Unknown to me, and l have no recollection of signing a document that gave them the right to automatically charge my account every 30 days for the 1 month service. I had been out of town for a month and stopped there last Saturday, i went to pay, and the greeter guy said l was good. Of course l am thinking how can this be, so l inquired and that was when l found out they had been charging my account. I put a end to that. Love these car washes. I purchased the unlimited monthly plan and have had zero issues. The crew are always willing to answer any questions I may have and assist in anyway they can. Every Quick Quack offers something a little different. The one in Louetta road has a machine that cleans floor mats. I wish the one on 2920 and TC Jester did as well. I used to love this place but lately they don't deliver the service you pay for. I subscribe at the Shine level which includes tire shine. For the last month or so their tire shine fails to work but they still charge my account full price every month. If you use these guys I would recommend only getting the basic wash because a lot of the fancy stuff sin't there even though they charge for it. I think the problem is that the car wash on Spring Cyprus in Texas is just very poorly managed. read more

The Quick Quack Car Wash customer service solely base on the phone call 888-772-2793 and it doesn't care the situation that you encountered at one of their location because the customer service representative on the phone will be angry, mad, and raise up voice to yell at you, to blame at you, and to make you feel guilty to not know anything about car wash business. The official web site printed in black and white for the types of wash which are "Basic, Clean, Shine, and Protect" along with pricing. When customer signs up at any one location with that particular package will not be honored by another location within the Quick Quack Car Wash footprints. For example, I sign up the top of the line type of wash which is "Protect - $29.99/month Go Unlimited" in monthly automatically payment at the location of "Houston Spring Cypress, 11921 Spring Cypress Tomball, TX 77377". At the car wash booth of Houston Spring Cypress, it indicates the types of wash which is exactly the same as on its official website. Unfortunately, when I drive to another location at "Vintage Louetta, 9855 Louetta Road Houston, TX 77070", its car wash booth indicates "Good, Better, and Best" as types of wash which is totally and completely different than its official website - "Basic, Clean, Shine, and Protect". The manager at the "Vintage Louetta, 9855 Louetta Road Houston, TX 77070" doesn't honor my top of the line membership package - "Protect". The manager only gives me one level downgrade to become "Better" and tells me that the Vintage Louetta Quick Quack Car Wash is the best of the best location so that my "Protect" car wash membership cannot be honor in regardless of I am already in "Protect" membership. What an insult! When I called to customer service of Quick Quack Car Wash on Sunday, Nov 25th, 2018 to resolve the situation that I encountered on Saturday, Nov 24th, 2018, the Californian girl Louisa was very impolite to me on the phone. She has a extremely bad temper, ignores the fact that I am a "Protect" car wash membership, on purposely deceives customer by providing information that contradicts to the Quick Quack Car Wash official website in black and white writing, and further insult me as a TEXAN who doesn't have a clue of car wash business! One thing I do know that she and her Quick Quack Car Wash company will be facing a very serious lawsuit soon because they violate the business ethic to deceive and rip off customers nationwide. I guess it's okay if you don't care for scratches. Some employees have bad sense of direction and caused me to scrape my rims as they directed me on the rail. Went over excited to use it and they said it now requires a print out, although the deal states otherwise. Overpriced and waste of time and money. Quick Quack Car Wash is conveniently located. Friendly staff. I've waited to write this review until I have frequented this establishment several different times and at different times of the day. I have a small SUV and I'm loving the wash! There was one time when some bird mess didn't come off and they let me drive through again. Hmm it still didn't come off . No worries! The attendant came over with some type of spray and a rag & helped get it off. It was a tough one! Lol The attendants are alert and friendly. The vacuums are strong & FREE! I love how the hoses are long enough to where, if you don't want to, you don't have to switch sides, grab another hose and start again! When I have guests in town, Quick Quack is on my to do list with them! What other car wash has a colorful duck strolling across your windshield during the wash!! My guests get a kick out of it! One time regular cash washes are great if you get what you've paid for, but don't get the more expensive all you can wash deal. Here is why. They have a BIG PROBLEM with their car wash queuing system. Somehow (and I'm not sure how), the wash computer is getting the car washes out of order. If you have the unlimited premium plan, what this means is that you are VERY subject to getting a downgraded car wash. This has happened to me 5 times. I complained 3 times, but all those young guys say is, sorry about that, go through again and maybe it will get it right. Let me understand this. The wash cycle is off. You did NOTHING to fix it (apparently they don't know how to fix it), and you somehow think now it's going to be right? Here is what happens. You get another wash that is once again random. It depends on who has ordered what before you, so if you have the level 5 premium wash like I do, you might get a 3 the first time, and a 1 the next time. I can then watch the guy behind me who just paid for a 1 getting a great surprise as he miraculously gets the premium level 5 wash with a wax. This also happens if you pay for your wash. They REALLY need to have a way to reset the wash cycle and get it back on track again and quit pissing off all these folks that lost out and making happy those that got their wash. I would suggest that if you are going to buy the unlimited, get the CHEAPEST one. That way all you have to do is wait for the upgrades from the guy in front of you. If you do however get the right car wash, then this one does a really good job. read more

I thought it was a great deal. I live very close by and on my 4th wash the tires weren't lined up and very difficult to back off the tracks. I was following the attendant's directions. The worst part is that when I got home (about a mile away) to dry it off saw all these tiny scratches over my entire hood. I have a new dark-colored car. Not at all happy! read more

This Quick Quack location was very quick to resolve my issue! I had been trying to cancel my membership since April 2016 and it wasn't resolved till August. Naturally, I was frustrated with customer service at their corporate offices but Eli at this location made sure that my refund would be processed once and for all. He did it! So today i walked outside and I noticed that my truck definitely needed a wash, but I was running late to go pick up my wife from the airport. I decided to stop by Quick Quack to give it a try since we're new to the area. Let me tell you, I think I've found myself a dime! When I pulled up, I was greeted by a fantastic cashier named David. He was extremely helpful and let me know the differences in their wash packages. Then as I was pulling up to the wash, Samantha Jean noticed I had my little boy and girl with me in the back seat, so she ran up to my window and asked me to hold on for a split second. Next thing I know, she's handing to small duck dolls to my kids. I couldn't have been happier with the friendly service, and I wouldn't HIGHLY recommend the Best Wash package(comes with a microfiber towel)!!!
