Came here with my daughters for the Hello Kitty meet and greet event. Boba was great with an easy ordering kiosk service. Customer service was great as well. One of my daughters didn't like her initial choice and they were able to accommodate by making another drink of choice. Busy crowd at the time we went but they were still attentive to the customers needs. Great ambiance and family friendly too.

First time visiting this location. Limited free parking in back. Along a strip of shops, a little questionable area but cute interior. There's so many choices for teas & toppings. Blended, iced, or extra large. Order at the kiosks next to the claw machines or at the front register. Little cozy sections to enjoy some tea with a friend. I ordered the same tea I've tried at other locations. This one seemed not as up to par flavor wise. Tasted like a different drink but still got the job done of quenching a thirst.

First time at this location and the drinks are AMAZING ! You can really taste the quality and care in every sip. The flavors are well-balanced, and everything tastes super fresh. Not too sweet like other boba places that I have been to. The staff were so friendly, welcoming, and patient, which made the whole experience even better. But what I loved the most is the setup and decoration. Beautifully designed with such a lovely vibe -- perfect for hanging out or snapping cute photos Definitely one of my new favorite spots. Highly recommend checking it out if you love boba!

Raw Xiu Mai Came in on monday 23rd around 8pm or so. Ordered a Hokkaido Milk Tea with boba. Milk tea was average and I could still taste the tea and would give it alone a 7.8/10 but the boba was old and was not chewy, it has that mush from sitting in the boba pot for too long. Ordered a bao bun and reheated it to eat and it was fine However when I heated up the xiu mai, the pork inside was still raw and I started dissecting the other pieces to see if it was raw as I had to spit the entire piece of xiu mai out and I'm not sure how you guys reheat this or make it back there but this should have never been raw. Xiu mai cooked should not be THIS pink. Will not be returning with this poor food prep, I could have seriously gotten food poisoning or an upset stomach.

Updated Review: Since my original review, the owner responded on Yelp, kindly offering to remake the drinks, which we really appreciated. Update 1 - May 15, 2025: We returned to redeem the remake offer. The same girl who had made our drinks previously was working and kindly apologized. She remade the drink perfectly, just like the first time. Despite needing to return, I left happy! (: Update 2 - July 25-26, 2025: I tried their BOGO matcha promo and ordered the Matcha Cloud (coconut juice with matcha foam) and a $1 Jasmine Green Milk Tea. Both were amazing. The Matcha Cloud was sweet and refreshing, with creamy matcha foam that wasn't too overpowering. The Jasmine Milk Tea (0% sugar, no ice) was floral and strong, exactly my taste, especially with no added sweetener. Encouraged by this, I went back the next day (July 26), but my friend and I received incorrectly made Matcha Clouds, darker in color, not creamy at all, and completely different in taste. I politely asked for a remake, and the staff were very understanding and kind. They remade the drinks, which were much better the second time. Overall: I really enjoy the drinks at R&B Tea. Especially the CocoTwist, Matcha Cloud, Jasmine Green Milk Tea, and their Peach Yakult. However, consistency has been a recurring issue across a couple of visits. The team has always been kind and responsive, which I truly appreciate, but I hope quality control improves so customers don't have to worry about whether or not their drink will taste the same each time. Looking forward to coming back again! (:

I recently visited this milk tea shop and had such a great experience! The drinks were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced -- not overly sweet, which I really appreciate. You can really taste the quality of the tea, and the boba was soft and chewy just the way it should be.

Came in for some late night coffee beverages and customer service was amazing ! They are so sweet & their drinks are delicious. We tried their sweetheart brew & love latte valentines special and both were so good ! They also have cute little board games to play while u sip & the ambience & decorations are adorable. Definitely will be back & recommend this place :)

First time being here. Love this place. George was very helpful, friendly, and so kind. Very accommodating to all my questions. I was craving for something chocolaty with coffee ... He recommended the coffee stormy or the love latte (which is not on the menu, usually during valentines). So I got both since I was curious. To my surprise they were both delicious! My friend and I decided to take advantage of their happy hour (Monday through Wednesday 11 AM - 1 PM) where you can take advantage of their BOGO 50% deal. The interior is very clean, chairs are comfortable, and it's a great place to study. I loved all the natural lighting. They even provide free printing for customers! The wifi was a bit unstable at first, but was overall okay for the rest of our time there. The pack entrance is very cute and when you come in you can either order from a kiosk or with one of the employees. Ordering through the kiosk was super convenient, and you receive a text once your order has been confirmed and prepared. - Dragon fruit mango green tea, 30% ice, no added sugar, with aloe vera: I'm more of a milk tea gal but decided to try something different especially because of how pretty the drink looked. This was REALLY refreshing, and with no added sugar, it had the perfect amount of natural sweetness. The aloe vera topping paired nicely. I would definitely order this again! - Devil's booster, 50% ice, no added sugar, with lychee jelly: Even with no added sugar, this tea was naturally sweet because of all the fruit. I think it must be some kind of citrus green tea, but it was really refreshing. We waited for our drinks for a bit, but they had just opened so were probably just prepping and they apologized for the wait. They were really friendly and I overhead the staff patiently explaining what boba was to several customers who were trying boba for the first time. Prices are pretty standard. Will definitely be back!

