The store exchanged it, but the replacement failed as well. Being sold one defective product is unfortunate. Being sold two in a row and then told a refund was not possible is poor customer service. We made multiple trips and still ended up with a broken toy. It's hard to understand why a business would choose to lose a customer over a $22 item. What should have been a simple customer service issue turned into a frustrating ordeal. Very disappointing.

From really small items to larger. My favorite part is the huge collection of Barbies. What I missed was dolls from all over the world, not just American but I guess this is not as specialized. I had a great time and found the prices were pretty reasonable and the assorted toys are amazing and not being great childhood memories.

And yes...I had to explore all three! Both markets were bright, clean, and incredibly well organized. One of my favorite sections was the tea aisle. As someone who absolutely loves tea, I was in heaven. Their selection is huge, with everything from loose-leaf teas to powdered varieties that you don't typically find in traditional American grocery stores. I'll definitely be back to stock up on a few new favorites. I originally stopped in to purchase a matcha whisk set, but it was a little more than I wanted to spend. That didn't stop me from finding a few treasures, though! I ended up browsing the cookware section and picked up a beautifully designed set of reusable chopsticks along with beginner-friendly M-shaped training chopsticks. One unexpected highlight was getting to try a hand massage machine. It applies pressure to acupuncture points throughout your hand, and wow--it felt amazing! I'm seriously considering going back just to buy one. The produce section also looked fresh and inviting, so I can definitely see myself returning to shop for groceries. Plus, since my sons love anime, I already know they'll enjoy checking out the merchandise store with all the fun Japanese collectibles and character items. Very chill, and the guys that run it are friendly and helpful. Apparently they are so good that they have survived all this time as word of mouth. I am super jealous that South Park residents can walk by this spot whenever they want. This place is good for horror movie memorabilia, toys from 50s/60s/70s/80s. They have used vhs, dvd, blu ray, lunch boxes, comics. They also have quite a bit for the adult who 'refuses to grow up', like real pinball machines and reclaimed decor from commercial businesses and estates. They also offer roller blades and new wheels. It seems like the store is split into 2: I Used To Have That! as the vintage toys and collectibles, and Fun Zone which offers the roller blade stuff.
