I could do without the assumptive sales pitch, but I get that they are just doing their job. To the manager, Yes, why I said you claimed this was user error. You also noted that you would credit me one month and give me one month free because of the damages to my car. While you say that it's impossible that the undercarriage isn't damaged but it very much is and was told by the automotive repair company this happens a lot with low profile cars in your car washes. Just to clarify my insurance agent reported there were 7 other claims recently in car quick quack car washes. So can you explain how my undercarriage was then damaged? And as far as credits, those were never received. My boss gave me a quick quack card to get a car wash on him. Very grateful. My car is a mess! I already have a monthly service I use but it's out of my way since I moved. It's nice. This location, the attendant was super helpful to the new guy Amd the wash was pretty good except there was some soap Amd water the blower didn't get during my exit. The equipment in the vacuum and air blower area needed some maintenance. The two spots I tried the air velocity was very low and two of the vacuum tubes were lying on the ground. It's closer to my home but the equipment is better at my current spot. I was hoping to change but at this time I can't... and the monthly membership fee is less for the top tiered membership package. read more

first visit the agent misinformed me of the details of the most expensive wash covered both of my cars. I tried to add my car online, and was told they would bill me another $20 per months. I went back to the quick quack, and was advise of the correct terms by a different kind, who was really kind and explained to me. The gentleman told me to cancel, and re enroll later into the cheaper membership. I canceled through him, got a email asking why I canceled. I responded with the details of why I canceled, and that I'll go back and enroll later in the cheaper membership. I was billed for the most expensive membership again today, after all of that, including them asking why I canceled. So frustrating! read more

I went to quick quack car wash last night and had the best experience ever. truly I will never be going anywhere else but here ever again! I will definitely be going back to the riverton area because of the worker gage! he was so helpful and kind in all that he did. he had a smile on his face and was easy to talk to! He made sure to ask if I needed any help vacuuming and even with detailing. SO impressed by the value of care that was provided! This carwash is fine. I've never had an issue or problem when I wash my car here. I've even signed up for their membership once or twice when they have promos going. My biggest issue with Quick Quack carwash is how HARD it is to cancel or downgrade your membership. It's as simple as one click to upgrade, but to downgrade or cancel, you cannot do it in the app or online. You must call in and try to get ahold of a representative who can then cancel your membership. It should be much easier to make these edits online. I'd prefer using a carwash that wasn't trying to be so sneaky in keeping members. Over all the price of the memberships aren't bad if you wash your car often. But buying one carwash on its own might not be worth the price. Also the vacuums really have bad suction which for me (a mom with messy toddlers) is a huge turn off because most of the reason I go to a carwash is to vacuum our car seats and crumbs. It's nice that they do provide you with a towel to touch up your car. And the outside always looks really clean after a wash. read more

I like Quick Quack. It's one of the very few car wash businesses open on Sunday, and it's one of the cheaper ones. Came here a few Sunday's ago because my car had some serious bird bombings. I got the mid-tier wash, think it was $8.00? The representative gave me a packaged moist-towelette to wipe down the dash. Nice touch. I went through the wash once, thinking that my car was totally washed, and noticed there were remnants of bird droppings on the top. I asked the rep if I could go through again and she said yes. After the second wash, there was still some droppings remaining, but no fault to the wash. It was pretty encrusted so I had to use some elbow grease with my own towel. Used their vacuums for the finishing touch and voilà, car is back to normal! FYI, you do need to bring your own towels for drying. read more

We went in and very clearly asked for one wash. They dishonestly signed us up for a promotion where we were charged every month. When we realized we were being charged monthly, we called in and they only refunded 1/2 the amount that was owed to us. The lady we spoke with apologized that there was a misunderstanding. I pull up and the lady asks me which unlimited wash package I'm looking at and I'm like what? I'm not looking at one. Clearly they want to confuse you into buying something more expensive so I was already annoyed. I got the "good" which is most basic and I come out and my car is still visibly dirty! Front back and sides all have grime on them still. And they got rid of the cleaners the old gorilla wash had and replaced them with barely damp cloths so I can't even get everything off myself. I was excited to see what this car wash was all about! One because it's super close to my house, and two because I had a free car wash coupon to come and give it a try! Right away after arriving the employees are very friendly, and knowledgable about the different options they offer. The process was pretty painless. The car wash was very smooth, and just the right amount of time to get your car squeaky clean. The complementary vacuums you can use after the wash work really well, they also have compressed air you can use, which I've personally never seen at a car wash before so that was cool! Another great thing I learned is that if it rains after 48 hours of getting your car washed you can return for a free car wash! They have three different types of memberships you can choose from good, better, and lucky duck. I have the lucky duck Because I mean , why not ? It's the best value of the three and it's unlimited car washes, Including vacuuming and compressed air. You're also greeted with a dash wipe, and if you need more they'll give you some which is nice. I go out of my way to go to this location because they are friendly and it is easier to get in and out than the one by my house. I had recently purchased a new car and while waiting for the new plates dis as they asked go on line confirm cars on the account and check in each time explain and you are good to go. This worked out great! There was a small hiccup once the new plates came in and put one new car and took off old car. It had been ok while it was updating for 3 weeks and today it was not. First off the employee was great helped get me through and gave me the manager ph# as well as customer service. Between them all my issue has been resolved and I truly appreciate it. read more

