You really get the feeling that teaching is their calling and they love what they do. They have a way of making "hard work" fun and really can read - and if necessary - adjust your posture or poses to maximize the impact on a muscle group. Gino was my primary PT for my back with Erlin taking care of me when Gino was on vacation. They cared about my well being and my progress. When my back improved and my neck needed attention, I was seen by Alex and then Valentina, who has helped me immensely. I have finally reached the point of being "discharged". That's a good thing. I've taken more than my fair share of yoga classes with a variety of teaches, many of whom are stellar - however, Jen is by far the best. She starts off the class with just the perfect thing to say to you midweek - something inspiring yet relatable in her cool soothing voice. Every class I've taken with her is different and every class is great. She mixes it up enough to keep you on your toes but as a regular one can pick up on her style, whatever that is. She is flexible with scheduling so I never have to miss a week if something unexpected comes up in my schedule. Her studio is clean and safe , with great equipment.
