This a great go-to Chinese place where the food is hot, good and cooked to order in a matter of minutes. Prices are reasonable...it's usually about $25 to $30 for 4 and that's with plenty of leftovers. We like the spring rolls, egg rolls, veggie lo mein, orange chicken and peanut chicken. You can order or eat there or do takeout. Every order is correct and staff are friendly and efficient. Substitutions are never a problem or bother so if you don't like an ingredient ask to swap it out. No problem. Quik Wok is far better than Panda and has an extensive menu. We have been coming to this restaurant for YEARS! Today was the last time!! We are those kind of customers.. The kind who are polite, flexible, patient and not picky. The elderly man who has been there for years has changed. He used to be friendly and welcoming. Today, we were waiting for him to bring my husband's plate so that we could all start eating and we saw him put it down on the counter by the self serve soda machine. We watched it sit there for over 3 minutes while he went back and forth past the plate several times serving other customers. Finally, my daughter couldn't take it anymore and walked up to the plate and asked the elderly man.. Is this our food? And he answered "yes" as if she should know. She waited for him to maybe apologize but he just stared at her.. She asked "can I take it" and he was like Yeah!! What just happened? He doesn't even say sorry about any of it.. Sad! Family dinners for 4 are super affordable here and Im never disappointed with the quality and service. My son loves the wonton soup and the veggies that come with it. They are fast and always friendly. Its convenenient to get in and out of parking lot as they are at the entrance of the mall. They now deliver locally too. Do NOT eat inside the Quik Wok restaurant because it is extremely HOT and HUMID and because the door stays open watch out for mosquitos and gnats in your food! Pick any other restaurant and the air conditioning will be on, especially with the hot days we have had this summer, but not this place. While visiting this place yesterday we got in there and they did not even greet us they just were rushing us from the minute we walked into the door..we asked about the sizes they had and if my friend who is blind could feel the box sizes an older man I assume he was the owner yelled at us that there us only 1 size and if we were not able to see that.. after that he kept rudely telling me us to hurry up and order because they were closing soon in 5 minutes when it say they didn't close until 10pm we got in there well before 930pm . So over all we had a horrible experience and there was no customer service at all...I definitely do not recommend this place at all! We also did explain to him that our friend was blind date and even then he just tossed a box at us for him to feel the sizing. read more

I'm incredibly disappointed with Quikwok tonight. Normally we get food from here quite often and it's good, but after tonight I don't know if we'll ever order from here again. I ordered food for delivery. They brought me the wrong food. The delivery driver told me it would be over an hour to replace my food. I called and talked to the manager, he told me I would have my food in 30 minutes. I called back 1 hour and 15 minutes later and was told by the manager that the delivery driver didn't want to come back to my house and that next time he would give me my order for free. I never got what I paid for. I tipped the driver $7 on a $22 ticket. I think this is completely unacceptable. I paid for something I didn't get and then was told that they guy didn't feel like fixing it. No very good business practice. read more
