Terrible experience. Have owned GMC trucks over 20 years and have never experienced such incompetent, rude people (with the exception of Joe from Sales who intervened). Service Department claimed to be wide open, we had the truck there at 11am, at 3pm they said it needed front rotors that would be done by 4pm. It was still on the lift at 4:30 and the story changed about three times. Mind you it was the only vehicle in for service and the staff was indifferent and playing ball. They then, after two trips, would not release the vehicle despite it being paid for because they couldn't find the keys and the work order? Finally 'Joe' made a call and the keys and paperwork magically appeared. Customer service at its finest. Will never go back and will never purchase a vehicle from them again. Could not be worse service. Yoniss needs formal training on customer service and also to make sure to contact the customer before doing any work! This service rep was not only rude in text updates saying he has other customers and no time to do things while asking me to do the leg work on my warranty that he could not get on the phone with. I had my dealership that I bought the vehicle from across the country call to help deal with the situation and the head of the service department there said he should not even have his job for this. Sold me a brand new car that has had nothing but consistent issues within the first year of ownership. They have done nothing to help me get out of the car. They offered to have me take a 15k hit on a one year old car. When questioned on this, the managers response was "we only sell the cars." If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I was super excited to get my new 2026 GMC Acadia Denali Ultimate. Everything seemed fine. Until the Car Play was acting up, then the air vents were whistling, then the passenger door speaker was making weird noises and finally, the worst of all, the transmission was jerking/skipping my vehicle when accelerating on the highway. I brought it in. Everyone seemed so nice and like they'd fix it. Until they claimed they couldn't find anything wrong with the transmission. And that I had to drive it until 2,000 miles and it would "fix itself". Because it needs to LEARN how I drive and that's why the vehicle jerks/jumps/skips when I accelerate. I was in a bad car crash in 2023 and have PTSD from that. So having this be the issue is not ok. And to be told that I just need to deal with it. Or that they can put me in a new vehicle, but I'd lose the 25k of a full trade in that I gave them. How is this ok?!?! How can they just think this is normal to have someone drive an unsafe vehicle until it gets to 2k miles and then they'll look further into it? read more

This place will get your vehicle in quickly but there seems to be a catch. The catch is that the employees are generally unpleasant to deal with. The work isnt completed on time and some times it isnt even completed at all. Bringing my truck to Banks Chevy instead even with a 2 month wait!! Last visit to Quirk i was told my vehicle was ready for pickup but when i got in to drive home i realized the problem was NOT rectified. Dont worry i already paid in full to get my keys back though. Anyways i was starving and asked if I should go out to get some lunch/dinner with my gf who gave me the ride to get my truck. I was assured no itll be fast... well 2.5 hours later my truck was rectified just enough until i got home and parked it and went on vacation for 2 weeks, this was a few days after picking up my truck from Quirk. The day i return from vacation my truck has the issue again. I feel ripped off for paying for weak service. Never again. 11/2/2021 Denali 2500 serviced. Requested top off all fluids - DE fluid not topped off; shortly after, black fluid leaked on my brand new epoxy floor (See two pics below) - took truck back for repair and it was corrected. Another service 5/9/2022 Would not go back to GMC Service and instead went to Quirk Chevrolet Service - All work performed satisfactory. But as I had been going to Quirk GMC Service for many years with good results, gave them another chance 2/14/2023...once again, did not top off DE Fluid as I had requested and now just discovered another fluid leak under the engine (See first pic below)....alll of this after a $892.69 service!! I had a issue with my GMC since it was new. I took it back to Quick every time the engine light came on. The repair was covered under warranty. The first time it happen once the warranty ran out I took it back to them and was told that since it was a recurring issue it would still be covered under warranty but parts would have to be ordered. Months later, not Quirk's fault, the parts came in. I was called to bring the GMC truck in. The next day I was called so they could tell me I would have to pay full price for the repair. I explained that I'd been told it would be covered under warranty. They said "No and that the person that told me that was fired." They acknowledged that I'd seen told it would be covered but would not honor it. Pay or leave was their answer. Quirk does not stand by their word. He is some third party email answerer for the dealership . I go in to buy a new Canyon with me I have my financing ready and my trade inn is paid for I have the title with me. Slow careless service. I bought