We visited multiple used car dealers and found several to be shady, several outright crooks, and several more that "just sold" the vehicle we were there to look at. So, when we went to visit Chris at DC Motors, my expectations weren't exactly very high. However, I found him to be a breath of fresh air with his honesty, concern for the safety of our child, and his requirement that he goes through the vehicle soup - nuts before allowing the vehicle to leave his dealership. Ultimately, we paid cash for the vehicle and said we would be back to get it in about a week, after he had a chance to go through it. Despite us already having paid for the vehicle in full and agreeing to it "as is", Chris called me a week later and said that he felt it needed new tires, new brakes, a ball joint, and a full detailing of the interior and exterior. In addition, he found the transmission making a noise he "didn't like". Chris replaced/repaired ALL of these things as part of the purchase of the vehicle, after I had already paid him for the vehicle. I could not be more pleased with DC Motors, and I gave them the highest rating possible!
