This location is easily the worst one out of the 5 other locations that I have been to so far. Entering the washing area with an SUV is just silly. No reason to have an entrance so tight that you are dangerously close to hitting the wall. Also this location does not dry your vehicle very well at all and you spend 20-25mins drying it. I have the highest membership and so far I have shown up twice at around 8:15am on a weekeday to this place being closed with no notice. Just blocked off with no explanation. Drove out of my way for nothing. At least put a sign out saying why youre closed and when youll reopen. This is repetitive and annoying. read more

The wash put two large blue scratches in the drivers door, so I'm not thrilled. Unbeknownst to me, it's not for wide vehicles either, and the attendant did not advise to close my mirrors, so those got large white scratches too. read more

This was the worst car wash experience of my life! I was approached by a sales associate whose first order of business was to tell me to wait while he looked at my license plate. After that he asked me if I was interested in signing up for a membership to which I declined. I got the 10.99 wash and I ordered an air freshener as well. I went through the tunnel and observed a lot of neon lights and that was pretty cool but I was bummed about the fact that the dryers didn't take the water off my car. Once I pulled out I was looking for a port to pull into so I could vacuum out my vehicle but noticed that several overfull trash cans were blocking off several ports due to the fact that the vacuums didn't work... Or were not there at all. I found a port and pulled in and started trying to blow the rest of the water off of my car with the air gun. It was taking forever to do this because the guns didnt provide enough pressure to get the water off my car so I walked over to the sales associate and asked if they provided dry towels. He told me that they do not offer dry towels because of Covid... Everything has been open for quite a while now so Im not sure using covid as a reason to not offer towels holds water. It just seems cheap and lazy for this company to not offer dry towels since their dryers don't work and the air guns don't work well either. Having no solution to this and still charging full price is a rip off. The vacuum's don't have enough suction and Vacuuming took forever. The online tire shine only threw grease all over the dirt still remaining on the wheels. They didn't get cleaned either. What was the point of the prep gun at the beginning of the tunnel? There was still stuff on my car when I got out. Mind you, I wash my car once a week so there wasn't a lot of build up to begin with. As a side, the bottom two things the girl point at at the beginning of the tunnel were out of my line of site and I drive a suv. I just know what to do since I go to the car wash regularly and know to not hit the breaks etc. At the end of the experience I was pretty annoyed that I was even charge for an air freshener when so many other facets of the business were falling apart. If this is the membership service that you are offering people when they pull in then I suggest you closing your doors. There are too many other car washes who offer competitive prices with reliable services and courtesies such as free towels and air fresheners to ever subject myself to this garbage again. Literally, garbage. Just like the garbage that was ALL OVER the lot. This was terrible and I will never spend money here ever again. Will not recommend to anyone I know. read more

Fantastic customer service but beyond that, this place is terrible. If their not shut down completely due to repairs, half their bays are not working or are being occupied by employees for parking. I used this car wash on Oct 19th. When I got home I could see that the car wash did very little to get it clean as there was still a film of dirt on my entire car. In addition; today (10-27-23) I got my bank statement and it shows that this car wash double charged me! My statement says that it charged me $20 when I selected the $10 wash! I left a message at the phone# listed on this website a couple of hours ago but have heard nothing yet. After I went through the car wash today, I parked to use the vacuum/cleaning devices. I stupidly got out of the car, and locked my keys inside. I had to call AAA to get help getting my keys out, and ended up far surpassing the 10 minute time limit to be parked in those spaces. The staff didn't mind though, not only did they assure me that everything would be okay, one of them ran into their office and brought a chair out for me to sit on so I wasn't on my feet for the 45 minutes waiting for AAA! Once AAA was able to get my doors open, and I was about to pull out of the parking space, one of the staff approached me with a complimentary air freshener for my car, even after all trouble I caused! That small act of kindness got me to smile when I was frustrated with the situation I had caused, you guys are the best! read more