my GMC Sierra here. I love the truck, no problems, but I think Quirk's service sucks When I used their drive in oil change service, they were anything but prompt. I mentioned the delay when checking out and was advised to 'Make an appointment next time' if time was a factor. I did, and the next oil change took them 2 hours. I did have the tires rotated - they left the center cover of my aftermarket rims loosely installed and I had to buy replacement trim hardware (chrome hex screws) after they started falling off my truck. The truck looks GOOD, and isn't a beat down work truck, but the quirk service dept made me feel like they were doing me a favor to let me have them change the oil. I went into Quirk GMC today (Sunday 1/10/2021) as my lease is coming to an end in May. I bought my vehicle there in 2018 and I am way under mileage and my vehicle is in excellent shape. My salesman Bob C., who was excellent, no longer works there so I had another salesman. He never introduced himself, showed me a few vehicles and said there is no way he could get me in the same payment. He stated they do not make the Sierra Elevation anymore but when I go on other dealerships they have many 2021 Elevations He was so unenthusiastic and let me walk without even discussing figures or options. I was so put off. I have never been more turned off ever and was intending on being a repeat customer. He does not know my credit situation or anything else and I will not go back. I'm a MA resident that bought a new truck in NH to begin with. I only wish I began my search with this particular dealership. Quirk GMC was my sixth dealer. The previous 5 dealers almost pushed me to pursue a different auto manufacturer all together, they were very pushy and lied about inventory to get me in the door. I was given the run around and became very frustrated. I drove an hour and 10 minutes to quirk gmc of Manchester as a last resort. The experience from beginning to end was nothing like my previous dealer experiences. John, Stephen, Jeff, and Mike were awesome and genuine, patient, knowledgable, and personable. They had the truck I wanted in stock and didn't try to push me into a different model I didn't want like the other dealers. I mentioned this was a big commitment for me and I told them I needed to grab a coffee with my fiancé and think about it. They pointed me to a local coffee shop and said 'we'll be here'. It was truly refreshing to walk out the door haven't signed anything yet and not being chased out the door. I'm not an easy laid back consumer. I did massive amounts of research and knew exactly what I wanted and these guys never once tried to steer me in another direction because I express from the get go I wanted a specific truck with specific interior and options. I'm glad I received this survey and more than happy to fill it out. I can't express enough how happy I was with my experience at this dealership. Bought a 2022 denali engine failed at 15k miles a known gmc crankshaft issue. Since them taking 2 months to replace the engine there have been nothing but issues from their incompetence. Truck wouldn't start multiple times standing me they made all these excuses about how I couldn't have headphones or anything with a battery in my center console and that's why it wouldn't start clear everything and it still stranded me turns out they didn't tighten a cable on the power module, then it's sputtering like it's in the wrong gear or has bad timing they try blaming the gas turns out it was a bad coil wire which they were super to have a vehicle waiting for me while they looked at my truck and instead had me wait 3 hours with my employee while they replaced a coil wire. Every time I brought it in I asked for the tires to be rotated they never did it. Today is hot so on turn on the ac surprise no ac now they expect me to take more time off work to come in so they can fix another mistake of theirs. When they say something is too good to be true, it is absolutely the case. As a lessee, I've been in the car market several times in the last decade and each time my starting point is newspaper ads. They are always the absolute best, "get you in the door" deals. They hope you don't like the car and you get something else (MORE). Quirk (all of them) always has the best advertised prices in the years I've scoured over ads. When I saw a deal on a Buick Regal Turbo for a "$0 down" deal, I was cautiously optimistic. It was THAT good. Too good. Thus cuatious. I asked about what all of the other "fees" would be, and it came out to about between $2000-2300 or so, depending on the payment, car, etc. The variable was explained to me as the sales tax. This is a few hundred more in up front dues than I've experienced at other dealers, but given how good the deal was, I was fine with this. I was also told that I needed a non GM lease which would make me eligible for a "conquest" rebate. I have a Nissan lease. Check. We agreed at the dealer on a -$1500 net for my car. I was told that the car on the ad was an "incoming" vehicle. During negotiations, I was told it was JUST (OH HOW UNLUCKY I AM) written up for order so it's not longer available. I was then presented with the same car as the ad but with a sunroof, supposedly. The price was expectly higher to the point I did not agree, so we left. A few days later I get a phone call saying that they have two of them, but they both have sunroofs. 