I paid $16, which I already felt was pretty expensive for a basic wash. Once my car went through the wash, I immediately noticed that there were hardly any suds or soap. It honestly looked like water was just being spit or sprayed onto the car. When I came out on the dryer side, I could still see most of the dust and dirt on my hood, along with marks where the plastic rollers had barely made contact with the surface. It was obvious that the car had not been properly cleaned. I was running late for work, so I left with the intention of coming back later. After work, I returned and explained what happened to an employee. I asked if I could either get a refund or simply run my car through the wash again so it could actually be cleaned. Unfortunately, I was told that they couldn't do either because I had already left the premises and should have returned immediately. I understand having a policy, but I think it's unreasonable that there wasn't even an attempt to make things right when I had paid for a service that clearly did not properly wash my car. I wasn't asking for anything extra. I simply wanted the service I paid $16 for. I would not recommend this place. The wash did a poor job, the plastic rollers don't seem to properly clean the vehicle, and I was especially disappointed with the customer service when I came back to address the issue. If you're looking for a place that will actually clean your car and stand behind its service, I'd recommend going somewhere else

My only quibbles are that the wash doesn't do a good job reaching the rear window of my Rogue compared with other locations, and their bathrooms are locked, which is major drag since finding an employee some days is next to impossible. By the time someone appeared I was already driving out. Otherwise, you can expect the clean towels and vacuums with two head types here like the other locations. Having a membership makes impromptu washes cost effective, although you should try to do 3-7 washes per month for the best value.
