This company has an A+ rating at the BBB and there is a reason why...... Our garage door was original from 1984. It weighed over 500 pounds and the poor Genie garage door opener suffered under lifting such a monster for many years. One day my husband came back from the store and "The Door" was stuck and wouldn't open or close. We could visibly see the panels were falling apart and cracking. I had been afraid for sometime that this thing would break and fall on us or our vehicles at anytime. We called Quick Response and Ryan came out that afternoon. He immediately repaired the one panel in particular. We talked to him about a new garage door that would be suitable for our situation. We decided to bite the bullet and get the garage door of our dreams that satisfied our homeowner's association standards. This replacement door had to be custom make as it was 18 feet. Thanks to Ryan's repair we limped along until the new door was done. I will never forget watching Ryan take the monster apart and then install the beautiful new door and opener! We bought a Genie garage opener replacement from Lowes & Quick Response Garage Door Service (Ryan M) came out today to change out our old broken opener. My husband asked if Ryan might be able to put on door handles because Home Depot's garage door installer that hung our new doors installed a few months ago didn't add them onto a second 1 car garage door with no way to lift it. Ryan M not only was early for the appt, he installed our new quiet opener & added handles on both of our doors. He helped me to set a keypad code & like a dummy I should've asked him how I could change my code because we did that with our old one on occasion. I called the number he texted me from to see if he could walk me through with directions to write down how to reset our code when ready. He was very kind to go through the steps with me (& I wrote them down) after he left! It's nice to know that there are employees who go above & beyond to help customers. Couldn't be happier with the way this went. The spring on my garage door snapped at about 11:30am. Was in the middle of something with work, so didn't start looking online for a repair company until about 12:30pm. Made a few calls and went with Quick Response Garage Door Service at about 1:10pm. The technician, Duane, arrived about 30 minutes later. And as I write this review at 2:30pm, my garage door is already repaired and working smoother than it was before. I'll definitely use this company again. A couple other things I liked: Duane was great - Super nice guy, clearly knew his stuff, did a great job on the repair itself, and worked quickly too. This company sends a link to be able to track the technician and see how far away he is. I wish more companies that performed services at your house did this. They gave me a ballpark quote on the phone, and it was in the same range as the other couple companies I called for same-day service. Oh my goodness. What a great company I found. So happy this company broke away from Sears. I called the Sears number that we had in our file only to be answered by Quick Response. And quick they were. Our garage door all of a sudden decided to work intermittently. We cleaned the lazier lights and it worked perfectly. But since we had a call into this company and the garage door could use a service we went ahead with the call. Daniel called to let us know he would arrive in 30 minutes, a plus, when he walked up I can usually tell if a person is going to be good or not. And in just saying the words "good morning" to each other I knew Daniel was going to be good. Great company, quick response to our call. Great customer service. All around great company. I found Quick Response Garage Door Repairs on the internet. I booked an appointment online for a same day response. I was very impressed with their quick response and especially their serviceman Bryan. He showed up with all the parts and equipment needed to not only fix my problem but I chose to have him completlety rebuild my garage door rod and springs, rollers, cables and even replaced my door opener with a higher quality product. I myself am a first responder and have worked in the electrical field for over 30 years and I was really impressed with Bryan's efficiency, his skilled work, his speed and accuracy. My wife and I are amazed with Bryan. We had a drunk driver drive in to the side of our house. Bryan left his business card by the damage. When we were ready we gave Bryan a call. He was extremely professional. He gave us an honest quote. And the response time to get our new garage door installed was a few days because of the holiday. Bryan's work ethics are the best. I cannot express enough praise to this company and their workmanship. All the way from the sales rep, Scott, who made 2 trips out to my home just to confirm everything was going to fit in the selected cabinets I chose, to Mario, the installer, was 100% stress free. The quality of the cabinets is amazing and looks beautiful. Mario was at the house by 8:05am and my install window was 800am-1100am, so I was thrilled with the prompt service. He did an excellent job installing these beautiful cabinets. I called Quick Response at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday and spoke with Michelle. