chain from her to try to help her sell me and then take the off the charge for a membership. When you drive up for a single car wash they automatically ask which membership you are signing up for. Register your car in there system before they even talk to you. It's overly aggressive and makes me not want to come back. I don't want subscriptions to everything under the sun. Absolute worst car wash in existence. When it was Kelly's it was twice as good at half the price- no exaggeration. I paid 30 for the most expensive CERAMIC DUCK car wash. The bugs are still on the windshield and car is dirty I tell them and they run it through again and was supposed to be the ceramic duck but got a basic wash which wiped all the armor all and wax off. After that the car is still dirty. They are also letting their expensive long grass around the facility die because of poor watering. What gives? This establishment is a tragedy. read more

I hate the feeling that someone is getting over on me. On September 20 I drove through the QUICK QUACK car wash as I have been for the past year. This time the roller brush removed and dismounted my transverse rack off the roof of my car and propelled, hitting the body of my vehicle in numerous places. Unfortunately, my windshield was also chipped during the incident. It felt like I was in a horrible collision the way that it sounded and it couldn't get out. There was some pushback, but I was able to file a report with the manager ANGELO. He did call me several days later to refer me to a body shop in Stockton, the damages were close to $5000. He sent me to another body shop damages or close to $7000. He then calls me and tells me that they will pay me maximum of $200.00. Since this incident, he has ignored several phone calls and text messages. I've tried corporate office, but they say that the managers are responsible for the decision making. I can't even get the corporate office to disclose who the regional manager is to me. I write this all to say, I've heard of cars being damaged while going through a car wash, but I ignored the warnings and its costing me. My peace, my time and now my money read more

Went to quick quack for the first time and it will definitely be the last! We paid for the most "premium" car wash. The wash was not at all effective, we went through and it just splashed some water to move the dirt around. We noticed the dirty spots had not been cleaned off after going through the wash. We showed the workers that we could rub the dirty spots off with our thumb, so they begrudgingly let us go through again and it didn't make a difference. We are glad we didn't pay for the membership. I USED to love this car wash before this company took over. Unfortunately I've seen another accident inside of it this morning. They need more distance between cars and I'd highly recommend changing the lights to a Purple, Yellow or Orange. The RED looks like brake lights. It's literally just a car wash equivalent to a 7/11 or Quick Stop. They have people here yes at times to greet, but not on hand when you need items, or assistance. The people leading the cars into the conveyor are absolutely laughable when it comes to how they direct your car into each platform that carry's the tires let alone the rim and vehicle. They'll point and that's about it, no help directing and your tire will rattle around getting adjusted itself, like the axels or rims or tires are actually meant for the wear and tear of that EACH time. The car before me was a Mercedes and it was stuck on the little wheel mover and just kept going up and down repeatedly and they didn't do anything but leave the person in the car and get assistance from another worker, maybe shut off the machine next time?? The only two people here I see ACTUALLY WERE working are the gentleman who wears the black long sleeves and ear muffins when leading the cars in and the older gentleman is honestly why I come back, he's so bright. At this point. The quality for 36$ a month has gone downhill. Not to mention I had two of my license plate holders ripped off, and the best "management" could do was give me a cheap replacement that didn't even fit my vehicle. MIND you that's management. Today I had to terminate my service with Quick Quack Car Wash. They continue to have problems with their car wash system to the point of closing the car wash operations during opening hours especially in the morning hours starting at 7:00am. I have been with Quick Quack Car Wash for only four months and three times they put out a closed sign during operational hours justifying they are just trying to make it safe for cars to be wash. I phoned and informed corporate to work on these issues after closing hours or several hours before opening. It only falls on deaf ears and they just give the run around excuse. When I asked for a credit since I did not receive any service which I was paying for they explain the system would not allow a credit. Therefore, I informed them my system would not allow me to do business with a company that cannot honor their unlimited car wash membership which I always paid on time. I have since canceled my membership also due to the unkind and inconsiderate staff at corporate. In my opinion, go somewhere else cause you will not get what your paying for but Quick Quack will sure be quick to take your money. read more
