The restaurant is nicely decorated, and the service was impeccable. I had multiple servers come and check up on me and I felt like if I ever needed anything they were able to take care of it. Also, one of the servers mentioned the restaurant is peanut free in case anyone has any allergies. The poke was really delicious. I felt that the salmon was very fresh and I thought they gave very large chunks of salmon compared to other restaurants that really do skip out on the salmon portion, but this restaurant did not! The poke had cucumbers, mangoes, avocado, and scallions as well and I felt that the mango with a nice touch to add some sweetness, and it was also very fresh. The addition of the cucumber gave a nice crunchy texture that helped the dish overall. As for the sauce, I got the original non-spicy poker sauce. I didn't use too much of it because a little bit goes a long way. I recommend anyone to come and try out the poker here and I haven't tried their Ramen yet, but I do look forward to it soon.

I found Ramen Utsuke from Yelp and although it had over 4-stars, I was skeptical because I came from a town with excellent Asian restaurants so I couldn't help but be a bit judgey about the reviews. Stopped by around late 4PM and the tables were still mostly occupied. We were quickly seated in a booth and ordered a few appetizers, bentos, and ramens. We were pleasantly surprised that the food was actually pretty legit Japanese. I got the Tonkotsu Ramen Black and the broth was delicious. The noodles were well done and it had a fair amount of toppings. The pork chashu could be better (they were a little dry) but overall, it was very good in a legitimate-Asian approved way. I also got the avocado salad in onion and roasted garlic dressing and the dressing was the bomb! We use the remainder as dipping sauce for other stuff. Service was great - the staff were very professional and attentive. Definitely recommended!

The inside is small but they use the space effectively and nothing feels cramped. The menu is small but everything we got was delicious. The service was great, very welcoming and informative. We'll definitely be back. We ordered the special menu appetizer watermelon, I don't remember the name and Onigiri. I ordered the Mazemen and my partner got the special spicy shrimp ramen. The pink drink is the Open Kimono, the gochujang isn't overbearing but has a subtle flavor that really bright everything together. The Toki Monster had a piece of pork belly for the garnish and my partner also ordered the special mystery saki. He said it was unlike any other sake he's ever tasted in the best possible way. The only downside was that he forgot to ask again what it was called.

Mostly because the ramens came with pork or vegan broth and no poultry or fish broth options. Stalking their insta I saw a chicken broth tantanmen that looked delish. So here we were. We were promptly sat, service was quick and fast. My chicken tantanmen was delicious. The numbing sichuan chili oil with the crispy karaage, paired with a nutty miso broth was just perfect for an overcast day. My bf also thoroughly enjoyed his vegan mushroom ramen and appreciated the cook on the mushrooms as it wasn't just bland and spongy. Would absolutely come back if they keep offering non pork broth options. Or at least the ability to sub broths out. Interior was also decorated very cool.

After browsing their menu online, I decided on the miso ramen since it was vegetable-based, and I planned to add chicken for some extra protein. Walking in, I was pleasantly surprised at how cute and colorful Seoul Fusion is. Really a warm & inviting atmosphere. I placed my order for miso ramen with chicken and, although tempted by their massive menu, I kept it simple. However, I did notice a pricing issue. I was charged more for adding chicken than what the menu indicated. The cashier explained that the upcharge for chicken wasn't listed on the menu, which was a bit confusing since their menu has an "add more" section that shows a lower price for chicken. I've attached pictures showing the different menus for reference. I wasn't going to keep arguing with her since my food is being made by them so I just noted it to add to my review later. I took a seat at the counter and watched as the staff prepared drinks and took care of other customers. They offer a wide variety of items--bulgogi, bibimbap, smoothies, bubble tea, and fresh tea refreshers, just to name a few. I requested no corn in my ramen, and they were happy to accommodate. When my bowl came out, it looked beautiful. I was excited to dig in, but unfortunately, it didn't quite meet my expectations. The chicken wasn't seasoned, and it was a bit dry and cold. Of course, I know it is cooked ahead of time but wow don't make it so obvious. It didn't have time to absorb the broth's flavor. It reminded me how much I prefer duck in ramen which is richer, more tender, and full of flavor. Next time, I'll probably stick with duck elsewhere to get the full ramen experience I love. They also offer Korean hot dogs, but I'm still on the hunt for one with a hot dog inside and crispy potato on the outside--hold the cheese! Until I find that perfect combo, I'm staying on strike. They also serve musubi, budak fire noodles, and yakisoba. While I haven't written off Seoul Fusion entirely, I did leave a little disappointed. If I return, I might order the chicken again but save it for last or maybe try something new from their extensive menu.

There are limited kosher restaurant options (especially for Asian cuisine), so the fact that they have a place they love and can enjoy together is great. Objectively for anyone else who is NOT kosher - I do not recommend this place at all. Prices are astronomical for Thai and Chinese food - I've never heard of a $25 General Tsos Chicken (every other Chinese entree is $25). The thai entrees are $18-29 each...$23 for a pad thai is ridiculous. Even their appetizers for hot wings is like $16...or $18 for 8 steamed dumplings. If the food was exquisite, that could maybe excuse the price but it wasn't. I got the drunken noodles and it was not authentic at all. Did not use the flat wide rice noodles, not spicy at all, and just the sauce was wrong. The pad thai tasted acceptable. The only good food I have had there was their sushi rolls. I got a Ben's roll which was actually really delicious, but steeply priced at $18. I suppose there has to be a bit of an up-charge to maintain everything kosher, but still, these prices for the food quality was not it. Ambiance - nice lighting inside, but quiet. Service was okay the 3 times I've been, but slow at times. My father-in-law got his soup comped for his birthday I believe, so that was nice at least.