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and accommodated our schedule to have Brian come to our home at 7:00 a.m. Friday morning. Brian was on time, very friendly and did a great job fixing our broken garage door. Will definitely use them again, if needed. I need to add that Quick Response had installed garage cabinets last year and was extremely pleased with the results. Great selection of cabinet colors and styles. I called and they said they could come out the very next day. They sent a picture of the tech so I would know who was coming. He called saying he was ahead of schedule ask if it was ok to come early which worked out great. He checked out the opener and said he could adjust it and it would probably last a little while longer but did recommend replacing it soon. It was nice to hear them not automatically say it needed replaced but I did have them go ahead and replace it. He had the new already on his truck. He had a few options to choose from. We picked one and they had it installed in less than an hour. Tech was super nice and knowledgeable, cleaned up and took the old one with him. From the start Jim from sales an estimator was outstanding. He was very thorough, took his time and checked and rechecked his measurements because I was doing custom made cabinets and needed to fit specific large containers inside of the cabinets. He was professional easy to talk to, listened to my every detail of what I wanted and took his time with me and delivered exactly what I wanted. The installer Robert was just as amazing and easy to work with and also paid attention to my every detail. We ran into a difficult problem but Robert unmoved by the challenge and found a solution to fix the problem and didn't miss a beat. Quick response pretty much sums it up! I backed into my garage door while it was opening (lol) and the door came out of the track. I called A1 garage doors, a place recommended by DR Horton, and checked YouTube. Didn't like the sound of any of the above because they felt very sales pushy. Quick Response was straight to the point, was able to get me service within a couple of hours on a weekend without any fussy fees. Ryan is a blessing to this company. He knows how what an upset client is. He was sent out to repair our garage which we paid a lot money to completely repair but that is now falling off its hinges, as a result, we are parking our cars outside. When this guy saw this garage, I can tell that he was very empathetic to our plight. The Company called for him to charge us $75.00 for the call while the equipment was under warranty. It did not make sense to me. What this guy did is worth telling people about. He went to his car and talked to someone and told me he will take care of it. He did and put a smile on my face. Daniel, the technician did an excellent job. He was promptly on time (actually ahead by 10mins) and evaluated the state of the garage door before he started any work replacing the springs. He as done in about 30mins and from what I could tell it all worked very well. He did try to upsell replacing the motor, which he said showed some metal shavings, it is expected for the age of the opener. I can understand the need for a small business to drive additional sales, I was in a hurry and did not need anything else other than what was agreed upon requesting their service. He did back off and did exactly what he needed and that was excellent. I'd recommend them again, and would use them should our motor fail :-) read more

Good grief. My garage door opener failed Sunday night at 6:00PM. I called Quick Response first thing Monday morning, and Daniel arrived to diagnose the problem at 11:00AM. I had been looking for an excuse to try out a jackshaft (side mounted) garage door opener, and I was in luck. Daniel was very knowledgeable with this type of opener. He had to go back to the shop to fetch one for me, and arrived back within two hours. He then proceeded to remove the old opener and install the new one. He then took the time to re-program my vehicle's Homelink setting, and walk me through the opener's operation. In summary, I went from a broken opener to a new, more advanced one in less than 24 hours. Great job! read more

Double door spring broke and door tore at the top. needed a new one. Contacted Quick Response and they had Brian out within 2 hours late afternoon with rush hour traffic. Selected door and scheduled for the next day. Brian was on time, a consummate professional and also very personable. My garage door CRASHED!! I went through my home warranty and they sent out a company that that took several days to come out and wanted to charge 3k to fix OR 4k to replace!! I called QUICK RESPONSE for a second opinion as I had used them several years ago, i gave them a call on Friday afternoon and GREG came out on Saturday morning!! At the end of it all the final cost was $70 for service call and $184 to replace cables!! GREG was awesome!! He had great customer service!!
