I called and got an estimate on replacing my bath tub and shower. They did an amazing job. I was worried at first because I didn't remember what color I had chosen for the surround. But once it was all together with my white bath seat, white shower pan, repainted the white ceiling, it looks so clean and neat. They took their time snd didn't rush. Encouraged me to come check inside to check out the work. They were dressed professionally, were respectful and did an excellent job cleaning up. They even went a step further, when the original trim was removed, it pulled a half dollar size of paint off of my wall. They bought a whole gallon of paint, repainted the wall, and you can't see where the small area of paint had ever been missing. read more

They miss appointments. There has been delays in completing work. I am still waiting for work to be completed since Oct. 2025 and July and March 2026. The work has been poor on some installation and not resolved. They owe money since May 2026 but have not refunded. I have had to reach out to them to get any answers or work done. They have poor customer service. read more

The worst! i had no leaks before just some hail damage. after getting a roof installed by R and B it no ow have several leaks and visible damage in the attic that was not repaired at installation. I wish I could rate the installation team for our deck separately because they did a 5 star job. However, getting any information on the status of the job for the four months between signing the contract and finally getting the work done was a real headache. They also delivered materials four days ahead of the job and didn't pick up the leftover materials for six days. This meant half our driveway (and thus the garage) was unusable for almost two weeks. And when they did pick up the extra materials, they left three large wooden pallets. As always, trying to reach someone in the office to take care of this has been an ongoing battle. read more

Had my roof replaced 2 ago because of a leak by chimney at front door. Never had other leaks. So far, I've had 3 leaks! One was supposed to have been fixed but is leaking again and the other occurred during our October 7th rain event. Last year, the company took over 3 months to respond after my repeated calls. This year I've heard nothing back. Made a follow up call and am still waiting. My original experience was awful. Disrespectful production manager and novice crew. Left trash and nails in my yard. Called them out to pick up nails twice, never once used a magnet. Had to explain how to adjust the whirly turbines to stand vertical to the one English speaker. Not my job!! The company received their payment in full, but don't intend on honoring their warranty. Choose another company!!! read more

Experience started off great with an insurance claim from storm damage. Had an interior leak that was fixed with a new roof. What I didn't know is that the new roof caused a new leak in my garage. I have been battling with this company to fix this problem for over a year. They have made 3 visits out here to fix it and it has leaked after every visit. Now I can't get anyone to even return a phone call. I do NOT recommend using this company. read more

We cannot get this company to come out and repair the gutters they installed when they put in a roof. The gutters do not drain properly in heavy rains. Thinking we had a blockage, the gutter cleaner noted that the water doesn't drain due to the pitch of the gutters and a seemingly missing opening in one of the gutters. Tyler has given us a runaround instead of fixing the problem and the owner is not taking steps to fix the problem If you read the other reviews here, you will see a pattern. Good companies will make sure the customer is happy and wants to put up a good review. read more

Another awful experience! Had an insurance claim for house roof shingle repair and ceiling water damage. (1) R&B Roofing tried to add on replacing garage roof, which would have been out of my own pocket; and (2) the ceiling painting was sloppy and unprofessional. R&B Roofing didn't tape off the walls and left a 3" gap around the edges of the ceiling. I had to contact my lawyer to get the job done right. BBB CONSUMER ALERT: This business has a history of violating BBB name and logo policy and has falsely stated BBB Accreditation or referenced the BBB's name in an unauthorized manner despite BBB's efforts to get the business to cease using the BBB trademark. read more

Thankful for Tyler after our roof was leaking. Come to find out it was the Chimney cap. Tyler sealed the issue while we waited for installation. Had salesman come out twice to look over job. Each time he gave a different verbal quote. 2nd quote was $800 more than the first. Asked to have a written quote and was told it would be emailed the next day. Have called and emailed for the last week and no response. Called another company and there quote was $1000 cheaper and had a written quote the same day. If this is how they handle quoting a job can only imagine the quality of there work read more

KFB and R&B Roofing are the worst hustlers in the game! After getting an insurance claim check for a mere $8000+ for a total roof replacement, yeah right, I contacted R&B Roofing. They hustled me out of the check. Fast talking my husband and I, claiming we won't have to pay anything. This was after they claimed our financing fell through. We was promised the check would cover the roof and the very bad leak in my bathroom--soaked and molded wood, crumbling drywall and ceilings, molded and destroyed insulation, etc. They said although it had to be put in the contract, that they could get the KFB adjuster to pay more for any damaged wood "on the back end." Okay. You say you can get it done? Here's the check....Fast forward three months after the work. I get a call from R &B demanding payment for $6000+ for replaced wood. My first reaction was why now? Why did it take so long for you to contact us? I refused to pay and left it at that. Of course, they put a mechanic's lien against our home but for way more than it should be. They didn't deduct the insurance claim check amount. The mechanic's lien is for over $14,000! Which they issued 6 months past the work was done. But they flat out lied and said the last work performed was in July. BS.The roof was completed in a day in April. But hold on, here is the kicker---my roof leaks in places now that it has never leaked before. I've called to speak with someone at R&B about this lien (issued past the due date) and my new leaks but a message was taken and I have yet to receive a call. After reading these comments, I know that call will never happen. New wood. $6000+. Mechanic's liean. It's disgusting but I refuse to fold. I wish I could call The Hammer. Awful experience! Scott is a complete bully who doesn't listen. We had a new roof put on our building last summer. We had a huge leak that made my ceiling on the second floor cave in. They did fix the problem but I had to fight to get them to take responsibility that it was their fault. And they refuse to fix my ceiling. Scott is such an ass I'd rather deal with the ceiling myself. read more

I was told by the foreman on this project I was OVERCHARGED! All I asked for was a correction on the bill. I was treated terribly by Scott for questioning the bill. They also put a black drip edge on my white house and told me that was what you do. They were using leftovers and a Mexican crew that did not understand English. There was no supervision from Scott what so ever. Use another roofer if you want it done right! read more
