I stopped by today and decided to try their coffee milk tea with boba pearls. Yes, I know that this is probably not the best choice off their wide variety of tea drinks, but nonetheless it wasn't that great at first taste. Tasted like cheap flavored instant coffee mixed with almond milk. I still took a few more sips and upon biting into a chunk of boba balls discovered a thick black hair!!I immediately threw away and did not go back and complain because I was already at my car and was in a hurry. I love Quickly, but this new location in the mall really wears the name down. First of all, I ordered a peach snow with boba, but the wait time was so long just for one drink made me so aggravated. I am a very impatient person, so that was a deal breaker for me. It was about 20 to 30 minutes until I FINALLY got my drink. It was alright, I mean a typical snow, sweet and peachy, but the boba was bad... It was not chewy. It felt as though it was frozen and then thawed, but not completely thawed, which made the boba have a hard interior once you bite through it. Overall, I do not think I will come back to this Quickly just because the wait is too long for me compared to other places in the food court I could have gone to. read more

I say 0 stars for real. I went here with my husband just now and decided to get a Boba Milk Tea with Grass Jelly and Fried Tofu. The Boba Milk Tea with supposedly grass jelly barely had any grass jelly in them. Sucks they were real stingie with the grass jelly. I wonder if they count them when they mix it with the drink LOL because if they do that explains why our Large Boba Milk Tea order didnt seem like they have them. The taste was aite tho according to my husband. The fried tofu that I ordered however sucked big time! It was a total waste of money I felt like I order popcorn chicken with tofu inside instead. The picture on the board they have up didnt have any popcorn chicken breading but man when I got my supposedly fried tofu LOL it tasted like a joke. I found myself eatting fried popcorn chicken tofu haha. I do not recommend buying this ever its such a dissappointment and the sauce they have on the side is just packet sauce LOL. I was surprise to see this quickly in the mall today since I havent been in this mall forever. This place doesn't even deserve a star. The popcorn chicken doesn't have any flavor. The drinks take forever to make. Why call this place quicklys when they ain't even quick. Smh. Don't get your boba and snacks here. read more

All I can say is YUM!! Love the fast service and the Thai Tea is the BEST!

Great service, great food. The new suite definitely looks really nice. The drinks are my favorite. The owner is very welcoming and attentive. I will definitely recommend this place. Whenever you go to the mall you gotta stop by quicklys. read more

Looks like a family-run business. When my girlfriend complained about her drink, an employee told us that employees here are somewhat related to the hiring manager. So even if an employee is not performing well or being rude to customers, nothing is done. The older, dark skinned Asian man with a big belly, who is supposed to be a manager or supervisor, was really bad with customer service. He hid at the back after he insulted my girlfriend and her mom. He just left their poor employee to deal with us. The other employees are much nicer to customers, but the old guy must be disciplined. read more

This Quickly spot is awful! We went here for the first time and had a terrible experience. We ordered a personal pizza and waited for it at a near by table waiting patiently. After waiting 45min for our pizza we decided we needed to get what we needed and head home. We went to the register to let them know 45 min was much to long and we needed to go and if we could just have a refund. We knew they didn't do returns or refunds but thought they might let us have a refund because of the circumstances. They rude lady said "No we don't do refunds" and instead of offering us a new hot pizza she continued to yell at us and try to give us a cold pizza. After trying to reason with these terrible people like adults they just kept yelling at us and then they called security on us while we were trying to reason with them. When security arrived the were so rude still yelling this time at the security guard while he was trying to talk to us about what happen. They wouldn't even let us talk to the security guard. So while I was trying to explain my side they were over my shoulder yelling. The security explained to us this wasn't the first time and that we could file a complaint will the West Valley Mall. Personally, I did not enjoy it. I ordered a thai iced tea today with boba was discusting. It tasted like they left Boba outside for a while. When i drank it; the boba was slimy and the tea tasted bitter and old. However, at the other quicklys that i have visited everything taste delicious. read more

The mall quickly sucks. They are sooo slow. I waited 20 mins for one tiger milk tea. Won't be back to this one.

Came here twice in the past few weeks for chicken wings. They are supposed to come with celery and ranch, but the first time after I received my order, noticed no celery. Not too big of a deal, once I asked about it they told me they were out. Three weeks later, same thing. It's on the menu so once I got my order, asked about the celery and told they are out, what still? Okayyy so I asked for a replacement item, and the cashier says, "like what?". I'm not picky, either some fruit or another vegetable, I just didn't want to eat dry chicken with nothing. She asked another cashier who told me there are no replacements allowed which I find funny as this doubles as a smoothie shop so there are plenty of other things to choose from. Due to their dismissive attitude, I pushed the issue and asked why they are advertising the extra food on the menu when they never have it. A man comes barging out of the back and starts yelling at me, "She told you no celery so why are you still asking for it??"..ok now I'm done. I repeated to him that they shouldn't advertise if they don't have it, they aren't out, they just want people to think you're getting more for your money than you actually are, then have the audacity to get an attitude and yell at me? I thinks not. So still yelling he snatches up my receipt from me and says he will just give me my money back and I told him that's fine, he lost a customer because it's really not that serious to be so rude and condescending because I asked a simple question. The cashiers thought it was really funny that he treated me that way adding to the lack of professionalism and customer service. The owner made one of them use a piece of tape to cover up the celery menu item which at least will save another customer the trouble. By the way, the wings are the only thing I tasted there, and they are just ok, nothing special. read more
