I went to Dentistry at Its Finest because I had swelling around an existing implant and wanted an implant specialist to evaluate it. The staff was friendly, but after taking X-rays, I was told they could not provide any recommendation unless I paid $290 out of pocket for a CT scan. I reluctantly agreed because I wanted answers. After paying for the scan, I was given several expensive options -- removing the implant, modifying it with no guarantee of success, or replacing it entirely ($1,500 to $8K out of pocket). The explanation was difficult to follow, and I left feeling more confused than informed. What frustrated me most was what happened afterward. I went to two other dentists for second opinions, and both were able to use their X-rays to clearly point out the areas of concern, explain exactly what they were seeing, and show me why a new custom crown with better coverage could potentially protect and preserve the existing implant. Neither required a CT scan to explain the issue or make that recommendation. I specifically went to two other dentists because I wanted to be fair and make sure I was not overreacting. Both experiences were much clearer and gave me far more confidence in understanding the problem and my options. I am very disappointed that I felt pressured to spend $290 on a CT scan before Dentistry at Its Finest would provide any direction, only to leave without a clear explanation or a treatment option I felt comfortable with. Considering that the other dentists were able to explain the issue clearly from standard X-rays and offer a much less invasive option that was never mentioned to me here, I will not be returning. read more

Came in today for a loose wisdom tooth that was causing me pain. I filled out their online form and was very quickly contacted and a ln appointment was made immediately. Dr Ayzin was so nice and patient with me, his assistant was lovely as well. The whole tooth extraction took about 1 minute and I didn't feel a thing. I switched to them after realizing my prior dentist not only was gouging me for services but not even attempting to bill my upgraded dental insurance I pay for every month. I told this business that I was looking for a dentist that listens and get pre authorization before visits for everything proposed so no sneaky surprise bills in the mail. I set an appointment with this dentist for a routine cleaning. Upon examining my mouth they launched into trying to convince me that I needed several teeth pulled just because they are not a solidly set in bone as they were in my youth - I'm about to turn 68. I've lost some teeth from a dental infection picked up from a non hygienic dentist I saw back in my 50's. I contracted gum infections from their unsterile probes used to look for "pockets". Took me a few dentist to get that under control and my mouth stable again. Anyways, back to the latest dentist... I made it clear I was keeping my current teeth for as long as they are intact and not falling out. I have no inflammation and only a slight pocket of infection they claim in a top right molars root area that does not feel like that's true. So I told them I'm in for a cleaning and I have chip in a bottom molars filling that's been repaired before that needs the chip fixed again. They did the cleaning just fine. Nice lady did that part. They never said a word about fixing the chip and didn't seem to eager to schedule the next visit. I've called and left messages requesting a call back to discuss fixing the chip for 3 weeks now and no one has called me back! read more

This was my first time here--and my last! After submitting my information, I was contacted by a representative who offered several appointment times. I selected and confirmed one of the options. When I arrived, the office was still closed. I waited for 30 minutes, tried calling, and sent a text. The text was the only response I received, and even then, they seemed as confused as I was. Hours later, after I had already left, another representative reached out and nearly gaslit me by claiming they don't open that early, insinuating it was common knowledge. I sent proof of the original representative offering that time and confirming the appointment. Their website also reflected the same information I was given. Despite all this, their idea of an "apology" was offering me the same deal I would've received if they had shown up for the appointment in the first place.
