Clean and up to date lobby area; not dismal like a few auto shops I've previously been to where I've gotten my inspections done. The Masters lobby is bright, well lit, with fresh scent. I spent my time chatting with Misses. She even gave me recommendations on a place to get my sticker. Come to The Masters to get your inspection, you won't be disappointed! The only place that is approved that sells Pennzoil isn't that close to my home and is inconvenient. If I'm 100% honest, I get tired of receiving nasty emails when I go to a place that is on an unapproved list just to get Pennzoil. With that being said, this location may have sealed the deal. VIOC was on top of it. First of all, they allowed me to stay in my car (1 star). They typically get me in and out within 15 minutes (2 star). Most of the employees are very courteous (3 star). Most importantly, they do not try to sell me unneeded maintenance. They follow the guidelines recommended by the manufacturer. I'm typically on top of my car maintenance, even if it is a fleet vehicle. I don't like being upsold when I know for a fact it doesn't need a replacement filter or another item. They didn't do that (4 star). The only reason I did not give them a fifth star is because they do not vacuum the vehicle or clean the windows. I am very pleased with the service I received at VIOC. The manager wasn't even there the second time I took it back because he was at someone's house fixing their car. Stay away from Valvoline altogether. Just getting your money back is an act of God and getting your car fixed is impossible.

We are a VETERAN family and I have been told several times that it's noted in our account. My 16 y/o was recommended the most expensive option and told he needed several additions to his service. He was quoted well over $100 for a Corolla. I called and spoke to someone and asked for the least expensive oil change and thats it. I was told that he would need his veterans ID. I told the gentleman that all of us meaning, three other cars bring our cars there and if I did not have the ID it's always been noted in the account. He said that was not sufficient and did not offer or mention the additional coupons that I found online after my son left. Fine, I understand that anyone can come in and say they are a veteran. But as I stated, I have been told several times that it's been noted in the account. Most reputable businesses will offer the coupon that they have and this also was not offered. This location just lost four cars. I am aware that in the grand scheme of things for cars means nothing to this business.
