The store exchanged it, but the replacement failed as well. Being sold one defective product is unfortunate. Being sold two in a row and then told a refund was not possible is poor customer service. We made multiple trips and still ended up with a broken toy. It's hard to understand why a business would choose to lose a customer over a $22 item. What should have been a simple customer service issue turned into a frustrating ordeal. Very disappointing.

That pillar is spectacular and makes you so curious you can't help but go inside. It is a toy and trinket lovers dream! They have every tchotchke you could imagine for young and old(er). There are signs throughout the store to let you know the cost of the toys in the various coloured bins. Things ranged from $1 to $10 I believe. Extremely cost-friendly, especially for kids. We walked around and reminisced about our favourite childhood toys, most of which were in the store. I found exactly what I was looking for and then some with the help of the friendly staff. Not only was this individual discouraging customers from joining the event but also was very negative about the product and this was while he was on the clock. His hygiene was also deplorable. I must admit I was skeptical about attending this event but after that experience I don't see how anyone would want to attend future events here. I will not be recommending this store to friends and I will most certainly not be returning ever again. I had only heard stories about these types of people online but seeing it in person really takes me out of it and never want to get into Magic the Gathering. I'll be trying other places that hopefully have a better staff.

They also have a dedicated area for people to play card games. The team running the store is friendly and helpful, and you can tell they care about the shop. I usually come in to browse their Pokémon singles, and I really like how organized their bulk cards are. I will warn you now don't buy their squishmallow or pokemon - its very very overpriced which I know what the market is going for but I recently saw a kid a big one for 90$. The same goes for Pokemon yet so many people buy from here as they're fully stocked. Just now its highly marked up eg: ETBs are like 90 and up. I come here for the comics because they have a wall of new ones and their hugeee back issue inventory. I usually always walk out of there with at least 25 bucks and easily more of comics trying to complete older sets. If you shop here a lot I recommend getting their membership it's a one time payment and you easily make your money back if you shop often. Very chill, and the guys that run it are friendly and helpful. Apparently they are so good that they have survived all this time as word of mouth. I am super jealous that South Park residents can walk by this spot whenever they want. This place is good for horror movie memorabilia, toys from 50s/60s/70s/80s. They have used vhs, dvd, blu ray, lunch boxes, comics. They also have quite a bit for the adult who 'refuses to grow up', like real pinball machines and reclaimed decor from commercial businesses and estates. They also offer roller blades and new wheels. It seems like the store is split into 2: I Used To Have That! as the vintage toys and collectibles, and Fun Zone which offers the roller blade stuff.
