They told me that I needed new rear brake pads and rotors totaling $550 but they'd give me $50 off. I was pressured to do the job immediately and that I only had 2mm on my pads and my rotors were so bad that they could not be resurfaced. They lied!!!! I had my friends husband confirm the estimate and he said NO! They are taking advantage of you. An $80 set of brake pads and 37 minutes later, I got new rear brakes AND there was NOTHING wrong with the rotors. Shame on you!!!

They initially replaced the motor mounts and then told her the torque converter needed to be replaced. She paid approximately $3,500 for the repairs, but afterward the vehicle would not run at all. The shop told her they would determine the problem and asked for a couple of weeks. Those "couple of weeks" turned into six months, leaving her without transportation the entire time. Eventually, we had to involve their insurance company. The vehicle was then taken to Ford for diagnosis. According to Ford, the repairs were in such poor condition that it would cost more than $10,000 in labor and parts to correct the issues. As a result, the insurance company chose to total the vehicle rather than repair it. Unfortunately, the insurance company would not reimburse the $3,500 my daughter had already paid, stating that she would need to seek reimbursement directly from All About Cars. When we contacted the shop, Nate became argumentative, yelled during the phone call, and ultimately hung up. To this day, we have not received any reimbursement. To make matters worse, I later learned from Ford that the engine had reportedly been dropped during the repair process, causing damage to the transmission line. Despite the damage occurring during the repair work, my daughter was still charged for the repairs. Charging a customer to fix damage caused by your own negligence is unacceptable, dishonest and unprofessional, Losing both $3,500 AND her vehicle created a significant financial hardship for my daughter. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend All About Cars. I strongly encourage anyone considering this shop to do thorough research and ask detailed questions before trusting them with their vehicle.

Their pricing is excellent, their service is outstanding, and from the moment you walk in, they make you feel like family. These guys genuinely know what they're doing and take pride in their work. I trust them with all of my vehicles, including my 2022 GMC AT4, 2020 Jeep Rubicon, 2026 Kia, toy hauler tires, and my 2007 GMC pickup. That says a lot about the level of trust I have in their work! I took my F150 in to have the spark plugs and wires replaced, I took it in sometime in January I…read morebelieve, My truck had about 192,000 miles on it, as I only drive about 4,000 to 5,000 miles a year, right now it has 195,462 miles on it. They spent two hours on it, 4.2 ltr 6 cyl, it should have taken less than a hour. I filled it up afterwards to check how much my milage improved as it was about 2019 when I had my last tune up, I got 10.3 MPG, was getting about 14.5 around town before I took it to them. It took me some time to take it back because my part-time job was a on-call job. When I went in to tell them it was worse, they made me a appointment 3 weeks out. I declined saying I would take it somewhere else, it took until the first of this month (August) to have time to take it into Goldtech Auto in Reno. They pulled the pugs and wires, The plugs had about 40K on them, completely worn out with huge gaps and the wires were mismatched with two different brand names. They did not replace the plugs and threw on wires they had in the shop, I paid $95.40 for a new wire set and $49.20 for new plugs, plus $165.00 labor plus taxes. Not only did they totally rip me off for $327.75, it cost me time, more money to have it done by professionals and about $200 extra in gas. I know I won't get my money back, one of life's lessons I guess, never take your vehicle to a people who have no idea how to do a tune up.

My husband also recently needed to replace the alternator on his 1997 Nissan and Travis and his team took great care of our Truck in a timely manner for a reasonable price.
