This is my second visit. We live in Spanish Springs and we made it a point to drive all the way out here. The service is very quick and everyone was very nice. Went in to have two new tires put on the front of my car. They pulled one of the back tires off realized I made a mistake. Put the same brand tire three sizes smaller back on my car. Took it back to him. The guy got all indignant and was a complete jerk off to me. Finally found one of my tires sitting in the back, threw it back on After he acted like a complete jerk and stomped off. I've been using these clowns for three years and that's the way I get treated will not use them ever again. read more

Traveling to Montana, we had a blowout on one of our travel trailer tires. We stopped in at Quintero for a new tire after calling ahead to check on availability of a replacement tire. The team at Quintero wee absolutely brilliant.!! We pulled up they took possession of the poor blown out tire, moved the spare back to its place and installed the new tire. TL;DR: rude customer service, not knowledgeable about tires, unfair pricing, untidy & unsanitary establishment In town this weekend for a car event and needed some new tires. We called on the phone and the gentleman was rude, irritable, and lacked basic tire knowledge. He neglected to mute the conversation when placing me on hold, which allowed me to hear how him and his coworker badmouthing me for calling and asking about their tire inventory. (I'm sorry, are you not a tire shop??) Unfortunately, they were my only option so I went to pick up the tires. Not only were they as rude in person as they were on the phone, they proceeded to acknowledge our call and say, "I was so f*cking tired of talking to you on the phone, I was like f*ck these kids". Absolutely disgusted and revolted, and the tires were a rip off. They didn't even give us matching tires. If we had any other option, we would've gone with that. read more

I bought my tires 6 months ago from them. My car started shaking recently so I figured it was a balance issue so I took it to a different shop who found out this tire was not only defective (huge bubble in the tire), but 8 years old. I went back and was told they could not do anything without a receipt because they dont keep computer record of anything. The person I talked to was extremely high and literally laughed in my face. *Beware* I've been going here since they opened. I brought several cars in for tires, but NEVER again! I brought my SUV in for 2 new tires in October and when i went back in, I'm assuming it was the Manager, he went out and told me whoever put the tires on gave me 2 different tires with different tire treads! I said you guys put them on!! The Manager proceeded to tell me it wasnt them and I when I presented the receipt a few weeks later, they said they wouldn't correct the problem. My front end now shakes because of them doing this. I will be reporting this to the Nevada Consumer Affairs and DMV compliance division as well. So please, whatever you do, stay away from this shop. They lied to me and then wouldn't correct the problem!! read more

These guys are awesome and affordable. They plugged my tire and had me out the door in 15 mins. They plug tires the correct way too by dismantling the rim from the tire and plugging it right! All for $15! Cant beat that! read more

I ordered new wheels and tires from here. Once I got the call they were in, I dropped my car off for them to take care of the following day. I picked it up with no worries. Drove it to the store and home. Got in it t 115am the following morning to head to work. Got it out on the highway and after a few miles down the road, my car starts shaking horribly. I took it back that afternoon and picked it up the next day. I pick it up, and I'm told I threw a weight and they have rebalanced all 4 tires. Since I only drive my car to work. I parked it Friday when I picked it up. Monday, I drove it to work and the shake was there, not as bad but it was there. I took it back again on Tuesday afternoon. The guy rebalanced the back tires. I asked if he was going to rebalance the front ones too. His response "No, we just did those the other day!" I said OK well if the shake is still there I'll be taking it some place else to get it fixed and you can reimburse me. Of course the shake was still there. I made a call to Tedford Tire in Fallon. The following day I dropped it off and picked it up Thursday afternoon. Wednesday morning, Tedford rebalanced all 4 tires due to them being out of balance. I also had an alignment done since my previous tires wore uneven. I went back to Quintero's and spoke to the "Owner" who instantly copped an attitude with me for taking it some place else and not letting them try to fix it. He then told me I no longer have a warranty and can not have the free flat and rotation. I said thats OK because Tedford is honoring that for me. I asked them to reimburse me the $72 it cost me to have them rebalanced. He said so you took it some place else and the shake when away huh, that's not how it works. Well thats what happened. The then snatched my receipt off the counter and said he would look it over and call me. I refused to leave my original receipt so I took it home and made a copy of it and dropped it off. I have yet to receive a call and doubt I will but you can guarantee I WILL NOT be back there and I WILL NOT be referring anyone there. I will gladly drive 30 mins to Fallon to have my vehicles taken care of the right way, with CARE! read more

Quinteros does a fantastic job, very fair and honest. They do other things like change oil and other miscellaneous repairs. Go see them first, they can help diagnose other mechanical issues and either repair or send you to another reputable business if needed. read more

I drove from the Sacramento area with, what I thought, was a unbalanced tire. I kept looking for a tire store close to the freeway and without a long wait to "repair" something so minor. By the time I got to Fernley (my destination), the imbalance seemed to become much worse. I saw Quinteros as I pulled into Fernley and called them from the car. They said they could balance all 4 tires for a very reasonable price and I took my car and left it while going to grab a bite down the street. They called to inform me that it was actually a bubble/rubber separation and they could put a used tire on to get me by. When I got back, the tire looked close to new and they charged me the same price they had originally quoted for balancing! Honest tire place with great integrity. If I lived in Fernley, it would be my tire store for all my vehicles! read more
