This was my first and possibly last experience. I visited on February 18, 2026 around 5:30pm. I ordered the Baja Chicken and Ultimate Turkey club. I was not impressed. The Baja chicken just didn't taste great to me. It c came with bbq sauce and cheddar cheese. The ultimate Turkey was messy with too much mayo and fake bacon bits. Where's the real bacon like Jimmy John's and Jersey Mike's? This was a lose lose for almost $20. The guy who made the sandwiches was pleasant. The guy who rang up my order needs a little help with customer service. If someone hands you money, don't lay their change on the counter and tell them there's your change. I've always loved a good or even halfway decent (?) sub sandwich, especially from Quiznos. But recently I've noticed a severe decline in both quality of food and the customer service at the Edwardsville location. Went in for two sandwiches for myself and my partner on 9/5 around 7:30 pm, and we are strictly vegetarian diets. Now, I understand that it is ultimately up to the consumer to ensure that their food meets their dietary restrictions. However, two things may be true at once, so it is also true that there could definitely be more closely followed protections/procedures against cross contamination. Especially the kind of cross contamination that would be very easy to prevent, like something as simple as changing your gloves/knife. Anyway. I ordered two sandwiches, and specified right away that these will both be "all vegetarian, please." The girl making the orders just stared at me and said "ok." Not even after my partner said "we have a meat allergy," did this girl think twice about changing her gloves or the cuttingboard. After she set the base for 2 veggie guacamole sandwiches, and put them in the toaster, it only continued to get worse. The boy who took the sandwiches out of the oven to finish them off seemed possibly brand new. He had not changed his gloves either, and the sandwiches right before ours were packed with meats. I requested that he change out the knife because we are vegetarian. He seemed confused and lost at my request, and had no sense of urgency whatsoever in going to grab a new knife. After he got rid of the dirty knife and grabbed a new one, he began right away folding our sandwiches up. I asked him about the lettuce, tomato, guac, etc. that are supposed to be toppings..? And the blank stare I got back was enough indication to me that this employee had zero clue what is listed on the menu. After looking around for the other employee, who was busy helping another customer and unable to assist him, the boy began to "take a guess" and started trying to put guacamole on the sandwiches, but the guac bottle was dripping liquid onto the sandwiches... At this point we said "nevermind, it's okay we changed our minds" and walked out. Where is the manager?! Never going back, and neither should you. Would give 0/5 stars if I could. read more

Unfortunately, if I could put zero stars, I would. Especially since I had to leave without my sandwhich ): I understand I had come in 30 minutes before closing but as a manager of a food cafe I know food standards and have taken exams to show my knowledge in food handling. The way this restaurant handled my order was upsetting. When notifying the working before ordering (seeing they had just touched meat with their gloves for the previous customer before me) I shared twice that we had a meat allergy, hoping that would hint to change their gloves but they didn't. Continued to touch our sandwich and veggies with the contaminated gloves. We tried to push through and hope that it wouldn't affect our stomachs and when asking the second worker if we could request a new knife to slice and close our sandwich they looked annoyed and seemed as if they didn't know what to do. After taking their time taking it to the back and grabbing a new one, they closed our sandwich. We apologized for making another comment but we ordered a specific sandwich that came with veggies & guac. They seemed annoyed and unsure what to do and then squirted a bottle of guac but it was a lot of juice then a little guac. After that, we decided we weren't going to pay for a sandwich that was contaminated, customer service that was poor, & an unfinished sandwich for full price. It was just so disappointing as I genuinely liked going here. The past few times it just seems as if there's no manager or even someone with a good handler's certification. Very disappointed in our first experience with Quiznos. Opened up my sandwich mind you I got the French dip just for it to smothered in horseradish sauce, making it soggy and an unpleasant texture. Along with our ultimate turkey sandwich we also got was drenched in mayonnaise making the tomato and turkey soggy as well. We will not be eating here again. read more

My wife & I frequent this place when we are visiting family in Illinois. This location NEVER lets us down. They are the ONLY Quiznos location in our area. Fast, friendly service. They accept all major credit cards. My go to is the Baja Chicken sandwich. My rating: BEST read more

Lady making my sandwich made a rude remark. I went to pay and I only had a $20 bill. They weren't taking cash so I ended up having to use my Apple Pay. Would have been nice if there was a sign posted on the door beforehand. Will not be coming back. read more

I was really looking forward to going here. The ones near me closed so this was a treat or so I thought. Young man working was pleasant. The food was not my husband had the Italian combo and his was just ok. I wanted the seafood combo but its gone. Instead a got the chicken carbonara. It was awful. Chicken was rubbery the sauce was sour, s complete mess. I tried to give the dog a piece of chicken and he walked away. Very disappointed. Giving 3 stars for the young who tried. I'm sure by now everyone has noticed that Quizno's is a chain that has slowly disappeared all over the STL area. It's easy to forget that there is still one left in the Edwardsville strip mall off 157. In fact, on a Friday night you will be very likely to get served right away compared to all the busy restaurants in that mall. Quizno's used to be the bomb. It kind of still is, but in my most recent visit I just felt it was lacking something. For one, they stopped sending me coupons, which I would always utilize! Their sandwiches aren't that meaningful anymore, its like they don't have much life in them. Like flavor, or something. Plus the "I don't give a crap" staff that was working there at the time. I had to wait probably a few minutes to get helped, which set my mood. (There was only two other people there.) Quizno's is still overpriced compared to Subway, but at least they still had their condiments bar which I always dug. I would always get their horseradish and honey mustard sauce every time. Their drink selection is weak as well; if I recall correctly they would have more specialty drinks like raspberry lemonade and tea. I didn't see any of that in my last visit. I think in the future I'm just gonna skip Quizno's altogether and watch them fizzle, while I enjoy their competition. read more

I placed an online order for an early lunch and on the way to facility the manager called and said they had equipment problems and wouldn't have my order ready for at least an hour. I asked if they could cancel my order and refund my credit card which they never have. Multiple calls to facility and I can't communicate with any manager because they're never there. read more

Owner lied straight to my face. Unless the ownership has changed within the last ten years, I'd recommend not taking your business here.

New employees adding only about half the meat as normal and they pull the sandwiches when they're halfway through the toaster. Not busy.

Horrible service rude about everything my sandwich has barely any sauce on it the mushrooms are barely on the sandwich they put so much chicken on my sandwich the sandwich didn't stay together. Better preparation of my sandwich would have been appreciated. My cookies also seemed stale read more

Well, with all the other choices in the area, I guess I won't be going to Quiznos again. The three goth kids they had working there did not want to wait on anyone. My sandwich sat on the rollers for over five minutes with no one even out at the counter at all, it's really sad what service is turned into in this country check another place off that's going to close. read more

Quiznos is by far my favorite restaurant to go to, the subs are delicious and the tater tots are just the right amount of greasy. The only thing preventing this place from getting 5 stars, is that they discontinued the rasberry lemonade. read more

let me start by saying I love Quiznos! now that I have that out of the way I was pretty disappointed today. I was pumped to have an awesome traditional, because they rock, but was super disappointed instead. The service was fine my sandwich was hardly toasted at all and had a total of 4 olives and three onions on it. smh for $6 it just want a good sandwich. read more

It has been years since the last time I ate at Quiznos, and I regret letting it go that long! They have really improved their menu and service. Right now, my favorite thing to get is their turkey toastie. I only wish they had more locations, since it's quite a drive for me to get out there.
