Idk it was free and they tried to push the monthly. I told them to let me try it. And was offered the "30" a month wash that was discounted if I did it today for 11 or something. I tried it and my left side was still dirty I wasn't impressed. There's better. Don't be fooled by there free wipes and lights. I've been here a few times after being high pressure sales pitched to buy a membership and there has never been any towels. So irritating! I called and emailed to cancel and still got charged the monthly fee and when I asked for a refund I was told they had no record of me calling or emailing so they would not give me my money back! What a scam! Poor business practice and not providing what I paid for! I would avoid the Dove Valley location. They suck! read more

I cancelled my membership after constantly getting bad customer service. This is the closest car wash to me so it was disappointing but I gave them several chances because I really wanted to like it. I agree with the other reviews about the quality of the wash as well, my car was usually still dirty in spot's after going through this car wash & that hasn't happened at other places. read more

Just a note to say that I was thrilled to see this car wash go up. I waited a long time for them to open. I live across the street. However, with that said I'm disappointed that every time I go in or my husband to wash our cars, they never have clean towels for us to use. This is huge because the dryers dont completely drive off the cars. I always have to leave with water stains or bring my own towels. Not good! I pay for the ultimate for two cars which quite a bit each month. I should get unlimited towel usage. im very disappointed and ask that this issue be addressed expediently. This is a new place and managers need to step it up!!! read more

worst customer service! i went this morning and had the worse experience ever. it was a white lady that came out to tell me I could not get my car washed after the other lady had checked me in and was going to send me through mind you the same white lady had let my car go through several times before but today she decided to be extra .... not very good service and i will be discontinuing my membership. there's plenty of other cat washes... why don't you make up your mind dumb lady. read more

great experience at quick quack car wash. Kylie went above and beyond to help me. When i locked my keys in my car. She was very pleasant and let me use her phone to maje a few phone calls. I was using the TNT car wash for my truck at 23.00 a pop (senior discount). So I wanted to sign up for the TNT 3 month unlimited wash that was 115.00 but no one at the wash knew how to sell that to me and they told me it was 200.00 not 115.00 like there web site quoted, so I went over to this new Quick Quack. The wash compares to TNT the big difference is that at TNT they wash windows, vacuum, and wipe the lingering water off the car for you where at Quick Quack you do that work yourself. No big deal at all and they wash for half the price. Unlimited wash with zero damage to the truck. I did find a couple of areas in the creases on the hood that its not getting all the dirt out but I had that same issue with TNT even with them doing the wipe down! I'm 100% aware of this and I make sure that the area is clean. No one cares more about your vehicle than you do. I have PPF (Paint Protection Film) on my truck and the wash has had no ill effect on this film. Customer service for me has been great at the Surprise location , not sure what went wrong for others but It seams to be promotions they are having trouble with and that is 100% on there IT department not the stores and I do have to agree to a point because I signed up with a $17.76 July first month promotion and tried to do that on there website but it did not offer that promotion online. So I had the employee at the wash sign me up with no problem at all. I live in Arizona and this is monsoon season for us and daily storms are possible (I call them mud storms because they also have a dust event with them) and I asked about if there is any limit to the number of washes and was told NO that if I want to run my truck through the car wash then get right back inline to run it through again no problem as many times as I like. read more
