I really appreciated that. I typically do all my own maintenance to make sure it's done right, but may give some of to them because I watched them work and trust their expertise. I highly recommend Radial Tire in Silver Spring and will definitely go back for anything they're willing to do. I couldn't believe they did what others couldn't for only $20 per tire and mine are over 100 lbs each! And they're one of the few shops in the area that have very tall shop doors. I am including a brief description of the condition of the vehicle when I arrived at Radial Tire Monday (2/16/26) at 2:00pm. The receiving manager and I discussed the tire issues and history. I told him I had a service light in the dash that was saying a tire was low on air and they were new tires (vs the previous service light for sensors not functioning). He measured the tire pressure of all the tires and they were all at different psi (33, 34, 42 and 18). My vehicle was placed in a service line and I waited in a lobby for approximately an hour. Radial tires took the low tire off the vehicle and tested it for leaks and determined the problem was that a valve stem hadn't been correctly sealed, the tires were all fine. Before leaving the work bay, I noticed the sensor light was still on, so a retest determined the driver's front sensor was going bad and it was replaced. The service manager told me Toyota and Lexus have challenging tire sensors, that they can often get one sensor working and the computer will then say another good sensor stopped working. I left Radial Tire around 4:30, problems solved and paid for one new sensor and install. I've had several people tell me Radial Tire is the BEST in this area and they will have all of my business in the future and that of anyone I know. Being a female in a mechanic world you can get taken advantage of but here I felt safe, and I know they gave me the best deal because I shopped around for tires prior to coming. Mind you Hellcat tires, which were not easy to find because of the size. Within a day I got the two new tires I needed and even opted to buy 4 new tires for the Tesla. First, I had a tire plug that failed and they fixed it properly for a great price Today they helped me again. I ordered some tires online and they came "balanced" but they weren't. I called Kennilworth Auto Tires and they fixed that right up. I tipped them with a case of Red Bull. They are fast, friendly, and good No one is touching my tires but then from now on.

As I was checking out, I mentioned that this visit felt completely different from previous experiences. The store manager, Jessica Paredes (though at the time I didn't know she was the manager), asked what I meant. I explained that the older woman who usually works the front has always been mean, dismissive, and honestly difficult to deal with. I arrived today expecting the same attitude. But today was a GOOD day--no attitude, no nasty looks, no negative energy. I was relieved and truly happy, especially for a Friday. Jessica apologized for my past experiences and shared that she was the new manager. I immediately told her I would definitely be returning as a customer. Honestly, the only reason I gave the location another chance was because I didn't feel like driving farther--but I'm glad I did. Dwayne, who assisted me first, was also extremely helpful and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. For $35, Ventura and Miguel had my tire patched and re-mounted within about 25 minutes of pulling into the parking lot! No issues with the TPMS afterwards either (sometimes mounters can screw that up). Don't even think twice--if you have a puncture, go to these guys. Just remember that the entrance is on Holton Ln., just before the entrance to the car wash. You can't enter from New Hampshire Ave. And bring cash, as they charge $1 for credit card payment.
