Came back again with a couple of friends, and unfortunately we weren't impressed this time. The ramen was good as usual, but my friends who ordered boba said it tasted off. The server's attitude felt unfriendly, and it took a long time for her to refill my water even though the restaurant wasn't busy--I almost ended up taking water from my friend, who brought her own bottle. I also asked for my ramen to be extra spicy, but the server never mentioned there would be an additional $0.50 charge. I don't mind paying extra, but it would have been nice to know beforehand. Especially since most restaurants don't charge for adding spice. On top of that, the food is already on the pricey side, and there's also a 3% credit card fee. So it may be a while until we come back. read more

THEIR STREET CORN GIVES ME LIFE. It's the main reason I go here. It good hot and is good cold as left overs. I don't usually get entrees but others that I know love this place too and make it a point to eat there when they're in Santa Rosa. I do get crispy shrimps occasionally and they are tender and flavorful as well. Great spot to eat at or get delivered. read more

Heard this place had good ramen and indeed it was true. Dropped in tonight, place was open and the staff was welcoming and service was fast. The ramen hit the spot. Went in for dinner one night and had a great experience. Sushi was pretty good but the ramen was the win for me. I love that they had some vegan options on the menu along with a good selection of appetizers and sushi rolls. Service was good but there was miscommunication about the sushi roll I ordered vs what I received. I had many question about allergy items and ingredients which was a bit of hurdle but ended up getting assistance from a gentleman that was happy to help. The next morning I was vomiting over and over and sitting on the toilet for about 6 hours. At LEAST 30 times and I could not leave the bathroom. I had to go to the hospital for treatment because I kept almost passing out. I couldn't eat or drink water for two days straight. They gave me food poisoning and a severe allergic reaction. Loved our experience at Miso Good Ramen! The tonkotsu ramen was amazing--rich, flavorful broth and tender toppings. The fried gyoza with dipping sauce were delicious, and the crispy shrimp was really good too. I also had the passion fruit green tea with boba which was super refreshing, and the strawberry matcha was really good as well. In downtown Santa Rosa, this tall and narrow restaurant with a punny name has a menu full of noodles, sushi, and other plates. My family ate here on a cold, rainy winter night and it was great. Everyone had something they could order (vegetarians and picky eaters alike). Service was attentive. We were seated immediately but we arrived early - it got quite busy as the night went on, and it's a fairly small place. I got the vegan spicy miso ramen. It was good but not the most amazing ramen I've had in my life. I appreciate a vegan option being offered at all. The broth was well developed, the spice wasn't overwhelming but a slow burn. I used to think expensive but amazing. Now i think even more expensive but gone down in quality! I ordered vegetable tofu stir fry bowl $23 with garlic noodle base that adds extra$ if you choose that vs rice. And i asked for the noodle to be rice noodle vs regular wheat so that added a dollar, then i asked for green onion; they added about two tablespoon of chopped green onion. Since it was a veggie/ fried tofu stir fry now totaling $31 (after my rice noodle base with adding green onions)... that price says to me, that even if it is a base of rice noodles, there will be a nice, LARGE portion of veggies; and in my recollection from a past order of probably at least a year ago, there was this nice portion. Not this time. It was a large bowl full of garlic noodle (which is tasty, but come on, not warranted the cost) and the sautéed veggies with fried tofu were more of an accent or an after thought; even resembling a garnish on the noodles rather than the main part of the dish. I could count 4 bite size fried rectangle of fried tofu, maybe 3 small bite size bunches of broccoli, 4 or 5 two inch skinny sticks of carrot, 2 teaspoon corn kernels, a few random cabbage leaf pieces...um, tasty, but highly lacking in veggies OR fried tofu; even though the nearly 3 full cups or more noodles were upgraded to rice from wheat... not worth $31. What I'm trying to say, i guess , is please don't skimp on the goodies if you're gonna charge so much money. See my pic. No there are not tons of goodies under the noodles, only the few i mentioned. Just oodles of noodles my friends! The soft shell crab shoyu is amazing! Definitely my go-to here. The broth is flavorful, the pork belly melts in your mouth, and the crispy crab all makes a nice balance. The bowls are huge and I've never been able to finish one completely no matter how hard I try! Although on the pricier side - definitely worth it in my opinion. The sushi is also good as well! Large portions and fresh fish. Service here is also great! Staff is always friendly and attentive. One time they were particularly busier than normal and therefore slower as well. To start im from San jose so its unfair how the bar is set but $23 for a ramen here the rating is called for. To start the Noodles are 1 to 1 the same as top ramen noodles which isnt bad but for $23 i would expect Thicker noodles or at least the option for them. The Broth wasnt all that and is a comparable to a ramen you make youself at home in a package. For some reason they had bean sprouts in it which ive only seen in pho and never ramen? The Pork Chasu is thick chopped peices of some cut of pork im not sure but it dosent belong in soup i feel. Ive had better ramens in San jose for $10, Ramen Nagi is $15 and is ten times tastier in ever aspect. To top it all off a Thai Tea is $6 which again should be around half that. Not sure if its a santa rosa thing but seems the prices were inflated and the quality did not show for it. Nice Restraunt ambience though so i gave it another star. read more