1 of them had apparenlty already sold. I then received an offer that was worse than when I was up there. We did not agree. Shortly after I got another call saying that the buyer on the OTHER one changed his mind. But it has a sunroof, so it is not the ad one, so the payment is going to be higher. Eventually we agreed on a deal. I believe that the deal I received for a $32k car is a solid one. However the largest issue is that to my unbelieveable shock when I went to pick up the car, is that the car I received, was the car in their ad. EXACT SAME MSRP, EXACT SAME STOCK #. Literally THE CAR they advertised. I am paying $45/mo more than their ad price when you break it down. Am I ok with the deal I got? Yes, I think it's solid. But knowing that it was literally advertised for lower? You tell me how I feel about it. My salesperson is apparently relatively new to the dealer, so he had some issues with knowledage aspects of the car, which I am fine with since I already knew about the car inside and out. However he was a pleasurable person to deal with. His name is Keith. He is a very likeable professional. Another fun part was when I went to pick the car up, I went to put the money due up front on a credit card. Now mind you I had already asked previously if this was fine. They had a problem because the maximum transaction they can do is $2500 at a time, mine was more than that. They eventually got "approval" to do it, but the person there decided to remind me that they're not getting the amount on the contract because they get charged 3% for putting it on card. He then decides to tell me that amount and stands there for a few seconds, says "yeah..." and walks away. Oh how will they feed their children tonight? If I had gotten the deal I got at another dealer, but was not lied to on a few occasions, and or get caught in a bait and (not really) switch, I would've been happy. I cannot say enough fantastic things about this dealership. They not only have the best customer service I've ever experienced in the auto industry, they have the lowest prices and the best trade in policies. Plus they are extremely pleasant and professional to deal with both over the phone and in person. This was an out of state purchase, so it was imperative that after making arrangements over the phone (and one day before the storm of the century out here in MA and NH), that everything went exactly the way it was supposed to when we arrived. Despite our being late, everyone was very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable every step of the way. More importantly, the vehicle being purchased was presented exactly as advertised, and as a courtesy, they even agreed to professionally detail it for us with car wax, which was important with the major severe winter weather coming early the next morning and the roads being treated with salt and sand. The salesperson had excellent knowledge of the vehicle infotainment and controls and got us up to speed quickly with the vehicle operationally. The sales manager (Destiny) did everything perfectly before we even got there so there was no hassle, "fast one being pulled", additional negotiation or any of the typical shenanigans you hear about sometimes in this industry. The finance department was equally professional, getting us a great interest rate and financing on the spot. Even the service department stepped up their game, offering to put on my winter wheelset with snow tires premounted that I had from a prior vehicle and brought with me. I'm going to give them perfect 10's for every aspect of quality of dealer experience as a result of their exceptional performance, but if i could give them 11's (or even 20's), I would do so without hesitation. To give Quirk Buick GMC just a perfect 5 stars understates the level of exceptional treatment we experienced, and again to mention, this was under duress, because we were late and the dealership had a zillion things to do and cars to move out of the way of snowplows before the storm hit early the next morning. Kudos the everyone at the Quirk Buick GMC team, I thank them profusely and wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. In fact, I'm trying to steer some of my friends and customers into buying vehicles from them this month! P.S. I know for a fact that there are literally hundreds of satisifed customers of Quirk Buick GMC, but it appears that they don't post ratings on Yelp. I'd encourage you to take the other low ratings with a grain of salt, because they are completely removed from reality. Quirk was eager to make a sale and Andrew (sales person) and Steve (sales manager) were initially great to work with. Tanya Moran in the service department was also very pleasant and appeared to sincerely value their customers. When I discovered an issue with my truck, 5 days after delivery, I had the unpleasant experience of seeing another side of Steve who came off condescending and it felt like he was trying to bully me into accepting the issue or having me pay to get it fixed. Steve later called me to tell me GMC would cover the repair. Steve also called to follow-up after the repair was completed. Unfortunately, Steve's initial reaction to the problem has destroyed all good will between me and the dealership. After reading my Yelp review, Steve