This location is right down the street from my office. The drive thru wash does a pretty decent job in cleaning the exterior of your vechile. They offer a few different levels of monthly memberships. And the good thing is with the membership you can go to any of their locations. read more

I've been a member here for quite some time now. I get to clean my car once a week or sometimes twice a week. I have the good membership which allows to me wash unlimited times. They let you borrow towels to dry your vehicle. Also they have two types of vacuums and an air pressure. I think it's definitely worth the value if you want to maintain a clean car and have the bit of time to do it yourself. I recommend this carwash it's convenient and clean. The vacuums could have more suction tho. read more

I have a membership here and I think it's pretty great. Free towels. Air compressors to blow out crevices. Not too crowded. I'll pay the higher fee because of all those items above. This is a self service car wash, very convenient for the location, close to the freeway and restaurants. Fast service, machines working good, they have membership available if you want for less then 40 dlls per month, you can wash your car whatever times you want. Or single washing prices starting from 8 dlls. Several machines available. If any problem or concern the customer service line is attending fast I tried and they help me. I was excited that a Quick Quack was opening in Santa Ana, because I was so impressed by the Anaheim location. My optimism was quickly killed by the worst experience I've ever had at a car wash. I will never go back to this location. I'm a low maintenance person that doesn't usually complain about things. I don't expect superior customer service. But this was ridiculous. The staff I dealt with were your usual young adults who don't really want to be at work, but put on a smile so they get a good review and raise. That's not a problem for me. But what WAS a problem was that the vacuum lot was packed. Which is also fine. I don't mind waiting. But 3 cars piled up behind me and started laying on their horns like there was somewhere I could go. The car behind me could have gone around me. As I waited, a car drove in off the street and parked in a vacuum space that was half filled with a dumpster, and couldn't pull all the way in, leaving the car halfway out in the packed parking lot. When a space finally opened up and I pulled in, the vacuums on the right side was just not working. Suction was far less than adequate to pick anything up. On the left side, the vacuum nozzle(?) fell apart as I pulled it out of the dock. So I moved to a different space, and the vacuums seemed to be in good working order there. I did notice that my car was not very clean, it looked like I just rinsed it off with a hose without washing. Finally, to top it all off...I went around to the front of my car, and my personalized plate was BENT. I have NEVER had this happen before, and it was not like that before I went to this car wash. I bent it back with my hand because that was my first instinct, and I really wanted to get out of there and never come back. I would stay away from this car wash. The one in Anaheim is great, and I'll go there again, but honestly it had never even occurred to me that you could have a bad experience at a car wash. I guess I was wrong! Even the compressed air won't get me back. read more

On Sunday January 11th my husband went through the carwash. While in the Crwash the conveyor belt snapped off the tire valve stem deflating the tire. Upon exiting the carwash we notified the employee who stated she could only submit a claim and nothing else could be done at this time. Employee was extremely non-chalant stated we needed to tow vehicle at our own expense and Manager would reach out on Tuesday January 13th. I called Quick Quack customer service Wednesday and an agent rudely advised they will respond within 3-5 days and its only 2 so nothing can be done. So here it is DAY 7 and still no response so I called customer again and another agent is advising the matter is handled at the store level. Couldn't the agent a few days have stated that? Neither here or there however the Agents are passing the buck yet, I received an email about the 3rd monthly membership increase in 6months. So I have now had to pay for two vehicles tows as well as a tire replacement. Without any communication regarding a resolve. I DO NOT recommend this business. I am aware accidents can happen anywhere but it is how you handle them that ultimately matters. I truly desire to give businesses the opportunity to accept responsibility and make things right but sometimes a 3rd has to aid in resolving disputes. read more

$13 for one wash wasn't it. Absolutely nothing wrong with the staff but the machines and lack of soap was disappointing. Car was covered in bird droppings on the hood of all places. Now I don't expect perfection but at this rate I can go elsewhere and get two washes for $6 each on first street. Definitely the last time I'll be here. I have been a member since QQ arrived in SoCal. This location was owned, and operated by an independent car wash that was purchased by QQ. The location itself is really not busy, and it now seems to show. The equipment was not working at allot of the dry and vacuum stalls. The vacuum pressure is really not strong. Equipment (hoses) are missing in numerous stalls. They do not seem to empty the trash in the trash cans. Also, no liners in the trash cans. Limited staff of 2 people. Also, when you enter the wash it's on a metal track which causes you to back up since it's tough to turn. SUV's will have to back up to make the turn. The wash itself is just okay. The dryers are not great here. The QQ locations have have been rebranded are not the best. That includes Anaheim, California. They seem to both have the same issues. read more

The guy at the entrance kept waving me to go straight in even though I could tell that my rear driver's wheel would get scraped up if I did not back up. And indeed it did after following his direction. The one in Anaheim does not have those metals rails sticking up to damage my wheels. Came in for a wash and left with a scratched up wheel. As far as the facilities, location, etc. It's great. It's fine and no issues. I find the cleaning to be great and cleans better than some other Quick Quacks I have been to. The vacuums and blowers are powerful. The spots for each vacuum/drying area are spaced out well. So why only 3 stars? THAT ENTRANCE INTO THE WASH IS SHARP AND TIGHT! OMG people with fixed up vehicles, or those that take wide turns, etc will give you anxiety. People with big wheels be careful. By the time you turn into the track, your car is still at an angle and the workers will keep telling you to come in but then your rear left driver side wheel will catch and jump the track and scratch/damage it (potentially). The only way with any quick quack or similar track car wash is to come in as straight as possible into it. However there is NOOOOOO space here. You have to do multiple 3 point turns, reverse, move up, reverse, move up etc. And this will be high pressure situation when there are cars behind you. SUVs or cars with thick side walls are fine of course, they jump it and only catches the rubber. But low profile tires, big wheels, you have been warned. read more

I drove into Quick Quack on Main Street not knowing anything about them. Their machinery apparently needed repair because one of the rotating bars fell on my windshield and cracked it. This was last June, 5 months ago. I filled out an Incident Report as requested. Since then, I've called Quick Quack over 8 times about my cracked windshield, to get it fixed, and the only response I've gotten--on all 8 calls-- was a promise that they would "get back to me." They never have. Stay away from Quick Quack. You could be in the same spot--damaged car and Quick Quack refusing to do anything about it. read more

I had to cancel my membership due to the frustration of having to pay to go to a working car wash when I have a monthly membership. I've been coming to this car wash before its new renovation, although its nice to see the addition in staff.. I must admit I was a bit disappointed for the new facility to not allow access to neither the restrooms or sink outside to paying customers considering the need to wash your hands, towel, brush after handling dirty towels from wiping rims, tires etc.. I also understand the issue with homeless and drug use but don't feel the resolution to this issue is to complete make them unattainable/off limits for paying customers a closer monitoring system after allowing access by your many staff should be sufficient as well general maintenance, key access only to customers should minimize unwanted entry. ***update: As a monthly premium member they have now added a bucket of dirty water for your convenience AWESOME! update:5/10/24: I have got nails and other random metal piercing objects in my tires from the lack of the staff maintaining the outside here is a example of the lack of accountability. read more