What a gem! This is our 2nd time at this place in the last week. We were stocking up on ground coffee at Lee's next door and decided to go for some boba. Place is pretty neat and you order on the touch screen they have set-up, it was pretty fun actually. We've ordered the Hokkaido Milk Tea, Mango Storm with Salted Cream, Vanilla Milk Tea and Taiyakis with Golden Boba filling. Everything was delish! The place was clean with cool vibes. the stormi drinks are amazing! my favorites are the seasonal ones during the winter when they have the chocolate with cinnamon. It reminds me of Mexican hot chocolate but with boba! I also regularly go for the jasmine green milk tea. i love that sweetness can be adjusted. you pay at kiosk and the drinks are promptly made. read more

This was such a nice addition to the area! The staff was very friendly, the store is very clean and well-maintained. They have a wide variety of items on their menu, I like that you can customize them to your liking. I usually get my drinks with less ice and less sugar and they are made just right. I am not a huge fan of the coffee here, but their tea and slushy's are great on a hot day! Prices are fair and drinks are made to order quickly. read more

I'm here visiting a friend for a few days. Saw this place on Yelp with good reviews so I thought I give it a try. I ordered a brown sugar milk 70% sweet and it was perfect (no milk tea cause it was a bit late in the afternoon for me to have caffeine). I also ordered a mangonada for my friend. Both drinks were delicious! I tried a sip of my friend's mangonada and I wanted to go back for one more but had to refrained myself. I'm definitely going back tomorrow to get both drinks for myself. i will try brown sugar milk tea if I can get their early tomorrow. I ordered a drink and it was indeed good but after two sips I realized it was all gone after only getting it a minute ago and they had given me just ice. When we asked for a remake because the cup was full of ice, the guy said well you finished it. I mean how could I not, you gave me ALL ice. R&b never misses. I always had the one in Fullerton but saw they have one in Riverside. The customer service was great and the drink was amazing too. I always get the stormie and it tastes exactly the same how I would get it at different locations which is great! I always like consistency when franchising. Will def be coming back! read more

I stopped by at night and ordered a strawberry matcha. Looked like the real deal but once i tried it it was so bad. There were still chunks of matcha not dissolved fully so i either had an awful bitter taste or a chunk of the strawberry purée. I didn't wanna drive back but legit it was that bad. Anyway i felt bad being that person that complains right, but whatever i did it. Luckily the supervisor or manager said it was cool to exchange it bc I didn't wanna have the same thing happen twice so I opted for taro. I thought i was in the clear when i popped the straw in and took a sip I immediately got these weird textures that was neither boba or undissolved taro powder. So i grabbed a napkin and spit it out. At this point this place is done for me. I just took this pic and threw the drink away and leaving this here as a reminder to myself to stay away bc i will literally forget and come back and this would probably happen again. We ordered two drinks at 6:59pm and received them at 7:33pm, the service is very slow paced they need to hire more people... only two staff members. Usually our drinks come out pretty fast I'm not sure what happened but they need to work on that. Ordered 5 drinks and all were tasty! Four drinks were made correctly except for one. The 1 drink with mistakes had no boba when it was ordered to have extra boba and there was about 2-3 inches of foam. We thought the foam was a cream at first, but no it's foam. Also, you cannot order at the counter, we asked. You can only use their kiosks to order. Cool idea, but it might hinder orders from individuals that struggle to read. read more

