I hade a bad experience the first time going to quick quack car wash . I ended up getting in contact with miss Kay the supervisor of the deer valley location we hade a conversation about the bad experience I hade and she really showed sympathy about it and wanted to show me that that's not now they operate their business and was extremely sorry for what happened the first time I went there. I can say that after today I will be going back there to get my car wash for now on they really do care about the customers I love how they have a clean wash guarantee and they do have rages to whip down your vehicle so you don't get water spots THANK YOU QUICK QUACK for Caring about your customers. Let me tell you....... This quick quack has the most amazing staff out of all the car washes in Arizona. They were kind, helpful, friendly from the very beginning. My car got clean on the first run thru, they had two types of nozzles for the vacuums and even towels to wipe off excess water. The worst part was I locked my keys in my car but thankfully Justin the most helpful human being on the face of the planet saved the day. He when above and beyond to try and get me the resources needed to get my keys out he even gave me a lift so that I wouldn't be late to work. Quick Quack is lucky to have such diligent workers like Justin working there and I am eternally grateful I went there despite it all. read more

The employees were very nice! The car wash was not great left tons of water marks on my car and the windshield wasn't even clean. My truck is big so I usually don't expect it to be perfect but they didn't have towels to use or even buy available. I had to use paper towels and wipe down my entire truck. My back end was full of soap and not touched by the dryers at all. If it weren't for the employees it would be a 1 Star. I'll stick to 3 minute car wash. read more

I'd give 4.5 stars if I could; I used to go out of my way to a Clean Freak car wash on 59th and Bell because they have the compressed air you can use for all of the crevices. I tried this place on a whim since it is so close to my home. The whole facility is new and clean with friendly employees. They'll offer you air fresheners and other things for purchase at the beginning of the wash. The free vacuums are awesome because they have the compressed air plus TWO different vacuum options for corners and upholstery. The signs at the vacuum place had a lot of rules including a 10 minute maximum for cars which was a little off-putting. I KNOW that the sign is there to make sure people aren't there for 30+ minutes or to encourage people to not linger when it is busy but in order to Armorall, clean, and vacuum the inside of my car we are looking at 20ish minutes. I know I was longer there today but since I was one of 3 cars in the area nobody said anything. I'd also recommend moving a vending machine with the car cleaning supplies after the wash because sometimes you don't realize till later you left your towel or cleaner at home. Overall, I'm sold and will be back again. read more

When my son got home yesterday he said the new car wash has opened on Deer Valley Rd. My car was dirty so I thought I would try it. When I got there I saw they were giving away free car washes. When something says it's free, I ignore it because let's be real nothing is free. When I pulled up, I said to the guy I'm not here to get the freebie. I need to best car wash because my car is really dirty and he looked at me like I was nuts. He said our best car wash is free, really it's free. I said to him, that's great I will give it a try. I have never been to a Quick Quack before so I was not aware it was not a full-service car wash but I have say their car wash machine did a good job. If their machine works this good all time, I don't mind doing my windows and vacuuming. read more
