This was during a vacation to Orlando for Disney World which took place feb of 2026. Searched online and watched a few youtube videos on which would be the best/easiest way to get a group of people from the airport to our hotel. Ended up choosing this business. I booked about 4 to 6 weeks ahead of our trip. Heads up when booking make sure the option for round trip is chosen. Also there is an automatic 18% gratuity in the final price of the booking. You can also request car seats, i believe depending on the style of car seat there is an upcharge. For 1 front facing and one backless booster it was included free. Our courier/driver meet us at baggage claimed and helped load baggage and bring it to their van. Van was in good shape, not brand new but good for the year and amount of use. I would suggest getting newer vans with more updated vinyl graphics for the business. Our driver was nice and informative giving us lots of information about Orlando and Disney World. Booking this Van allowed us to get driven to and from the airport without to much hassle. We had a group of 9 people and i wanted peace of mind and less stress to get everyone together easily. For my next trip to Orlando Ill continue to research other methods to get from airport to Disney World, but for now this would be my go to option. read more

Avoid. We had a very scary experience with their driver. He was speeding well past the limit, upwards of 85mph at one point, we asked him to slow down and he refused. In fact he sped up, and he yelled at us that we made him late to his next thing. We had two children and an infant in the car, plus elderly grandparents, and everyone felt unsafe. Had to contact them with follow ups to attempt alternative options due to a flight cancellation the following day. They offered no options or refund of the unused service since within 36 hours by the airline. We paid for a very misleading service up-charge that included watching our flights. This service up charge is only why in the car which is by stated. It also seems the service provider is petty with their responses with no professional customer service skills. A review from a few days previously clearly indicates this companies level of quality service is much to desire. Look anywhere else if seeking a full service customer care experience. Our party of NINE was fortunate to use Quicksilver as our airport transportation between MCO and our Universal Studios hotel. The evening before, Gregory called us to confirm and provide our driver's contact information in the event we needed to reach him. Our driver Plinio was waiting for us at the baggage claim upon arrival and quickly we were on our way. He stopped by Publix so we could grab some groceries before heading to the hotel. My son left his phone in the van and since I had Plinio's phone number, I called him and he had it back to us within 20 minutes. Our return flight left at 6am which required a 4am pick up. Plinio texted me at 3:30 to let me know he was there waiting for us. This was an absolutely perfect experience with Quicksilver. We highly recommend them. read more

What a terrible operation After booking online, I received an invoice that was 35% higher than the online quote. Upon confirming this with their customer service, they admitted that the "free" grocery stop I requested is actually not free at all. Oddly enough, they claim that this is a 30 minute stop and I requested a deviation that would add less than 5 miles and 10 minutes to my trip (I noted in my reservation that I have an online order that would be ready for pickup so the stop would be two minutes in duration). I was advised that they only stop at a single Publix (a low end grocery store in the southeast) and any other stops incur a fee. This wasn't posted anywhere on their website, and so I rightfully requested a cancelation. Lo and behold, while they're perfectly happy inflating my quote over email, they are unaware of what century we live in and informed me that they only accept cancelations over the phone. This is the same scam tactic used by gyms that force you to come in person to cancel a membership - they're banking on their victims not having the time to set aside to deal with their scummy agents and get stuck with a bill (good luck collecting on that one!). I'm sure they'll come back here to post a snide rebuttal about how nobody has ever complained about this and caveat emptor. I'm sure they're perfectly capable of driving their customers to and from the airport, but if you're looking for a towncar service that actually understands the meaning of the word "service" look elsewhere. Luckily Orlando has plenty of other businesses (check them out on Yelp!) that will provide the care that you and your family deserves. read more

My experience with this company was nothing but positive. The driver was attentive. He was actually waiting for us when we checked out of the hotel, and we were a few minutes early. He immediately offered the choice of a car seat or booster seat for my 4 year old grandson. The van was clean and the trip to the airport was uneventful, which is a good thing. This was my first time hiring a private car for transportation and I was very concerned with finding a reputable company. I priced out many companies and found Quicksilver's rates to be more affordable than many other limo/transportation companies that had good Yelp! reviews. I decided to give Quicksilver a try and was immediately impressed by their communication. After submitting my reservation request online, Quicksilver was not able to accommodate the exact pickup time I wanted and they promptly called to discuss alternative pickup times. We were able to find a pick-up time that worked. The driver was excellent. He was punctual -- when I walked outside my hotel at the arranged pick-up time, the driver was there waiting for me. He also picked me up for the return trip at the arranged time. In addition to being punctual, the driver was courteous and professional. The entire process -- from making my reservation to the actual driving -- was painless and trouble free. I will definitely call them again when I need private transportation in Orlando! read more

1st time using this company and they were such a huge disappointment. My flight arrived on time and our driver was no where to be found. Waited 15 minutes before I called the company whose phone went to voicemail. Waited another 15 minutes and attempted to call the company again and it went to voicemail again. Looked online and found and emergency number and called it. The person answered stated they had no idea where my driver was and would call me back when they found them. They called back 5 minutes later and stated they driver was just leaving and would be there in another 15-20 minutes. One of my travel companions called an Uber who was there in under 5 minutes and we left. The driver then called as we were pulling into our hotel stating that they were there looking for us. I stated that their services were no longer needed as we were already at our hotel. I then received a text from the owner saying they were going to offer me a discount and the would have to charge a "no show" fee. The company is currently hounding me for payment for services which were never rendered. Save your time and money and get an Uber or Lyft as they were cheaper even after including a hefty tip. read more