My coworkers and I ordered tea from here in the middle of our shift. I finished about half of my drink and started to feel nauseous so I went to our break room to lay down. I told my charge nurse I don't feel good and she said she isn't either and neither is my other 2 coworkers who also ordered the tea with us. We all had different kinds, Hawaiian black tea, passion fruit green tea, and mangonada, but all felt the same. We all reported the same symptoms of lightheadedness, dizziness and nausea. We don't know if it's the fruit being bad or the ice or the sweetener or maybe the machines aren't clean that they brew the tea in, but something wasn't good. Just not the same as San Diego. I really really want to like this place, I was excited to be closer BUT their salted cheese topping isn't as good as San Diego. It's too runny and they barely put enough on top, unlike the San Diego location. Staff are friendly but feels more like a franchise location. I tried this location a few times hoping the issues were just because they were new, but no, the quality of the drinks made at this location are lacking what makes San Diego R&B tea great. Such a cute and pretty space to hang out with friends and family. My family comes to the grand opening for the good deal and we're so happy that we came. There are cozy chairs through out the store so people have a place to kick back or study. There are games for kids to play. The owner and the staff are super friendly. I will recommend this boba all day every day. The teas are robust and the boba is balanced delicately between chewy and soft. My favorite flavor is the Hokkaido milk tea. Chefs kiss! My recent visit wasn't so great. I'm not sure what happened but they changed the mango stormy. Not as thick as it was. It was actually very watery yuck! Also this place doesn't even have a coconut slush. Only slush drink they have is watermelon. They need more of a selection. lychee jelly with watermelon doesn't sound so great. Now coconut with lychee jelly is amazing. Most boba places carry it, just not this one unfortunately ‍ read more

Came here on a busy night and only two employees were completing several orders. They let us know BEFORE ordering that it would be a bit of a wait which I appreciated and had no problem with. I ordered the Matcha Stormy and I gotta say it was definitely worth the wait! The taste is so rich and the cheese cream adds the perfect sweetness to the bitter taste of matcha. (The festive cups were a cute little touch to the amazing drink!) I'm definitely gonna have to try the rest of the stormy drinks and will 100% recommend it to anyone going for the first time. read more

I was super excited to come here after seeing that a new boba spot was gonna open up and this is now one of my fave boba spots in riverside! They were really busy when we got there but we still managed to get our drinks out in the time frame that the cashier had given us. I got the honey green milk tea and it was delicious! Their boba is also perfectly soft and sweet. I also got to try some of my sisters drink, the matcha stormy, and it was exquisite! On god this is the best drink I've ever had. I got the Kumquat Lemon Ice Tea and it was so sour I think I'll think about this drink for the rest of my life. The peak of sour. Workers were super helpful and were dealing with tech issues but did their best to resolve them quickly. 100/10 read more

I seen them on Instagram and I had to come try it! IT OVER EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS! They are super sweet the two girls helped us with what we wanted and they explained the different flavors! I got the Taro Stormy and it is really good! My sister got the brown sugar boba and that was amazing! My boyfriend got Oreo tarp stormy and it was good as well! Weird combos.. I got the mango matcha latte which was kinda like watered down matcha with a little bit of mango bits on the bottom. My bf got the taro stormy which was kinda expensive for the quality, tasted too sweet and very cheap but maybe we're just not used to the flavors :/ Edit: I was feeling unwell the whole day and actually threw up at night while my bf had the worst stomachache, I think it's the taro twist read more

Established in 2006.

Bruce, the founder of R&B Tea, came to Suzhou, China in 2005. At that time, he was working in the IT industry. The heavy work load and high pressure constantly made Bruce think of and crave for delicious food and different beverages, especially the tea from his homeland, Taiwan. Despite going places and trying different types that were available, his cravings weren't satisfied because it was hard to find good quality milk tea in Suzhou then. Seeing this gap in the market led Bruce to identify an opportunity where he made a life-changing decision. Bruce decided to start a business by himself, offering various tea beverages concocted with ingredients of the highest quality. Through his perseverance and determination, the first tea outlet was opened in Suzhou in 2006. That's how and when the R&B Tea story began!

I love R&B from Garden Grove to Corona. They usually make my drinks fast and delicious. Last night, after waiting for 30 minutes for my 3 drinks, Lychee with Aloe vera, passion fruit with aloe vera, and horchata, the drinks did not taste the same compared to the other locations. The drinks were about $5/cup so I think I should expect my drinks to be enjoyable. I know we all start somewhere and I do not blame the guy. He kept looking at the wall next to him for minutes. Maybe looking for a recipe which no one tells him about? At least he said "thanks for waiting" at the end and my wife was pretty upset because of the long wait and bad drinks. -1 for services -2 for 3 bad drinks +1 because he said "thanks for waiting" at the end. read more

What a great place to stop by! I always order jasmine tea from every boba shops, but this place has variety tea options that I can choose. I absolutely love the tea here, and Jasmine Green Tea with cream cheese is always my pick because it's so delicious. I feel this is a better place than the other places I have been drinking. I'll definitely come back and enjoy a few more drinks. read more
