I go 3 to 4 days a week and only order 3 Tacos and a Large Diet Pepsi. 70% of the time the tacos are filled with all the ingredients. The other 30% the shells are not even halfway full on the goods. Don't bother going inside. Only use the drive-thru. We ordered at the counter and then had to wait 26 minutes to get our order. Meanwhile they continued to serve every car that came through. We counted at least 20 cars once we realized our food was being delayed. We don't know how many cars were before that, but when we arrived, the store was dead with very few people in the drive-through. Delia (I'm really hoping this is the right name) is an absolute beast. In the short time I was here for lunch, she greeted every single customer that came in and let them know about the current specials, she kept the place clean and made sure everyone was taken care of, and most importantly, handled each customer with care. There was a (pretty unreasonably) irate customer, and she perfectly understood what needed to be done. The customer almost 'gave up' multiple times, but Delia made sure he was taken care of. If she isn't a manager, she needs to be one ASAP. Amazing work ethic. She's the type of employee that makes you want to come back to this location again and again. They charged me $7.05. I looked a online order for the same thing and it should have been $6.49. So I only got half my order and was overcharged for that. Don't know why I went back here. Last time I was shorted a burrito. This time, I got an order of nachos and Mexican pizza. Nachos were good. Crunchy chips and lots of toppings. Service was ok by the employee at the counter but Christian the manager does not honor coupons that are current and good. Mine was for a buy one menu item and get one of equal value free. He would only honor it if I buy one taco he would give me a free one in a sarcastic sense. He wouldn't honor it with any other item! Well, that certainly not taking care of people and not taking care of customers. I feel sorry for his employee for having deliver a message like that and for the employees there having such a bad example. I normally love Taco Bell, don't get me wrong but I have had the worse experience of my life! It's my best friends birthday today and we ordered online through the app for curbside. Normally, they get my order right but today, the one day that I really needed my order right. They gave me the wrong drink. I ordered a "watermelon berry freeze" and they gave me some drink with lemon. I ended up throwing out the drink once I got home because I did not like the flavor. It tasted like old dishwater. I was already home by the time I looked at what they gave me. Very disappointed because they normally don't get my order wrong. My friend got a hard shell taco and a watermelon drink. He was also given the wrong drink and the taco shell was cracked which caused all the meat to fall out. His drink tasted the same and was thrown out as well. The gentleman working the drive through window, government name Devon, informed me that my most cherished menu option, the quesorito, was unavailable. I could however order it from the mobile app and receive it that way. Obviously heartbroken, Devon and I worked out a plan that allowed me to receive my cheesy goodness. The day crews are good at what they do. They give you what you order. EVERYTHING. The night crew on the other hand literally forgets multiple things with a minimum of 1 item every single time we go. No Joke. They are always playing around or just leaning up against the drive thru window. No wonder they cant do their job right. They have gotten to know us because we are those "annoying" customers who come back every time something we paid for is missing. Tonight, the guy taking our order cut us off after every item trying to give our total even though we said we had more. He was trying to rush us out of there. They also forgot 1 item (SHOCKER) so we went back around and when we got up to the window they knew exactly what it was and said " just 1 yea we thought so." THEY THOUGHT SO!!!. Not to mention I ordered 3 nacho fries and they were still partially frozen. And my 5 cheese cups ( i paid for 2 extra) were all less than half full and each had an extra cup under it. What a waste of product. We would stop going all together if there was another TB closer to where we live but I'm not driving further down late at night when we already drive 20minutes to this one. I came here because I worked late and my family told me they would not be saving dinner and according to their website it said it was the only thing open after midnight within like 20 miles and they weren't even open and I drove out of my way to be told FU the customer doesn't matter we close when we want. This location is always taking care of us! Today was exceptional in service, above and beyond! We come in once a week and always get a great greeting from the manager, along with the friendly cashier! We were at the microphone ordering and this car behind us kept honking, along with cursing from impatience. He was " telling us to take our sweet ass time". He was just honestly insane, especially the fact we took four minutes. I've never encountered an impatient man honking and cursing, especially at a women. There's no excuse even if I was a man, it was ridiculous. The manager refused service and it honestly made my day! The fact she ignored the dollar sign and cared more about her customers feelings, meant the world. Normally they just ignore the fact and serve the guy anyways but she took the initiative of her position to care for her customers. Taco Bell is my life and if I could live here I would. The service is amazing (kindest employees on the planet BRAVO) and the food is exquisite. If you need a cheap place with gourmet food, travel no farther than this Mexican food establishment. My meal was less than 12 dollars and I ordered 4 mouth watering items. I was full for the rest of the day and felt I got a very nutritional meal for a low price. Everything you could ever want in a restaurant is here.
