They make healthy fresh food right in front of you. The prices are very affordable, small rolls are around $4 and specialty rolls all $10. Very fresh tasting with good flavor. Ordered for pick-up, we got five rolls I believe plus a sushi burrito which we ate the next day for lunch, and it was definitely worth the price! Everything was packaged neatly. We were worried about how the fish would be due to price, but it was fresh and delicious. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THE SUSHI BURRITOS, it was amazing! Mango Tango and Spicy California rolls were a definite favorite among everybody. The other rolls were good, but not amazing, but we weren't expecting perfect sushi. Was skeptical about coming here, not going to lie. Something about "quick sushi" just reminded me of gasstation/7-11 sushi packages. Then as I was scrolling, I saw that this place had 4 stars with roughly 80+ reviews, so I was like well I guess its not terrible. Curiosity took over so I clicked on images to see what the sudhi rolls looked like... not bad at all. As I was looking through the pictures, I noticed a familiar roll name( not the typical california roll everyone has) Climax Roll. There is only one other place Ive ever seen that which was from O! Sushi ( or formally Lakeville Garden Sushi) so I clicked the menu to see what was in it, turns out Quick Sushi literally has all the same rolls as O!Sushi , minus the ones with fried tempura, making it "quick". Ordered a few rolls, and I was right, literally just a cheaper ( slightly lower quality) O!Sushi. Pretty stoked to stumble upon it actually. Occationally I will grab a premade sushi package from Safeway(leaps and bounds better than gasstation) and usually those are $10+, now I can literally get some cheaper version of my favorite sushi spot for the same price...... missed out on the perfect opportunity to name this place "GO! I frequent many different sushi places in Sonoma County. This is not the best sushi in the county. However, it is by far and wide the best value for the quality goods!!! I mean, $3 for 2 pieces of nigiri! In my book that is an awesome deal for the quality of what you get! Very generous, well-cut, portions of fish and then they are not overdone with way too much rice. In fact, they go light on the rice and it's magnificent! I have tried the yellowtail, salmon, tuna, shrimp, eel and all were excellent and very fresh. I have been there about 8 times now with my daughters. We all love the feel of the place too. Super casual, clean and of course quick! We are typically in some sort of rush when we go there. When you enter, you simply order and pay. Self-serve wasabi and ginger and take a seat. We always have gotten our food quickly. There are all sorts of cool stuff I haven't tried yet, like udon.
