I had been searching for a part to repair a chandelier I already owned. All the shops on the Westside including Lamps Plus, Lowe's and Home Depot couldn't help me. On a fluke after brunch at Foxys in Glendale, I walked across the parking lot to Shiny Crystals. They had exactly what I was searching for in stock and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. They were busy loading up a minivan for a client when I arrived. The owner didn't make me wait. He popped over and the rushed to the back to fetch my part.
