I found QuickStart off of iCracked, and was connected to Jason. Jason was very professional and extremely friendly, which put me at ease when booking the repair. I had my iPad Air screen replaced as well as the home button. The screen looks and feels great, and I am extremely satisfied. The home button was replaced successfully and works good, but was a little more indented into the iPad than what is normally expected. I am rating 4 stars instead of 5 because of the fact that I had to mention this to to the technician instead of it being pointed out by him upon return of the iPad. Again, I am very satisfied with the overall repair of the device, but I did expect a little bit more transparency with an issue like this. As a disclosure, I was also offered a free screen protector for writing a Yelp review. EDIT: My iPad screen started to malfunction, so I scheduled a warranty repair with iCracked.
