I mentioned that the signage was somewhat misleading, as it still indicated Customer Service, but her response was curt--she suggested I "take it up with Corporate" and explained they had several call-outs that day. I told him I thought it was a scam and he started to say You want to pay now? I say No. He raises his voice and insists several times, You pay bill! With that I hung up thinking, yes it was a scam. I git on the website & found yes I was late by 5 days! 5 days!!!! His amount was correct. So now, I paid and canceled my account! Kohl's you outsourced your company and the standards I used to purchase a whole lot of products through the years! Good bye- Good riddance!!