Saturday May 14, 2022. I took my Ford Focus through the car wash in Riverton and as soon as I started drying & vacuuming it I noticed a large amount of damage. I was truly stunned. I filled out an incident report and was told that Wesly would call me Monday morning. I received a text 7 days after the incident. Asking me to send my pics and videos. (I would never text an unidentified number my videos.) I visited the location AGAIN 3 times trying to get a hold of Wesly. He was not easy to get a hold of. I am beyond frustrated that I had to continue to go out of MY way and be extremely inconvenienced because of this business incompetence. Eventually Wesly took a quick glance at my car and determined that since I've owned it for more than 5 years- the scratches were not caused by the car wash. I told him - no offense dude but who gave you a forensic license to determine this? It is insane to think we didn't notice this for years and one day I just decided to make it up. It's also insulting. But Quick Quack doesn't care. The day of the incident there were other people filling out complaints about scratches the same time as me!! They actually turned off the car wash. But Wesly has decided not to file an incident. He told me he would not give me ANY contact information for anyone above him. He and the rest of his team literally HIDE in the shed so they didn't have to talk to me. I've called customer service several times and they can't do anything without an incident report. They kept telling me they would have a supervisor someone call me. They never did. Finally almost 4 weeks later. They've told me that even though the footage is no longer available and so they cannot show me the video... Wesly said he noticed the scratches were already on my car when I drove in. This is a lie. Also - my car was filthy, how could he see scratches? Why didn't Wesly mention this excuse when I talked to him in person? This entire company is a scam. They're quick quack to take your money - but when they ruin your car- suddenly they are real difficult to get a hold of. I'm honestly disgusted with their lack of empathy and professionalism. BEWARE OF THIS HORRIBLE CAR WASH! To the business owners response.... When have you seen my car? You are judging off pics? Odd because the SCRATCHES go from the hood to the trunk on both sides. You guys are full of excuses huh? I will never ever quit telling the story of how horribly you've handled this. You ruined the car and now YOU are lying. My car was filthy with a ton of muddy rain. My car was super dirty so I stopped in here to get it clean. I picked the Lucky Duck wash that cost me $21.99 which I felt was very over priced but chose it away. When the wash was done and I got out to dry the windows etc. and my car was still very dirty in certain areas. When I lifted up the hatch, there was so much soap up at the top of it as though it hadn't been rinsed at all. The result that I got was definitely not worth the cost and would not recommend. read more

Gorilla wash was bought out by this company and we were forced to switch over. It's fine a car wash is a car wash but way more expensive than the memberships I had at gorilla wash with less amenities. There is no glass cleaner, or other cleaning supplies that my previous place had available. The stall I used had a broken vacuum that came apart every time I moved it around. There was no electronic scan in so going through takes forever bc everyone has to talk to the workers on their iPads to get through the line. Overall I just wish Gorilla wash had stayed. We had a membership to gorilla car wash and loved it. our car came clean, it was a reasonable price and we were very happy. our gorilla got bought out by quick quack and the price went up $10/mo. the flow of traffic is horrible at any quick quack we've gone to. they are always out of drying towels. the vacuums are broken a lot of times. they don't have the sprays to clean the interior like gorilla had. i am for sure canceling my membership here and will find somewhere else to wash my car. read more

First time customer. Good self vacuums. Wish there was a station with a high pressure water wand for cleaning rubber floor mats. Wet towelette to clean dashboard was nice touch. We were disappointed with automatic car wash. Side mirrors and side windows were not completely cleaned and back of SUV was barely touched, remaining dirty. I went into quick quack in Riverton for the free car wash promotion. In hopes of getting my truck all clean, little did I know I was leaving with nothing but damage to my truck. The car wash ripped out my antenna and left a large scratch across my hood. When I confronted the attendant his response was, "We aren't responsible for antennas". Upon entering the car wash I was not warned to remove the antenna from my stock truck. I did not think I would have any issues because my truck was under the height limit! Due to this lack of poor customer service, I will not be returning to any of the Quick Quack car washes and I would not recommend their services to anybody.
