I placed a pick up order and came in to find it wasn't ready. No one said anything to me and they took orders and got them out while I was still waiting to be acknowledged. The woman working there needs to go. The two guys are always working circles around her and she hadn't even looked at the tickets for the to go orders that had been placed before the other customers were even in the building. Inexpensive decent hibachi really can't go wrong here. Parking can be a little bit of a challenge though.

Food was scarce. Portions are small compared to the store downtown and others out of town. Normally the lid could barely close. Veggies were soggy. Small amount of shrimp, noodles and veggies. Good, and quick food to pick up as I was on my way back after running errands. It was later in the afternoon and they weren't crowded. Ordered a bento box with shrimp and fried rice and ordered without any extra sauce. They confirmed with me and that made sure that they understood. It took less than 10 minutes to prepare my order while I waited. This restaurant didn't look like you could eat in as the chairs were up on the tables, and that was okay since I was carrying out the food to go back to where I was staying. I like Quickway as their food is good and fairly healthy. Highly recommend a visit here or one of their other locations. read more

This location in Owings Mills use to be good. I ate there two weeks ago about 1:00. I ordered my food and my number was called in less then 5 min. When I was leaving I looked over the counter and saw they had a stack of cooked chicken and vegetables already cooked. So, I open my container...and yes, my food was luke warm.with soggy vegetables. This place don't deserve your money. They do not care for the quality of food they serve, but want your money! I'm back again at Quickway and it's excellent. Friendly greeting when entering and great order placement service. Fresh hibachi entree is fired right up. I got the beef bento box with a lil bit of sauce. It's delish. read more

Sorry I didn't get a picture of my meal, I am trying to get better with that part. For anyone who has not been here, it is a clean restaurant. I have never seen it overly crowded, but it has never been empty inside either. I ordered the shrimp hibachi with vegetables, rice and a side order of vegetable spring rolls. It was very tasty and reasonable. One order of spring rolls comes with four, small spring rolls, so it is enough to feed two people, possibly more. The spring rolls also appear to be cooked upon ordering, so they taste fresh. The shrimp hibachi was good. It had a fresh taste and was the appropriate temperature. I also have the occasion to order the hibachi without a protein and it is still tasty. read more

Noticed this new spot and decided to check it out. It's not the type of hibachi grill that prepares the food in front of you as a form of entertainment. More like carry out, or a quick dine in. This hibachi spot in OWINGS mills food is delicious and they give you a good amount of food way better then Saku in security square mall

We like it here. Quick ordering process, easy menu, reasonable prices and the food is fresh and made while you wait. Service is always great. Cashiers are helpful if you have any questions about the menu. Tables are clean and the place is busy must of time. That yummy sauce is that, yummy sauce. I love to add it to my vegetables. Quickway! The name is deceiving. It was not quick at all. Either time. Not at all. But for the price and location I'll wait. The basic rolls are $5 and the premium rolls are $8. The hibachi ranges in price based on protein. The taste was just ok. Nothing to write home about. But the saving grace was the yummy sauce. It made everything better and I used it on my sushi too. Came in a little before 8 on a Monday night, and there was one or two other people in the restaurant. I ordered a volcano roll and a spicy tuna roll which totaled $14 and some change. For inexpensive sushi it's pretty good, the spicy mayo isn't too spicy so it's good for someone who isn't too versed in sushi or doesn't eat sushi too much. The rice on the rolls was really fresh, the rolls were packed very well. The fish itself could be better (I'm bias, sushi is my favorite meal and I LOVE raw fish) but overall for cheap sushi this place is GREAT! Definitely someplace to take someone as an introductory sushi experience. The food is all made fresh, I waited maybe 5 minutes for my food to be made so I can imagine a slightly longer wait when they're busy but it seemed like they were staffed enough to handle almost chipotle size lines with their variety of different menu items. I will DEFINITELY be back to try their hibachi and bento boxes- everything in there smelled amazing. I also appreciate the rolls themselves were rolled well and didn't fall apart while eating. No complaints, I would definitely recommend for an inexpensive meal :)) read more

I came here about 15 mins before closing & the cashier was very nice. Food was cooked quickly and was a reasonable price. It's the same type of stir fry like Sarku Japan. I gave this place a try shortly after it opened. I got a steak and chicken bento box. It was okay, in the sense that it was perfectly edible, but (unsurprisingly for a place geared towards high turnover) very toned down in terms of spice and authenticity so as to avoid scaring off anyone who's unfamiliar with Japanese cuisine. If you're intimidated by new things and want an Americanized version as a means of dipping your toe in the water, then by all means come here. So my mom and I had Quickway this early Saturday evening. Quickway does satsify the Japanese cravings by far. Today I had Shrimp w noodles with extra sauce yumm yum. This was a decent hibachi place. I got beef and shrimp over noddles. I wish they offered fried rice. I like to get my hibachi with fried rice, they only had the choice of noddles and white rice. The beef was okay, it was a little on the tough side, and kind of needed the sauce to go with it. There was not many shrimp in the meal, but they were good.. The noddles were average, I feel like they were missing something, but I can't pinpoint exactly what. I also got 6 chicken dumplings. They were okay as well, nothing too special. Stopped in today for takeout and, for the first time, had a really bad experience. Food was delicious as always, but customer service was insulting. Jose (the name he gave) was extremely rude. He actually yelled at me at the register. I said I wanted a chicken and shrimp and before I could finish my sentence he yelled "CHICKEN AND SHRIMP WHAT? BENTO OR HIBACHI?!?!". Not bad. It is similar to mall food court habachi. The portions are large and service was average speed. If you are looking for something different for carryout I would recommend this place.
