Milk tea is a dollar something and the rest of the selection here is about 2.50 and up. Their popcorn chicken is pretty good too. I personally like Lollicup's popcorn chicken better. But the portion here is generous. This place is obviously the hangout place for most highschoolers it seems because everytime we've been here it is always packed with loud and rambunctious adolescents screaming in Chinese! lol. The Place: Chinatown were parking is tough. Air must have been broken as well because it was gross and muggy inside while it was really cooler outside. The Food: We went in search of boba and we found out. The menu also shows that they do a little bit of food but this place is primarily your standard chinese tea station. They didn't have honeydew for my milk tea so went with the strawberry. Way TOO sweet! I've been to my share of tea stations so I know what to expect and this place did not meet expectations. I will drive from the Valley to Quickly's to get my boba fix. Well actually, its a grass jelly fix but whateves :) The price is reasonable (even when factoring the gas or metro fare to get there...but its really worth the drive!) and I love their Royal Milk Tea. Their almond milk tea can be too sweet at times, but letting the ice melt makes it better. My mom got the pineapple slush for 99 cents and it was perfect: enough sweet with just enough pineapple taste. I'd try the other drinks on the menu but I'm just one of those people who likes one thing and sticks with it. They have a WIDE selection of boba, jelly, milk teas, slushes, etc so even the most picky people will have something to choose from. Good place to take newbies. I also like their popcorn chicken, not sure what they season it with but it tastes like a bunch of MSG goodness that I love. and for some reason they fry their french fries just right and its also a bunch of deliciousness. This is the place where all teenagers go. As a teen this is a staple in after school snacks. The place is always packed and the vivas are to die for. They are so good. This was my high school to go spot! On weekdays, after students are done with school, you will see them in a group hanging out! So..come in before 3pm, if you don't want to be stuck in a long line ;). They offer a pretty large selection of drinks and finger food. They even have combo boxed lunches that come with a free, limited selection, drink. They even have cup noodles if you feel like "ramen" that day :D . Drinks: Depending on the person making it, the drink can be a little sweet. My favorites and recommendations: - QQ drink - milk tea with egg pudding, boba, and grass jelly. Trust me this drink is hecka bomb! - watermelon slush - this is straight up refreshing :3 Food: Also depending on the worker, sometimes you get an appropriate proportion of the finger food or sometimes they don't fill up the bags they come in. Their fries differ in size/taste every so and then...I don't know what's up with that lol. The popcorn chicken is alright. The batter to chicken combo is fair. The box food is pretty good. It usually comes with rice, an egg, some veggies, and the meat of your choice. For the price, it will fill you up! Pretty worth it if you're looking for a meal and not a snack ;). Restroom/Parking: There is a lot of parking so you don't have to worry about not being able to find one. However, during the weekends, it gets packed...soo there might be limited space. There was one day I went to this Quickly twice. Yeah, I like it that much. I like it because it's a place in Chinatown that's not on Broadway, so there is much less chance of having to wait in line for very long (if at all). This is a great place to go if you are just looking for a cool drink and maybe a snack. There are a few full meals offered (four or five), but I haven't tried them. What I have had are a number of the fried snacks. The drink menu is impressive. There are many drinks to choose from, categorized by Slush, Juice, Milk Tea, Flavored Tea, and Hot Drinks. Boba is optional. From my experiences there, the service has been friendly. This is a great place to rest your legs and cool off in Chinatown without having to commit to a whole meal. read more

Their service is always fast! Boba is around $2.50 with a range of different choices. The employees here are very kind and welcoming, one time I couldn't carry all four of the bobas I ordered to my table so an employee gave me a hand. This place is always loud so it isn't a nice environment to read and work on homework and such. Not to mention they have cards to stamp every time you shop there to earn a free drink. It's so nice to come here to hang out for a bit and chat with a friend. I love their Taro drink and the popcorn chicken and potstickers taste amazing! The only thing I hate is that it gets so rowdy and packed with high school and middle school students. You won't even be able to find a seat after 1 p.m. because I'm guessing that is the time they get out. :/ They accept card but I think there's a $10 minimum, that or you can let them charge you an additional fee for using card and not meeting the minimum. read more

I have been coming to this establishment for 3 years. It has constant diet of anti-Black sentiment. There are a few exceptions. Today, the staff called the police on me. What was my crime? For knowing two Chinese young ladies. I know these ladies and joke around with them. The Chinese staff called the police on me. They approached the ladies after conferring with the idiot who called them on me. The three officers two male officers and one female officer's approached them. Asking them are they ok, don't be afraid, do you go by any other nicknames, if you need to speak to them please call them. The police departed and conferred outside. Quickly? I think not. Spent 40+ minutes in line and had to leave without a drink because they took way too long. They also messed up an earlier order an made me double pay for a combo; they were also very confused when I tried to clarify the situation and were very hesitant to give me my refund. Another QUICKLY place is becoming my favorite..... I worked in the Downtown Los Angeles area, and while eating in Chinatown a couple weeks ago, discovered that a Quickly Boba place just opened. They are located next to Ten Ren Tea, and under the Ocean Seafood Restaurant towards the Hill ST side. PROMOTION: they're having a special promotion right now on various drinks for $1.28 (regular size), and can upgrade to a large for 0.50 cents more. I have been going to Ten Ren Tea (next door to Quickly) for years for milk teas, until recently. At $1.28 a Boba Milk Tea, Quickly Chinatown has become my favorite boba place. I try to go there for the promotions at least 4 times a week. PARKING: not convenient for this Chinatown area in general; you have to find meter parking or park under the building. For Ten Ren Tea side, they will validate with two drinks purchase, but with Quickly not sure what their policy is on parking validation. Regardless, if you can find parking, this is the best deal at only $1.28 a pop. Woohooooooo! OVERALL: highly recommended, especially during this special promotional period for their various drinks. read more
