The response I received was that it was raining "here" and that was why they were waiting. No location, no updated arrival time, and no communication before the appointment time. The issue wasn't the weather. The issue was the lack of communication. A mobile car wash business deals with weather every day. A simple message before the scheduled appointment time would have avoided wasting a potential future lifelong customer's time as this was our first appointment. After I explained that my concern was the lack of communication, I received an "understand" response, but no apology for the lack of notice or communication. I had a layer of dust on the back seats along with pet hair that was stuck in cracks, hay on the floor and my front seats had perfect dust imprints of the occupants. I requested a shampoo and complete detail, but due to how dirty my truck was, I had to drop it off the next morning because they could only do three complete details that day. From making my initial appointment, following up, and arriving on time, through the actual work, and to the final product and the follow up after, they were courteous, professional, and spoke English and Spanish. Many companies seem to run roughshod over our rig, but these guys hit the ground running and were very fast, yet treated our home with kid gloves. They were done in 90 minutes! And yet - their finished job was as good as any we have ever had. They don't use a power sprayer, so it is delicate - they use a regular garden hose. They use a carnauba wax that is applied, left to film over, and then buffed off by hand. When they pulled off the tire covers before washing, they even laid out the tire covers and washed them! We didn't even have to ask. Then they applied tire treatment to the tires when they were done... and to the tire covers! They even put the tire covers back on when they were done!! All that, and they still charged the least amount we've ever been charged for a full wash/wax/detail. We will use these guys next time we come back to the greater Houston area, and we strongly recommend that anyone in this area use them.

Reliability and honesty matter just as much as the quality of the work, and this experience left me feeling like my time wasn't respected.
