I need to update my review because QV nails are under new management. I walk in and notice a man walk in from the back. I was asked what service I wanted. The man ended up doing my gel manicure. He smelled awful. Full of smoke. He didn't even wash his hands. His hands were disgusting and I regret getting my nails done by him. My nails were awful!! It was fast and started chipping as soon as I walked out. My cuticles were not taken care of. This was the worst nail experience ever. I don't recommend this place any more. I really miss Quincy and her girls. I left with awful nails. I ended up going to a different nail place and they fixed the mistakes QV did on my hands. read more

Linh is amazing. I've been a client for years now and I will NOT go anywhere else. She is appointment only because she likes to keep it quiet and offers her clientele more of a spa environment. You won't see her chairs full and there is a reason for that. She will take walk ins when she can and always treats them like family from the moment they walk in. So many nail salons are just a "factory" experience, where they get you in and out, Linh wants you to be comfortable and take the time to relax while you are in her chair. Her work ethic and quality is beyond amazing, I chipped a nail (not her fault) , and she brought me right back in to repair it without question.
