We haven't had need of an electrician for many years now, but when the timer for our outside lighting failed, we needed to take care of it. He was able to come by the next morning to give us an estimate. He arrived on time, listened to our ideas and concerns, and suggested an alternate solution that was actually less expensive and more efficient than what we had in mind. So I've got an old house in Pasadena, which has what was probably a state-of -the-art electric system in its day, that has, as these things go, been much abused by various members of the unqualified estate pretending to be electricians. Anyway, I got home and found one of the rooms without poser. I called. R-Power, and Mr. Petros answered, then came by to see if he could find the problem. He found that a neutral wire was broken somewhere, then spent the next three hours trying to trace the spaghetti that poses for wiring in the attic space, After he finished he wrote a comprehensive report of his findings and recommendations (specifically that the electric panel should be replaced, since it has several recalls). I too searched the reviews for an excellent electrician in my area and found a gem. I telephoned Rouben in the morning and he came out in the afternoon to find out what we needed done. Our old bathroom fan needed replacement and we asked him to also replace a dimmer switch which had its wires hanging out of the wall since my husband removed it 3 years ago. After discussing our options as to type and price of the fan and dimmer switch we would like, he explained the cost of installation and the approximate time to install each. He is professional, honest, and prompt. When he arrived he brought all the tools necessary to do the job and when he was finished, he cleaned up the areas and left no debris or parts for us to dispose of. Wow! What can I say? This company is the best!!! I emailed him at 11:00 pm at night and he answered within 15 minutes to see if I had an emergency. I had him come the next morning and Roobik arrived 1 hour early after seeing if he could come early. What a pleasure to work with such a knowledgeable electrician.