Based upon previous reviews, I was leery about making a reservation with QuickSilver Tours and Transportation but those were quite the opposite of the level of customer service we received. During the initial phone calls, Gregory was responsive to my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with my transaction. We were met by Louis, our driver and it's always nice to be greeted with a smile by someone who can expertly navigate the airport and the baggage area to make a smoother transition out to the car. Built into our quote was a 30 minute stop at a local grocery store where you can pick up those last minute items and then were dropped off at our hotel promptly. Although pick up was planned a little earlier than anticipated, it was certainly understandable if we encountered traffic (which we didn't). Very rude customer service. After a horrible experience with one of the drivers, a complaint was made. Apparently the owner did not like that and decided to call my phone, harassing me while yelling profanities at me. I have never been treated so horribly by a business. He not only called me names, he proceeded to do the same with my father and brother. He called my phone a total of 8 times. I cancelled the other 2 pick ups with this company. Our first flight was delayed, we missed our connection and for some reason the owner couldn't understand how that works. My advice: take a taxi. This was the second time we used Quicksilver Tours when visiting Orlando. Both of my experiences have been outstanding. They are very punctual and the 30min stop at the grocery store is a great plus. The drivers are very friendly and helpful. This last time our flight was about 45 min delayed, and Louis was waiting for us with a big smile. If needed, they have a car seat that makes the whole trip much easier. Their fees are very reasonable and I will definitely use them again for our next trip to Disney. read more

For 8 years at least I have used Quicksilver for my transportation from Orlando Airport to Walt Disney World. Never in that time have they ever been late. They take me to the grorcery store for supplies and then get me to my hotel. It is always smooth as silk. A number of years ago, we used them for a large gathering. They picked up and returned 18 people over the course of 6 days without a hitch, in fact when one of our guests was not in the right location, Quicksilver called us and we got them together. As someone who travels alone, I cannot tell you the added value of someone waiting for me at the airport when I arrive. I know that if I did not arrive,they would be on the phone to my husband ASAP. After filling out a survey I received from Quicksilver, I was contacted by the owner. I've provided the exchange below because it really speaks for itself. For reasons you will see below, I do not recommend using this company. 10/29/16, 9:19 am Driver was not there upon our arrival. Manager seemed to imply it was because we didn't check bags. Requested stop at a drug store, not grocery store. Driver told me there was no drug store near our hotel -which is not true. 10/29/16, 4:37 pm Driver met you a couple minutes after you have called. We are sorry he wasn't there as soon as you came down. What I said was that if you had luggage to claim he would have arrived even before luggage would come around the carrousel. Sorry I wasn't clearer. Also, there is indeed not a CVS on our direct route as is the groceries we stopped at. You'd indeed mentioned a quick stop at CVS, but just for water, We did not know it had to be there. My family and I traveled to Orlando in February 2019. It was 4 adults, 2 children and an infant. The plan originally was to just get a few Uber's but they didn't offer a rear facing carseat and I was also worried that all of our luggage wouldn't fit. We decided to go with a round trip van/shuttle thru Quicksilver and am very glad we did. Our plane arrived earlier than expected but with the kids having to stop to use the bathroom and us not knowing where we were going, we were not at baggage claim until way later than we anticipated. Our driver was actually waiting around for us for about a half an hour. When we finally made it to baggage claim he was super polite and very helpful, he stepped right in to help with luggage. Our driver was very nice and talkative so the ride wasn't awkward or uncomfortable. We did take advantage of the 1/2 hour stop at the grocery store. He didn't make us feel rushed at all. I was pretty impressed with how much room we still had for all of our groceries. We had 5 full size suitcases, 2 smaller ones, a full size jogging stroller and probably 5-6 carryon bags. We still managed to fit 3 cases of water, a few cases of beer, probably 10 grocery store bags and still had room to spare. I can't imagine half of this fitting in the Uber's. When we got to our hotel the driver opened the doors for us and again right away started helping unload all of our stuff.. Our same driver picked up back up at a prearranged time when our vacation was over and once again helped out with bags and was very courteous.. The price may have been slightly higher(definitely not much) than what Uber's would have cost, but I did elect to pay a surcharge for a rear facing seat. The convenience of all of us being able to stay together, not have to worry about cramming luggage or us being crammed and the trip to the grocery store was well worth it. I would absolutely recommend them and especially if you are traveling with a larger party. read more

Over the last six years my family has made an annual trip from Boston to visit Disney World. Years ago Quicksilver was referred to us by a travel agent in Boston who specializes in Disney Vacations. We continue to use them to this day for round trip service for airport pick-up from Orlando International to our Disney resort and have always had a great experience. The drivers have been polite each time, they are always on time for pick-up and the price is about the same as a cab and you have the option for a quick shopping stop. It's a great deal! I can't think of one time where I was disappointed by the service. Also, my daughter always asks, are we getting picked up by Quicksilver. It's part of her Disney experience and vacation. She always wants to know if Quicksilver is picking us up. As long as the service and price are great, I will continue to use Quicksilver for my airport/hotel pick-up service when visiting Disney World. read more

Everything was fine on our trip from the airport to the hotel. We realized we had given them the incorrect flight time for our return flight home. Called more than 36 hours (per the contract) before the flight to change our pick-up time. We were told he had no cars available at that new time, but if we paid him an extra $50, then he could find a car. Dishonest, rude, broke his contract. Don't use him! read more
