They got us in immediately, had a place for us to stay in our RV overnight and got us back on the road sooner than we thought. We got a look at their new 18 acre facility with full hook-ups for RVers... its an Oasis of competent repairs, thousands of parts, lounge with washer/dryers, an RV picnic area with a stocked fishing lake. They also answered every question I had about how this repair would go as well as how to prevent future breakdowns. By every question I literally mean every random question a driver with less than 2 years experience and less than 2 ounces of common sense could come up with. "Is that an exercise machine...do you install ellipticals on trucks?" "No, ma'am. That is a truck grill." The level of service on my repair was exceptional as well. This was also when they were crazy busy so there was no reason for them to be this polite and considerate other than a sincere commitment to excellence. The facilities are delightful. There is a shower, free laundry, and a quiet room as well as free wifi. This is great because it allowed me to go from feeling that side of the road for 12 hours feeling to feeling like a human being again. I can honestly say that I'm not dreading my next repair. No one wants to breakdown but I felt exceptionally taken care of so I'm not as worried. It is a great place outside of the big city vibe of Chicago with great food and hotels in walking distance so very much so worth stopping by.

Reposting because I noticed my review was taken down…read more I brought my 2018 Mazda CX-5 Touring (62k Miles) into Sieman's on 2/4/25 at noon because my engine was misfiring which caused it to stall. I got a call the same day, just a few hours later telling me my vehicle was ready for pick up. I came to retrieve my vehicle, paid the $700 bill and hit the highway.. on my way home from the dealership my engine stalled again once I attempted to accelerate to 60 mph, with a semi truck behind me. Very scary, and I feel extremely blessed to be here today. I immediately called the dealership to let them know I was on my way back because it was clear my engine had not been fixed. Tyler let me know that if no one is still there working and the entrances are blocked off by the time I arrived, to park my car outside the lot, leave my key fob in an envelope and they'd take a look at it the next day. Unacceptable response. A few minutes later I made it back to the dealership and had to park my car outside their property because the entrances were indeed blocked off as though no one was expecting me back. Tyler met me outside the lot a few minutes later and as we made the trek to the building from the blocked off entrance, he assured me he'd get me a nice rental car for the inconvenience which ended up being a 2010 Ford Taurus (170k miles). Any further updates on my vehicle over the next couple days from Tyler were less than pleasant due to poor customer service. Later I received a call from the master mechanic, Dave, apologizing for what happened-accepting full responsibility for my vehicle not being fixed the first time. I was informed that a spark plug designed for an entirely different make/model was put into my vehicle. This was done because he wanted to avoid waiting for the correct part to be ordered.. I find this interesting because I'd be paying the correct part price on my bill. I interpret this as shady and lazy. But.. He was extremely professional as well as humble and let me know that I would not be responsible for bill and would be refunded the full amount of what I'd paid. Marty delivered my vehicle back to me in Benton Harbor the following business day. Marty and Dave were definitely the redeeming factors and turned an awful experience into something slightly more pleasant. Update (03/02/2025): Unfortunately my engine still doesn't allow me to accelerate the way it used to before I brought it to SIEMANS, and the engine still misfires when I start it. I would not recommend this dealership.

I desperately wanted the chance to buy this wheelchair van. I first reached out on the fifth and…read morewas told that although it was listed on their website, Facebook, and cars.com, that it has been taken off for a paint job due to rust. I asked when it would be in and was told Wednesday January 14th, but that they would call me when it was in for sure. That day came and went and I heard nothing. I reached out again and was told it is still in the shop. Fast forward to today, I reach out to Alex with a "?" as I still heard nothing and was met with a message saying that someone else is scheduled to look at it. I called frustrated and was met with "well, several people reached out before you so we have to go through them first". Never was I told that before today once. If you're looking for a wheelchair van, do not bother with this place as you can wait 2 whole weeks for responses, reach out multiple times, and still get passed over. If I could give zero stars I would. I have attached pictures as proof of lack of response and for when I first reached out. Edit for a reply to their Google reply as I could not reply to it via Google: The owner's response makes this look like a "miscommunication," which is not accurate. Over the course of approximately two weeks, I checked in multiple times and was repeatedly told the vehicle was still in the shop and that I would be contacted when it was available. At no point during that time was I informed that there was a line of interested customers or that others had priority. I chose to end the conversation because trust had already been broken. This dealership had multiple opportunities over two weeks to be transparent and chose not to be. I was not proactively contacted with an apology or clarification; instead, I had to reach out yet again to learn that the vehicle was effectively unavailable. Under those circumstances, it was reasonable to disengage rather than continue working with a dealership that had withheld material information. Also, I am not located in California, I am from Indiana so apologies for that not being reflected accurately.

I bought a vehicle from them and an extended warranty. Now not even 2 months later the left control…read morearm needs replaced and warranty doesn't pay for it... just be careful buying a warranty or car from them. On my way home after I bought it the bolt came out of my right side brake.
