I am now taking the car back to my detailer to fix the paint. It literally looks like they used a Scotchbrite pad to wash the car. The wheels were a mess. I cant imagine they were cleaned. The passenger side glove box still has visible dirt/ dust marks. There are many small circular liquid specs on my center console and dashboard. Grease/ liquid marks on the back door. His 400$ detail also includes the engine bay to be cleaned but he thought that mine was "clean enough already" so he told me he skipped that part all together, still making the price out to be $400. I don't think that was the right thing to do. There was really nothing special about this detail compared to the standard $250 detailing in my opinion.

The managers have always been helpful if i have any questions. The people in charge of guiding my vehicle care take extra care to make sure my truck aligns with the tracks and are always kind. Thank you to the entire staff. Yesterday I noticed the towels have a different aroma. I think it was a lemony smell. That was better than the dry and mildewy smell from other car washes.
