Dave will rip you off,especially if you are a female.He will call the parts store in front of you and act like he's buying the parts, but I had discovered that. My wife car didn't start so She called the shop and he said dropped it off. She said he tested and said it was the alternator. He called Oreillys and they said they had to ordered it. When he called my wife to pick up here car he charged her almost $500. I got up the next morning to find out it was a used alternator on her car, I drove the car back to his shop and confronted him and just lies . I wanted to see a receipt from oReiLlYs but he refuse to show me any receipt. BE AWARE OF SHOP. HE WiLL put used parts on your vehicle if you don't know anything about cars!! In January 2018 my car stopped on me and had to be towed to this location. The owner made an assessment that my motor needed to be replaced. He also changed the thermostat, water pump and antifreeze. Because I believed his conclusion I had the work done. It was later determined that my motor was from a junk yard and most likely with the issues had not been checked. I have fluids leaking from the car and have yet to be fixed even after taking the car to him numerous times. He claimed the issue had been fixed. In July 2018, my daughter went with me to his location to make mention of the fluid leaks and the two dents on the frame under the bottom. His explanation was that I must have ran over something. However, the dents are in the exact same place on both side, they were not there before and he refused to admit that it was from the lift he uses to get the car off of the ground. Prior to this my daughter went to have my tires rotated but they refused to do the service based on the frame damage. At this point, I can not get my tires rotated unless some has a manual jack to lift the car tires up one at a time and even that may be an issues. She went to another location for an oil change also in July 2018, and a mechanic looked at the car trying to determine where the leak was coming from. After cleaning the undercarriage it was determined that there was a major oil leak, gaskets had not been replaced and the oil pan gasket as well. This all should have been done at the time of my motor replacement. In addition, they also noticed several pieces on the motor that did not appear to be changed when the other motor was put in the vehicle. I would never write a review on a business unless it was absolutely necessary for people to know the type of service that this company is providing. If he had just stood by his work and actually fixed the problem I would have never written this extensive review. But after several attempts to resolve this matter it is clear that he did a bad job and didn't even offer some sort of refund since he took 1850.00 of my money for a terrible job.
