While staying at Pacifica, I booked a reservation at Quivira Steakhouse....and I'm so glad I did. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The service was outstanding: attentive, professional, and warm without being overbearing. And the food? Absolutely delicious. Everything was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. There is an extra fee to dine here if you're staying at one of the Pueblo Bonito resorts, but trust me, it's worth it. The ambiance, quality, and overall experience make it a must-visit. Highly recommend making a reservation during your stay!

Came here while staying at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach during our vacation in Cabo. We made reservations 2 days prior as they fill up quickly. My boyfriend and I took the shuttle from The Market to get here. We had the premium all-inclusive package which included 30% off the surcharge. So how the "all inclusive" at this restaurant works is that each person orders an appetizer, an entree, a side and a dessert. The crab cake was delicious! Fried burrata cheese was good. The filet mignon and rack of lamb were okay - nothing extra ordinary I paid for an extra dessert because I couldn't decide what to get. The apple pear streusel was amazing and the carrot cake was good. My boyfriend ordered the red wine sorbet and if you like red wine, this dessert is for you. Ambiance - upscale restaurant with a nice view. there is a dress code so please check before you go. We did not encounter any issue with service - it was good but nothing exceptional. Try to make reservations early and closer to sunset time to make the most of the view.

My family and I made reservations for a birthday celebration. We were staying at the The Towers at Pacifica next door. A family member owns a timeshare and has dined here a couple of times. The service was excellent, with top-of-the-line service and amazing food. The views are incredible! Our waiter was more than amazing and was such a great attitude.

I really enjoyed this restaurant. From the warm welcome we got from the staff, to the amazing appetizers, to the delicious filet mignon, and finally the desserts. All were 10/10. We had all inclusive at the hotel nearby so there was only a small up charge to eat at the restaurant but it was worth it.

Filet Mignon comes with one side! The Cucumber Basil Serrano Margarita was delicious. They infuse the tequila with fresh basil

My family comes to the Quivera Steakhouse our final night here staying at Pueblo Bonito Sunset! My parents are Novispana owners in points to trade up and down the property as they wish. We've been coming here for 10+ years. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because: -we were 5 people was a 6:30 reservation (so one of the first seating times). At first they said we couldn't sit outside because they had other reservations of larger parties at 8-8:30. For how much my parents send and how often they come (2x a year), I think we shouldn't have been initially told no when the restaurant outside was relatively empty still. After we sat at the bar for drinks first, they were able to find us a spot outside. Francisco however was amazing and enthusiastic staff! He made the dinner so amazing and took great care of us. First thing, we noticed they changed up the appetizer menu to some more elevated offerings. I got the Salmon Tartar and it was delicious with the white truffle butter. Other family got the Rock Shrimp which was delicious. For mains, the Filet Mignon I got was medium rare! While some may not like it this rare, I thought it was great- not bloody at all when you cut into it. Dessert was the Raspberry Red Wine Sorbet which was a perfect frozen sangria flavor to finish a delicious dinner!

The food here was great for a steakhouse in mexico! There is an up charge of $40 each, but it's is worth it to switch up the food. The servers were very attentive to us throughout. One of the prettiest restaurants I have been to, and the view is great. I Ordered the filet minion and my partner the ribeye, the food was great and cooked to our liking. Recommend if you are staying at one of the Pueblo bonito hotels.

I became an owner at Sunset Beach little over a year ago. we came back for my mother's birthday in early July. I must say this restaurant is a 10 out of 10 in my book. Service, quality of food and hospitality, will make you want to visit this restaurant anytime you come to visit Cabo.

The food and our servers were great. Very attentive and patient, answering all of our random questions since our crew seemed to be just a tad bit specific. The ribeye was cooked accordingly to our standards, and we all had different taste palettes. The desert was delicious, the ambiance was great! I deducted a star due to the hostess's attitude. This is a premium location so maybe act like it. It kinda dampens the whole experience considering we do have to pay extra to come here. I wanted to buy cigars but they both seemed so annoyed and that I had the nerve to interrupt their conversation. Another star due to us waiting for the shuttle to pick us up for over 30 minutes, multiple people had to ask when the shuttle is coming.

Me and my husband and I had such a great experience here. The location is breathtaking, stunning view of the beach. Wonderful service! We had the filet, mac and cheese, lobster tails, mashed potatoes for the main, and the crab cake, calamari for the appetizers. The appetizers were just a bit underwhelming, but we were both happy with the main course. The calamari was a bit bland, and the crab cake had some strange flavors that did not really go together, in my opinion. Oh, and we had the strawberry margaritas to drink. They make them so delicious here! Love the Tajin rim! I feel like the upcharge to eat here was worth it overall.

Outstanding restaurant! So beautiful, with exceptional service and delicious food. Ate there four mornings and one dinner because we loved the place. Loved the breakfast selection and the warm welcome from the staff. Delicious Lattes and selection of pastries to start. Wonderful fruit bowls and my favorite Mexican breakfasts. Best ever Ranchera sauce! And I haven't even started in on the fantastic steaks and sunsets! Thank you, we so enjoyed Quivira!

First, as you've all said... great sunset spot. Get here, grab a table and cocktail and just let go. That part is a 10 star! We arrived after sunset and the interior is still beautiful... fire pits, soft lights... great ambiance. Now the food. Expensive. Overly expensive even for a big golf clubhouse in a great destination. Food was good, not great. Onion soup... taste 5, presentation 2. Sea bass... taste 4 because of a heavy gravy. Looked pretty. Prime rib is finished in the grill and cooked right. My wife liked it. Wine list is extensive but very pricy. Great stemware as it should be. Service was a bit over the top, but good people. Julio was the best and had a great sense of humor. Two ok glasses of wine and the above $230.00. Next time sunset and a drink.

It's known as the steakhouse, but I think it has the best breakfast in the entire Pueblo bonito complex. We prefer it to the other resorts on the property. The green juice is healthy, delicious and full of the healthy pulp- other properties serve it, but it is watery. There are lots of breakfast choices from traditional American bacon and eggs to Mexican Classics like huevos rancheros . And most of the time it is not nearly as crowded as Pacifica or sunset beach , so service is personal and prompt. Even the breakfast sandwich packed to go is amazing !!

They do have the kitchen cooking all the meats right next to the bar, so all the heat from the flames Are right next to all the tables. The food was decent. It was in the greatest. It was slow so we had great service.

The atmosphere was open air, music and vibe were chill. I tried the Rodizio. The starters included a creamy zuchinni soup that was surprisingly tasty, a spinach salad with walnuts, crumbled bleu cheese and dressing, and coleslaw. Side dish with the dinner was mashed potatoes and a sweet potato. The meats served included: Flank Steak, Top Sirloin, Chorizo Sausage, Bacon wrapped Turkey Breast, Rib Eye, Filet Mignon, Chicken Wing, Shiskabob,, Pork Loin with parmegian cheese,, Chicken Thigh, Carmelized pineapple. (They also brought some tasty mushrooms with melted parmesan. Seemed I didn't get the chicken thigh or lamb leg, but I sat there and ate everything for an hour because, well, I never get full, but eventually decided it was time to stop. The food did not disappoint. Price about $50 USD. Totally worth it. The only criticism was that the chicken was a bit burned on the outside. I'll be back with friends. Be sure to arrive very hungry like I did, otherwise you might not get to taste everything.
