I bought my 2016 ford fusion from R and B. A week later I started having problems the air condition would turn off and not turn on. The windows would not roll down. The radio/ touchscreen dash would go out. I called many times I would either be sent to voicemail or basically told to kick rocks. Then not even 2 months later the car completely breakes down so now I'm here with a car I've had for less than 2 months that I can not even use! My mechanic said this problem was present when I purchased the car. My daughter recently bought a 2011 Ford Explorer Cory at R&B Car Company. Very nice car however 4 days after we got it home she began to have problems starting the car. The battery was bad. After cleaning the inside of the car, we found a note signed by Cory that the vehicle needed a new battery. It is very apparent that they never replaced the battery. $165.00 for a new battery. We have purchased our last two vehicles from here with Nate. The first time was two years ago when we finally found a very difficult to locate pickup. It was a great buying experience with excellent service. We had that truck two years with no issues. Their inspection process is very thorough, they offer the carfax and you can purchase a warranty. If you choose not to purchase the warranty, and have issues once you drive the car off the lot, that's on you, not the car lot. Our most recent purchase was a vehicle we have always wanted. We were able to trade the same truck in that we bought two years ago. They offered us a very reasonable trade allowance. Do not purchase from them unless you want to spend money fixing the vehicle you just bought. I am not sure how this company has good reviews after what we have went through with them. We purchased a F-150 truck just about a month ago. We have already spent $8,000 on repairs. 1. The transmission had to be completely replaced. 2. The windshield was letting water in when it rained so we had to completely replace the windshield. 3.The horn wasn't working so that had to be fixed. We called R & B to discuss this with them due to it being so soon since we bought it. We were told they would get in touch with the manager. They requested documents from the dealership stating the repairs. We had the dealership send them over. I believe they even made the comment that the dealership was requesting too much to repair. Maybe so, as dealerships are often higher in price however we have yet to hear back from R & B company. They will not return our calls now and because we have moved out of state we believe maybe that's why. It shows the little ethics this company seems to have. I would never feel comfortable purchasing a vehicle from someone like this and we highly regret our previous purchase. read more

Worst experience that I've ever had with a car sale. I really wanted their car and was willing to pay top dollar for it. Then I got the offer for my trade in (which I was assured would be top dollar) and it was $8,000 less than the Kelley Blue Book trade in value. Then I explained that and showed them because I did my research. He told me that Kelly Blue Book is not really what my car is worth and that look at what they are going for at auction. Their car had and accident, mine did not. They were asking MORE than what KBB said theirs was worth and mine had half the miles that theirs had on it. I really thought KBB was to keep people honest but obviously not here! I wouldn't even have gave one star but it was the only way I could review. I understand making money and you were going to and could of gave me a FAIR value for my car and still made money. Crooks do not get repeat business and that's how you make a good deal, by somebody that would recommend you or come back! read more

I bought my 2014 Ford Escape from R&B last August. A few weeks ago, I went there because the cluster display on my dashboard has lines though it and will eventually go out. I purchased a $1500 warranty from them that is worthless. The salesman, Jordan was condescending and told me that because I got a discount when I originally purchased the car, the company didn't make enough money off of me to fix my problem. He then tried to use what I do for a living as an example of why not making any money off of me makes it justifiable to not take care of a customer. What he doesn't know is that I've paid that vehicle off and have been considering a new one. But don't worry, Jordan. You won't make any money off of that sale or any of my future sales either.
