I opted for the refurbished option Johnny was very polite and I appreciated all the staffs thoroughness and professionalism. Unfortunately, they had to re-order the refurbished device twice from their vendor-- as the first 2 devices had errors/tested for a bad battery which prolonged the lead time, but was worth the wait! Once the device was in and tested to be in proper working order, Johnny helped me transfer all the data from the damaged iPad onto the new refurbished iPad. They are very honest and I would comeback here again should any of my devices break again, much closer than the Apple Store!

The store does not offer refunds, and they are unable to fix the quality. I would like to receive a partial refund at least or I'm going to move forward with a dispute for defective service. I had to go to another shop ti get the part fixed with a genuine part.