*WARNING**WARNING**WARNING" Took my brand new fully loaded 2018 Cadilac Escalade to this carwash on McKellips. So brand new it has less than 4000 miles on it. While I was trying to put the running boards down so they would get cleaned the worker said I wouldn't suggest doing that. We had a brand new truck come through with his down and the tire shinner ripped his running board off! I should have backed out right then! I had to go through twice because the machine did such a terrible job cleaning the car. On the second go around the machine ripped and damaged the bumper! Of course, the workers will always say you came in with it like that. There was, however, one worker that said "oh, that's bad! telling the other workers it was not there when the car came in. I was instructed that the manager Brian would be giving me a call. Next day - Brian called and said he is down there wed-sat until 4 pm. He wanted to see the damage. All those car washes have cameras and so he had time to pull the footage before he saw me. You guessed it! He only showed me what would make them look innocent! Said they would take no responsibility for the damage. Then he walked over to my car and pushed it back into place and said "there, it looks fine"! If you value your vehicle like I do don't take anything down there except your vehicles you don't care about. This place is as dishonest as they come. Yeah Baby! Love this place! If you are like me then you hate going to the car wash! It's boring, time consuming and you pay or work to make your car perfect! Sound like fun? NOPE! But guess what? I had fun today at the new Quick Quack Car Wash! Maybe you'll think I'm a little crazy but it was! Turns out I got the works for free because I just got a new vehicle and didn't have a new license plate yet. Only the temporary and they can't do the monthly thing unless I have a permanent plate. So I drove thru and the neons lights made the car wash so pretty and exciting! Laugh if you want but I felt like I was at a "Rave" car wash! The lights color changed with every change inside the wash. The soap was really foamy and colorful. The water was an electric blue. The wax was really good and a lavender color. The dryer worked great and the light was red. Afterward the car was perfectly clean. I followed up with free vacuuming that worked amazingly and I didn't break a sweat. Best car wash I've ever been too! May sound a little crazy... but it was crazy cool! PS ! Did you know that the owner had a fund raiser for "The New Leaf" ? I normally wouldn't leave a review for a car wash but I have to in light of just how pleasant my experience was here. I was a little nervous bringing my car through since I prefer touch less car washes but Dion was very informative and so so nice, which made me feel so much better about the experience. This car wash is a bit out of the way from where I live but I really was treated so well that driving out of the way for a car wash here is something I would gladly do. I came in for my first car wash and was a bit scared as I have claustrophobia from the time when I was 6 years old and my mother (94 years still going strong!) took me to the beach with her best friend Lauren who had regular slumber parties with my mom when Dad was away on business. Anyway we were at the beach together and my mom buried me in the sand but then Lauren needed help getting her suit tied so my mom went to the bathroom to help her and I was buried in the sand for 6 hours and long story short my mom and Lauren told me they had to help rescue another couple at the beach who almost drowned and they were so grateful that they moved in with us and Lauren moved in to help mom protect them Anyway a sweet young man by the name of Dion helped me go through the wash with little fear and walked me through the whole process to make it less intimidating! This is a great place to get a quick wash and vacuum out your car. I would give five stars but it can get busy and not always have enough space for you to vacuum your car after the drive through wash. I recommend bringing your own micro fiber towel to dry off your car quickly. If you are able to go during the week days it's a great idea. I don't find the extra priced wash too give additional value and go with the basic wash. If you are looking for a quick place to rinse off your car and give it a quick vacuum this is a great place to go. If you are looking for more detail job done it's probably not for you. read more

I love trying all of the self serve car washes and seeing the new features as new ones come out. This car wash had the best light show with lots of suds to create a cool appearance. So if you are going to the car wash to entertain kids this is a great one. If you are going for a car wash look elsewhere. The most expensive wash did not even clean off my car, my rims were filthy and there was tire shine gooped on the tires. They shut down the car wash and guided me out, I was expecting some sort of refund for my wash or someone to come and assist me? No one offered me store credit or a refund.
