I had been searching for a part to repair a chandelier I already owned. All the shops on the Westside including Lamps Plus, Lowe's and Home Depot couldn't help me. On a fluke after brunch at Foxys in Glendale, I walked across the parking lot to Shiny Crystals. They had exactly what I was searching for in stock and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. They were busy loading up a minivan for a client when I arrived. The owner didn't make me wait. He popped over and the rushed to the back to fetch my part. The whole experience took less than five minutes. That's called customer service for you big box stores who didn't have the time of day to help me. So - shop here and get treated well.