called me to to clear up some confusion I had with staff names (I've made corrections in this review) and expressed that he felt my rating was unfair as the issue was fixed without cost to me and he did, in fact, follow up to ensure I was satisfied with the repair. He defended his position, but fell short of an apology for how his behavior made me feel. We agreed to disagree and I do not expect to do business with them again. Steve did make a valid point with regard to follow up and that does deserve recognition. I'm increasing my rating from a 1 to a 3 (I wish I could do a neutral 2.5). I'm a bit conflicted as I will always be suspect of his intentions. Did he really call to improve the relationship or was it to get a higher score or perhaps both? I had to ask 5 time for a simple payment quote and finally got it. we drive up to only be passed around from sales person and manager to another before they say the finance company is not answering can we call you Monday. Great now I wasted 3 hour's of my time on my only day off. I finally get the call Monday and hear sorry they cant approve it . I think no biggie ill just put more money down and I ask the sales manager how do I need . He respond's with I don't know . well why was it rejected not sure. Made an appointment to check passenger side fender [pop out] next to headlight on 9/19/2019 @ 7:30 am. on my 2017 Encore. I showed up at 7:05 that morning. They brought me in. after a few minutes Kevin in service said that maybe a carriage in a shopping area hit the fender. I told Kevin that there wasn't a scratch on the fender. He asked me to go in the waiting area so they can check it out [ they never put it on a lift to check it out]. After 3 minutes of waiting Kevin said that I needed to make an appointment with the body shop. As I was leaving the dealership, I received an email from Quirk saying my appointment had been cancelled. This is the worst experience Ive ever had at a dealership [no communications]. For a simple clip to be fixed I was told that it would cost around $250.00. My Encore has less than 14900 miles and I believed they should have fixed it at no charge. I lost over 2 hours of my time and got nothing accomplished. Right now I'm dealing directly with Buick Headquarters. I would not recommend Quirk Buick in Manchester, NH. DO NOT BUY/LEASE HERE this happened on 1/15/2018 My wife leased a 2016 Chevy Cruze from this dealership 2 years ago. during that process they explained after the lease was up we had 3 options, purchase/new lease/turn in. after discussing we decided on buying out the lease. We called and requested the buyout amount, they informed us that number couldn't be provided over the phone and we must go in. fine, we went in on our next day off. We got there an explained we just wanted the buyout quote, they said they would get that for us and asked if we wanted to lease/buy another vehicle, we said if that was cheaper we might be interested in that option. (huge mistake) they then proceeded to spend 3 hours trying to sell us a 2017 CRUZE CTP vehicle with 6k miles saying since it was just a loaner vehicle it was still considered brand new. Did I mention they wanted to charge us $20,000 for this used car saying the monthly car payment would be the same as our 2016 buyout? refusing and jumping through hopes trying to avoid giving us our buyout quote. the second they gave us the quote we immediately left. We will never do business at Quirk and will recommend against it to everyone we know. fun fact: about buying out the Lease. the dealership doesn't own the vehicle anymore. the Leasing company does. so Quirk was going to buy the car from the leasing company, then resell it to us at a premium. quirk quoted $350 monthly payments on our $12k 2016 Cruze. No thanks. cut out the middleman and go to a bank/credit union and get your own loan. You can buyout the Lease without using a dealership, we got a 12k loan at 3% APR through our bank, thats ~$150/month in savings by not using that dealership read more

The salesman was excellent during the sale. No pressure and very understanding. When it came to pricing, I was given a trade value for my vehicle then, when I showed a price for the Terrain on the website (which the manager wasn't aware of) my trade value dropped $2500. Even though I received verification that the number provided was the actual value, regardless of the vehicle I purchased, he dropped the value when I showed the internet price. There was no explanation provided, which was clearly frustrating. With my wife being 39 weeks pregnant, I was under the gun to get a larger vehicle and signed the lease as presented. I did request that I get an upgrade to the model with the roof racks at the same price, but the salesman said that he wouldn't present it to the manager. Since I signed the lease, my wife and I had our baby the next day. Despite knowing this information, I have been receiving multiple calls and texts on a daily basis requesting additional information. While the initial part of the sales process was good, I would not recommend, and would actually caution others, from buying or leasing at Quirk. read more

I was charges for my oil change and the service writer had no clue. Told me I use my two oil changes and it was only two over two years. I told him I got the extended service package. Still nothing.