Wow! Do better Miso. I was there with a party of 8. Two patrons were my children. Something happened with 2 of our family members at the door. Apparently they were there earlier and were told not able to accommodate 8 people. When I got there, they accepted us? When they came back they were not allowed in. This is after we received drinks, and ordered. Then the waitress told us they will not serve us. WTF? We did nothing. Then they said they will. 2 hours for bowls of soup, ridiculous! If I was not there for my kids birthday and it was their choice, I would have left this racist place. Only reason this happened was a profile by a manager that needs a course in customer service and accountability. Never again! Mediocre soup at the best, and add judgement. Go elsewhere. Sonoma County does not need this type of business. Do better. read more

First timer eating ramen from a restaurant! I've been trying to find a ramen spot and I think I've found my new favorite spot. We walked in a little before 7 on a Friday evening and it wasn't too busy. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and taken upstairs (to my surprise they have additional tables upstairs which was nice!). Soon after our waitress stopped by, took our order, and we waited maybe less than 10 minutes and we had our appetizers out; we went for the edamame and fried gyoza (not pictured). Shortly after we received our hot steaming ramen. I went for the Tonkotso Chasu Ramen ($20; with chili spicy sauce on the side)- which came with pork belly, bamboo shoots, spinach, bean sprouts, egg, onion, seaweed and a creamy broth. It was amazing! The pork belly was nice and crispy yet soft and the veggies were fresh. The broth was delicious on its own, very good choice for a first timer! My sister got the Kimchee Ramen ($20) and she also said it was incredible! I loved the vibe of the restaurant, it wasn't too loud, but still lively enough to enjoy the experience and have a conversation without having to yell. Within minutes of sitting down it started getting busy but the service was quick and they were very attentive. Overall, highly recommend and I look forward to coming again! read more

Ramen has quickly become one of my biggest and favorite guilty pleasures over the past decade since moving to the west coast. I've tried countless ramen spots in southern California and found my favorites down there so when I moved to NorCal I knew what I was looking for. The first couple of spots I tried just didn't hit. They tasted like the instant stuff dressed up a bit (which has a time and place of course). But the first time I tried miso good? That HIT. I've eaten both takeout and on location here and no matter how I get my ramen, miso good always delivers. I need to find a few more ramen spots to test this a bit more, but at this point I'm willing to give it the distinction of being the best ramen in the area. My ONE gripe would be the selection of broths- they only have a spicy tonkotsu on the menu, but you can request little to no spice and it tastes just perfect like a tonkotsu should. So good I wish everyone got the chance to try it that way and have them add a spice-less version of the brother on the menu. There's other broth options of course, but a good tonkotsu has always been a staple. All that's to say, I can't recommend miso good ramen enough- give it a try read more
