Typically, I will load up on my standard selection of bao: Roast Pork, Ham & Egg, Hot Dog, Bacon Scallion Hot Dog, Egg Custard Pineapple, Pork Floss, etc. I like to bring them to work for breakfast to go with my tea. If you don't eat them the same day, the bao reheat in the microwave very well, but you have to eat them right then or they will turn rubbery, like any gluten flour bread. They also have steamed bao and frozen dumplings & bao that you can make at home. I don't know why they don't serve hot dumplings, which is something I would try. I will also get a HK milk tea or coffee to go and drink it while waiting on line for the bus; hot in the winter and iced in the summer.
