He was super personable, and willing to answer questions about another appliance I have that is having issues (the joys of home ownership) while working on the fridge. They are better marketers, have fancy showrooms, etc. But all of that comes with higher prices and more attitude. All of it undeserved in my opinion. I've used R&B twice now and I have found them to be just excellent. Very fair and reasonable prices, very accommodating to work with, and they do excellent quality work (in fact fixing things once and for all that others charged my high prices for but couldn't address completely). They picked up my tractor and dropped it off. They have a great bed side manner and when they give you an estimate of timing to do the work, they do what they say they are going to do. Excellent!

They were recommended by the vendor that sold us the failing refrigerator 12 years ago. I called at 10:00 and left a message with his service. Rich Discotto called me an hour or so later and said he'd be over later in the afternoon. Then he called me again and said he'd be able to swing by in a half hour. He was professional and courteous, read the model and serial numbers, went back to his vehicle to check his computer than came back to us with his verdict. He educated us with a brief history of the LG refrigerator and their compressors, The compressor was our problem, but the cost of replacing it ($1,376) didn't make sense for a 12-year-old refrigerator. His confirmation of what we suspected all along really made our decision easy. And the $133 service call was well worth that knowledge. I can not recommend him highly enough. He found the parts. He came within 3 days and fixed my oven. He has an oven caddie as the wall ovens weigh around 160 pounds. He arrived on time and was very polite and answered my questions. . He services the South Windsor area. I highly recommend him. I will be calling him again if I have any issues with my other Kitchen and washer appliances. His prices were a great value for the service he provided.
