BEWARE! I should start by saying that I enjoyed the service, the problems came after. My first visit there seemed ordinary, before any work was done I asked the front office to run my insurance and see you much my deductible would be for the work. They told me my out of pocket would be $X and I specifically asked if there would be any additional charges and they said "That is all you have to pay." I paid and walked away with the receipt in hand and a cleaner mouth. After my initial experience there, I recommended the office to my roommate. He went in for a routine clean up and said they waited until after he went in that they did not take his insurance he was stuck with the bill. Sucks I thought, he should have asked beforehand. I continued to visit the office a few more time for the next couple of months, little did I know they were racking up the bill. Every time I went in over the course of the next two months, they neglected to tell me of any additional balances and were sending the bills to my parents house (how they got the address I still don't know). I confronted them about the bill and they told me they received the "incorrect policy information" from my dental provider (Incorrect meaning they took down the wrong information and no one bothered to tell me or fix). They told me I owed an additional $700 for the work. I told them that was not what they told me, and they told me to they would "work" with me. One month of back and forth and 0 follow through on anything they had originally told me, they gave me a discount and I was left either going to collection or paying....I paid. The service was good, but they take 0 accountability for the mistakes of their employees and I was stuck with the bill. Do not trust what they tell you. Customers should go in for dental work, not to pay the price of training their employees. (I got a YELP account specifically for this review.) read more

I just moved to this area, and needed an emergency dentist appointment for a really horrible toothache I was experiencing. Dentistry @ It's Finest was not only able to get me in for an appointment last minute, but they made everything so easy! From the available parking right in front, to the beautifully set up office with complimentary coffee (yes please), to the friendly and welcoming receptionist, all my nerves from being at a new dentist were soothed. I am so impressed by this place. Everyone who worked there was so nice and informative. The actual space where all the dentistry is done is well lit up with natural lighting from big windows, clean, and everything looks brand new. I am even more impressed with how quickly and easily Dr.Ayzin was able to remove my last wisdom tooth (the tooth causing me such horrible pain), all while making me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Dr.Ayzin is amazing!! I'm one of those people who get so scared with having anything done on my teeth, but the actual procedure felt like it was literally 2 minutes and I was done! I've never experienced such swift and effortless dentistry before. I walked out of there with a huge smile on my face because I was so pleased with my experience. It's hard to find good places when you move to a new city and don't know anyone. Thank you Dr. Ayzin and team for making me feel so at home, and so at ease. You have a client for life here. I was horrified of going to the dentist after a very traumatic wisdom teeth extraction many years ago, but I desperately wanted to have my teeth straightened. After some online research, I decided Dentistry at its Finest seemed to fit my needs. Of course, I knew I'd have to schedule a much needed cleaning. So I made my appointment for a cleaning and a consultation with the doctor. The first hygienist I saw was very understanding when I told her about my fear of pain. She did a fine job with my cleaning, but it was the third hygienist I saw about a year later, Shannon, who deserves all the praise! Shannon is the best dental hygienist I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. She is extremely gentle and thorough. She's really helped me to get my mouth in top shape! She has a wealth of knowledge and has actually inspired me to WANT to take better care of my teeth. I used to avoid cleanings like a plague. Now, I actually sort of enjoy them. If you don't like having cleanings, or just hate going to the dentist in general, go see Shannon. She will change your outlook on dental hygiene. Getting back to my orthodontic work: After a consultation with Dr. Ayzin, I decided to go with Invisalign as the best option for my crooked teeth. My teeth now look FANTASTIC. I've always had a great experience coming to this office. Dr. Ayzin has been my dentist for years now. I've been mostly just getting routine cleanings and check-ups, and even a whitening, but last month I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled and they made it as painless of a procedure as possible. I remember being extremely nervous for the procedure, but everyone was so friendly and were able to keep me calm. They finished in about half an hour, and I didn't have any swelling like I've seen a lot of my friends get (granted I did have a easier situation than some others). Dr. Ayzin did such a great job that I really didn't even need any hard pain killers after my surgery, I just used ibuprofen and everything was great. I couldn't be any happier about the results from my surgery. Overall, the office is visually appealing and all of the staff are so nice and welcoming. The dentist has great hands and a soft touch. I also appreciate that they offer all dental services conveniently in one place. I'm very happy with my dentist and I love my smile. read more

Dr Ron Ayzin is the BEST DENTIST/ ORAL SURGEON I have ever encountered. I drove all the way from Palm Springs to have my infected/cracked molar removed by him. I have had consultations with dentists with the best reviews and reputation in the Palm Springs and desert area, but none are up to par with Dr Ayzin. Not only he extracted my problematic molar in less than five minutes, but he assisted me patiently with the severe anxiety attack i had right before the procedure since i am terrified of any dental procedures in general. In 24 hours after the extraction... i never experienced pain and the wound is healing perfectly. His team, Joyce in the reception, Armando, Mr Ayzin's assistant ( Rebeca?), Mrs Inna, are all super welcoming and professional as well. The place itself is a mix of old school with the most sophisticated and professional dentists you can imagine. I no longer have to fly back home ( Venezuela) to see my dentist. I have been coming to Dr Ayzin for over 10 years, and I recently decided to do veneers on the upper teeth to correct some imperfections that developed before I started going to Dentistry at It's Finest. The entire process, from consultation, to the wax up and modeling, the preparation visit, the installation of the veneers, and the subsequent follow EXCEEDED my highest of expectations. I have read many stories of restorations and veneer work that did not turn out as the patient expected. Great place! Definitely recommend and here's why: I went in for a cleaning and was immediately greeted, filled out paper work and seen all within minutes (no wait time). The office was clean, updated, and for certain feng shui.I was able to get my cleaning, x-rays and consult all within my lunch hour, which I appreciated. They didn't try to up-sale me on unnecessary procedures, which is often the case at other places I've been. The cleaning itself was completely pain free, which also is not often the case at other offices. I can't recall her name but the hygienist did an excellent job. At most other places, I've had cleanings in the past that felt like someone hammering bleach soaked toothpicks into my nasal cavity through my gums, so this was a refreshing experience for once. The front lady Rina was super cool, actually seem to care about what I said, and was all around just friggin' awesome. ;) I'll definitely be back. read more

I switched dentists from Western Dental to Dr. Ayzin. He and his staff are so professional; he prides himself on the highest quality dental work which results in the best smile possible. I am so excited because I just got my first Invisalign braces this evening. First time visit and right from the get go, Chanel was amazing! Not only was she able to accommodate me the same day, but she also was looking out for me and calling me, wanting to know if I was going to be able to make the appointment about 5 minutes past the hour. Hands down, this office has been the absolute best dental experience I have ever gone to. The entire team was excellent and the team makes you feel right at home from the get go. The folks that I met were Chanel from the front desk, Chan, Gladis, Tracy, Armando, and of course, the dentist Dr. Ayzin. Not all dental offices are as customer service oriented and make you feel right at home as this office does. Hey all I have tell you first my wife is a nervous nelly when it comes to dentists she has seen her fair share of them as a young lady.when we started walking thru the doors of the lobby toward the reception desk it felt more like a spa in a 5 star hotel.the staff was very welcoming and upbeat but not over stimulated from the Awesome coffee that is on the counter for any of the clients that wish some.all the doctors, techs and office support make it all go as stress free as we allow it to go if we do our part then with Thier help it will be a comftable vist.
