I saw someone who did not look like someone who would be a normal employee. This person looked like a Manager or possibly the owner. What really stood out to me was that this person was sweeping floors , delivering food to tables, cleaning tables and other things that were needing to be done. I confirmed with him and other employees that he was the owner, who I later found was named Brian White. I noticed that he was not micro-managing his employees and was just allowing the fine-oiled machine to just function as they were trained. I could tell that he was not there to manage but to support them. It was busy and they were like ants doing their job as the assignments required. I could not have been more impressed with an owner and his employees as I was at that moment!
