When I called, they said they'd look into it...they came outside with my drinks and when I asked why it took so long (trying to understand and give grace), they just snarky replied with "we were busy" and when I said I saw the drive through had been empty, they just repeated the same thing back to me no matter the question I asked. No attempt at repair or explaining or offering compensation, just more rudeness? Also, I use the pull up vs drive through so I can get my drink without my daughter waking up from the drive through sounds.
