We purchased a card for $365 for 365 washes for one year for all the cars in the household. This was promoted to us multiple times by the staff including the manager. After purchasing it, the card constantly showed zero remaining washes. And for two months, we were unable to add our vehicles to it. After 2 months, the site manager finally admitted that they made a mistake because they misunderstood the offer. Apparently, the card was only good for a single car and not all the cars in the household. He then offered me a refund. I contacted Quick Quack corporate office to stand behind their product and honor the original offer to cover all the cars in my household for the 365 washes for the year as originally agreed. After another month of back-and-forth, they refused and are now in the process of refunding my money. Bad customer service and bad understanding of their product before roll-out. The car washes themselves are fine- no issues with that-but the customer service was very disappointing. It'll take a lot to get me to take their word on any future offers. read more

I've been a customer with my Jeep and my dad's car for several months. My dad had recently passed away. We knew that day was coming and I canceled his membership. I wasn't offered more than I asked for, and when I said I was getting the wash just to use the vacuums the gentleman helping me offered to let me use them free of charge without purchasing the wash. I'm signed up on their monthly car wash deal. My biggest complaint is they are not using a soft water to wash with. You go through the car wash and come out with water spots covering your car, windshield, windows and mirrors. I get home and have to spend much more time getting rid of the water spots. They need to fix this problem if they want my continued business. read more

I saw their advertisement on Sonora Living TV Show. They advertised pay only $1.00 for a month. So I went there to pay a 1.00 for a month, she said you have to use your card, and you would get automatically billed for more after the month. I said I wasn't interested, that isn't what was advertised. I gave it a 2 star because the woman was very nice, and gave me a free car wash, otherwise would of been less. I noticed after the car wash, that I had scratches on the top of my car, that I didn't have before. My car wasn't dry when I was finished, and I had to use my cloth to dry off the car, and some areas weren't totally clean. Their vacuums were so weak, and hardly had any power. I noticed this woman moving her car to many different spots to try and find a good vacuum. I was disappointed and won't be going back. Will go to my usually place, that does a great job, that don't use harsh heavy equipment that could scratch the car, and the car is so clean, and dry when finished. read more

I had a bad experience at this location today. I came shortly after they opened and when I pulled up I did not see the attendant standing there and was expecting a pay station that took card. I mistakenly drove through looking for a pay station like every other car wash has. The attendant ran up to my car and started yelling at me. When I apologized and explained I just hadn't seen her and I wasn't trying to not pay she just scoffed. She was rude and short with me for the rest of the transaction. Then she went behind my car and complained to the other attendant who was standing there. When she gave me the free sanitizer wipe I apologized again to her and she didn't say anything and walked away. I understand I was the one who made a mistake but the way I was treated was not my idea of appropriate customer service. I also work in customer service and would never talk to a customer that way. She was an older lady with grayish hair. I left the establishment feeling upset and because of this I don't plan on returning. I hope in the future if this happens to someone else that the attendants are more understanding and display better customer service skills. What can I say.... Amazing!! Friendly, great smiles, need to use a towel, they have one!! All I have to do is drop it in the hamper when done & they will wash & reuse! !! I noticed they have drop off boxes for food donations, thats great. Look at them helping out the community! I will try to remember to bring some shelf stable items to donate. I paid for a wash, and as I started going through a roller malfunctioned and the line shut down. I waited in my car for 15 minutes while they tried to figure it out. I'm not an unreasonable person. Things happen. It's how the business reacts and treats customers when something like this happens that matters. They told me that unfortunately, they weren't going to be able to complete the wash. They half--ass hosed my car off and told me to drive through and said "sorry." I pulled out on the other end, and waited for someone to offer me a refund and a free wash for my troubles. Something. Anything. I finally had to get out of my car and find someone and asked them, "is that it?" The kid looked at me with a dumb look on his face. He said, "yeah, sorry." Then I lost it and demanded a refund. He said he was about to offer me one. Sure. Then they just let new customers pile up in line and wait, without letting them know it was down. So I took the liberty of telling everyone that it was down and that they should never come here again. read more

Very good. The wash is very thorough and the vacuum outside powerful. The best part is the price: $4.99 for "Good", which does everything we need. Very convenient on Power Rd. Even though it says Mesa, it's just across the street from Gilbert, so I think of it more as Gilbert. read more

Wow have been to a lot of car washes but this one is the worst I have seen. First the property is too small for the operation. The egress and ingress are both not adequate and actually put you in a situation where you could have an accident. The car wash does a poor job of cleaning and the dryer is not good. Be sure and bring lots of towels to dry your car as it will be quite wet coming out. Also watch your self getting in and out. Will not be back many better options in the neighborhood. read more

Worst car wash. Scratched up the side and back of my car. Employee stated this happens after a really dirty truck goes through the car wash and the dirt and rock stick to the brushes and scrapes up the next few cars after word. Direct quote from the manager. Filled out an incident report and the general manager stated it was my fault and they would do nothing but she understood my frustrations. No customer service and did nothing to rectify the issue. Would never use this service again. read more

It was a comedy show. And, it had a happy ending. We take my daughter's bug covered car to be washed. We decided to try Quick Quack after learning the owner of the car wash across the street had previously been involved in some unsavory business practices... I digress. Anyway, we loved the crazy colored foam and the machines seemed to really be doing a great job on her car. Bad news, no rinse! So we had a now super dry car with soap suds all over it! ICK. So we went around again and the nice guy told us they were having timing issues with their machine. We tried the wash again -- same thing -- soap sud city and no rinse. By now the cars circling the car wash was pretty big (Saturday afternoon) and they were all covered with soap. Not willing to go for try three, the guys came out and hand rinsed our car and gave us 2 free car washes for the next time. We went back the next day, everything was working fine, we got a great car wash on two cars and made good use of the free vacuums and high powered air for drying and blowing things out of cracks. I like Quick Quack, its new, the machines are great and the customer service was great. read more

Instead the charges my card more without my authorization or any notice. They said that they could not do anything about it and they could not cancel my membership. I have to call to cancel. I came to this wash few weeks ago when they were down and the attendant was very polite and offered me a few wash for the next time. Went there for the first time since they acquired this business from Quick N Clean. I have been going to this place for years and had their rewards card. Always paid only $3.00. First of all, they would not honor the rewards card. And then they raised the price from $3.00 to $5.00. Is there better service for this two dollar increase? Absolutely not!
