Just to be clear that is not what the rejection stated had I not called and pushed. They would've kept my money. Nonetheless, I was told the refund would be processed. Today is August 18. I have zero money left no food and the refund has not been issued. This is significant as like most people I live paycheck to paycheck, but unlike most people, I am totally disabled veteran.
