    Raw not medium

Raw steak when ordered medium, raw bacon around it. They got everyone's steak order wrong Hope I dont get sick. Everyone's food was wrong and left a VERY bad taste in our mouths for hours after we left. Offered nothing to compensate for any of it.

Supposed to be Medium Rare- Nope.

Only went here because everywhere else were on hour long waiting lists. Old style dark "Steak House" feel when we entered. One waitress handling the crowd of 8-10 tables when we first arrived. So far okay until she tells us the only thing we could order off the menu was either the Filet - all sizes. Or the Lasagne- vegetarian of course. I was hoping for Prime Rib- nope. Filet comes with baked potato and a salad. Only salad dressing is the "House"- a mixture of Honey Mustard and Ranch - so it's a sweet dressing. Not my kind - didn't have any other choice. Like everything else here. The worst part is when the steak is t even cooked right. I always order Medium Rare- Nope - definitely overcooked to Medium moving toward Medium Well! Baked Potato was also over- and not hot enough to melt butter or cheese. I would skip this place completely!

Love Quincy's!!!! If you're wanting a great steak meal, this is the place for you!! Perfectly cooked and melts in your mouth. Serviced with a side salad that they promptly bring out once they take your drink order. A giant baked potato perfectly cooked and a giant roll. They have vegan options if you aren't into meat. Old mountain town vibe with historic photos items on the wall to make you feel nice and cozy. Recommend going here and I will be back!

The slim remains of a wonderful meal - too excited to photograph first.

I've been a fan of Quincy's ever since my first meal in Leadville years ago, so I was thrilled to discover they also have a location in Buena Vista. Quincy's is all about beef, and they do it exceptionally well. Whether it's a perfectly cooked filet or a flavorful ribeye, the meat is consistently tender, tasty, and lean enough without losing richness. They offer cuts in different sizes, so whether you've got a big appetite or prefer something lighter, there's an option that fits. The baked potato, loaded with butter and sour cream, is simply heavenly. Add in a crisp, fresh salad and a slice of bread to soak it all up, and you've got a meal that's both simple and outstanding. Prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. Honestly, if Quincy's were right next to my home, I'd probably eat there every night.

Interesting concept, only two meals to choose from on menu and yet it works! The filet was not the best we've ever had and I would order a smaller size next time, but it was a solid meal with the salad, baked potato and delicious homemade bread. The bottle of wine was fairly priced and we would definitely try again on prime rib night!

I visited this restaurant in beautiful Buena Vista, CO for the first time today upon the recommendation of a friend in the area. The restaurant was conveniently located on Route 24 in Buena Vista, there was plenty of parking, the outside of the restaurant looked average in my opinion, no one greeted me upon entering the restaurant (and I even had to get an employee's attention to seat me after waiting for a couple minutes at the greeter's desk at the entrance), the dining room looked like a typical Chinese restaurant, was finally seated at a table (there were very few customers in the restaurant, though it was 5:30pm), the the table/booth were clean, no menu was given to me, I ordered filet mignon as it was "filet mignon special night", my server was friendly and efficient, my meal (6 oz steak, baked potato, & side salad, total: $17) was served hot in 10 minutes, my steak tasted barely "good", and the steak sauce they gave me came in a small, unmarked bottle and were terrible!, potato and side salad were fine, there was no WiFi, and the restroom was clean and didn't smell.

This is our steak 5 minutes after leaving restaurant. If you press on it, clear Liquid comes out. And it's supposed to be medium rare.

Our steaks tasted and appeared to have been boiled. They were definitely not grilled. The salads were smothered in goopy dressing and cheese. The food here used to be so much better. We will not be back.

Here's the menu. Sunday thru Thursday filet. Look at those awesome prices. Friday and Saturday prime rib.

The service was as impressive as the food. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Even with the morning rush, they kept things moving smoothly and made us feel appreciated as customers. It's easy to see why people were lined up before they opened. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. I highly recommend Biggie's to anyone looking for a fantastic sandwich shop. We'll definitely be back.

So I'm always skeptical about Asian restaurants in small towns that typically don't have Asians. In talking to the person who works here I found out that the owner and chef are Asians. The chef is actually Malaysian also so I was intrigued. Anyway, we ordered a bunch of things to try and were overall pleased with it. The only thing I wasn't so impressed with was the Tom Ka Gai soup. It was fine but it lacked a certain note and flavor profile for the soup that it usually comes with so I think a certain key ingredient was missing. My friend had not tried the soup before so she did like it. I liked the Pork larb dish I got which had a good mix of salty, sweet, spicy and sour flavors. They also treated us to chicken adobo which had just come out of the oven and it was amazing! I prefer an adobo that isn't super vinegary and this fit the bill. The sauce was also reduced more so I liked it a lot. The pancit noodles that came with was very good too. Had a good chat with the owner and chef: pure Asian hospitality!

I also ordered the udon with tofu, which was seriously one of the most delicious udon dishes I've ever had and also one of the best tofu dishes I've ever had. Highly recommend. The creativity on this menu is totally off the charts. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. It's clear they work hard to make it such a great place. Stop here, eat good food.

The Chile rellenos were like some terrible version you find in terrible food places like eastern Oklahoma. The star of the relleno should be the chile, not the breading. It was almost all this way overdone breading. Not good at all. The "green chili" was as spicy as milk and equally as flavorful. My brother said the breakfast burrito was terrible. I saw it, and it did not look appetizing. Some of the "green chili" drizzled on top like an afterthought. Dry and uninspired. My son enjoyed his simple plate of bacon, eggs, hash browns, and toast, but those who ordered the Mexican food inspired dishes were majorly disappointed. As far as service, we waited forever to order. Our drinks were constantly empty. The server was very polite but things like missing items, missing silverware, empty coffees and waters starts to add up to a negative experience. Nice views outside and the place is clean so atmosphere is fine, but the rest was severely lacking.
