They are professional, extremely talented and skilled, and responsive. Lots of shops do air ride, no doubt. CVO Softail deluxes are unique and difficult due to the ABS module that is hidden in the front headlight shroud that would normally accommodate the usual valves or relays. Dirtbags installed a whole new system and doubled the normal PSI to optimize the fast-up component and train horn integration. Can't wait to have Dirtbags upgrade my CVO Road Glide next year! Plan ahead and schedule your bike now for the upgrades you want to ride with this coming summer. Well worth every dollar.

They also went so far as to fix and tighten things that I've just kind of ignored and never got around to adjust. I love the attention to detail and the kindness they let me know I can get clutch adjustments free of charge after replacement which will come in handy down the line. I called them and they said they'd order me a new underglow light strip and never called me back. These clowns left a facebook post with my Harley and the caption of "came into the shop not running and left here running g like a champ ". Not true at all. My Harley left there with a sissy bar, still not running properly and has a cut wire!! If they don't know you, they will try getting over on you. We do not recommend this place at all!

My bike consistently had problems, to the point where I just thought Ducatis must suck, and I was ready to sell it. My friend recommended 562 and I went as a last resort bc I thought they were mainly a Harley shop. Well, I TRULY wish I had started going there from the beginning. They took my bike apart and cleaned everything, sending pics and videos along the way. It turns out there were YEARS of gunk built up everywhere bc the dealership was leaving my bike dusty, musty, and crusty, and they were charging me double the price for half the work. They would also take forever to do the smallest things and leave my bike baking in the sun for weeks, but 562 was super quick and communicative! After getting my bike back from 562 it looks amazing and feels soooo much smoother and faster. I legitimately understand why people buy Ducatis now, and because of 562 Motorsports, I am excited to ride again. Highly recommend!!!
