You see a detailed list of what is being charged to you in your receipt. He also calls and lets you know what your car will need before doing any work. From June through August of 2018, i repeatedly brought my 2006 Buick Lucerne in for service because it kept on dying, and they couldn't figure it out. They put in cam positioning sensor, O2 sensor, and the ECU twice for a total of 4 visits. It finally didn't die out. After 6 months it began dying out again. I like that they don't charge you to check the car. Other places charge at least $50 just to look at the vehicle. I got charged $180 for labor on changing the radiator. It's a professional shop!!! How I found this place was my ex wife's father used to tow for them and one day years ago I had a problem with my car and he said go to after hours in Cicero they will take care of it . So never being there I was skeptical because a lot of garages are all about making the money rather than customer service. Got my car back from the first repair all fixed fast turnaround friendly owners good price. 10 years later I'm bringing my daughters car here to have fixed. I have had everything done from oil changes to alignments to major electrical problems.Jeff and Keith go out of their way to make sure your getting quality work for your money. Very unprofessional, I made an appointment to get my car fix. Drove from Sterling which by the way is 2 hours away from this shop. I get there 15 mins before my appointment and the guy tells me he can't work on my car and that I will have to wait til Monday.
